MDS-CFR系(xi)(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)液(ye)自(zi)動(dong)反沖(chong)洗(xi)型,利(li)用(yong)其他過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元的濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)液(ye)逆(ni)流(liu)來沖(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元外表面(mian)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)(xi)列(lie),外接流(liu)體自(zi)動(dong)反沖(chong)洗(xi),利(li)用(yong)外接的潔凈流(liu)體(液(ye)體或氣體)沖(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元表面(mian)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)液(ye)手動(dong)反沖(chong)洗(xi)型;MDS-CFG系(xi)(xi)列(lie),外接流(liu)體手動(dong)反沖(chong)洗(xi)型。
模塊化自(zi)清(qing)洗過濾(lv)器工(gong)作原理:
液(ye)(ye)體從(cong)入口總管(guan)流(liu)入,進入到各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的入口, 液(ye)(ye)體從(cong)外(wai)(wai)(wai)向內透(tou)過(guo)(guo)濾元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)(wai)(wai)表面,流(liu)向各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口,匯聚到出(chu)(chu)(chu)口總管(guan)后(hou)流(liu)出(chu)(chu)(chu),顆(ke)粒雜(za)質被攔截在濾元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)(wai)(wai)表面,累積形成(cheng)(cheng)濾餅,當過(guo)(guo)濾壓差逐漸升高達到預設值時(shi)(通常(chang)為(wei)70-130Kpa),或(huo)者清(qing)洗時(shi)間周期到時(shi),控制系統啟動反沖洗動作,對每個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)逐一(yi)反沖洗,整個(ge)反沖過(guo)(guo)程完成(cheng)(cheng),當某(mou)一(yi)過(guo)(guo)濾單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)被反沖時(shi),其他單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)仍正常(chang)過(guo)(guo)濾。根據反沖洗液(ye)(ye)體來(lai)源不同,反沖方式分為(wei):濾出(chu)(chu)(chu)清(qing)液(ye)(ye)反沖型、外(wai)(wai)(wai)接清(qing)液(ye)(ye)反沖型。反沖洗原理如下:
濾(lv)出(chu)清液反沖型:
過濾時:進出口閥門(men)打開,反洗閥門(men)關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗時:控(kong)制(zhi)系統關閉一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)進(jin)口閥(fa)門,同時打(da)開反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗閥(fa),由于(yu)(yu)在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)內部和(he)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗出(chu)(chu)口(連接大氣)之間存在(zai)壓差,其它過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)部分(fen)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)清(qing)液會流向(xiang)這(zhe)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan),迅速反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面的(de)(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗總管排(pai)走,然后關閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗閥(fa)并(bing)打(da)開進(jin)口控(kong)制(zhi)閥(fa)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)繼續過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)作業;此時控(kong)制(zhi)系統對下(xia)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執(zhi)行(xing)(xing)一(yi)(yi)(yi)樣(yang)的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗動作,直到逐一(yi)(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗完所(suo)有(you)(you)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)清(qing)液反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適(shi)用于(yu)(yu)水及低粘(zhan)性液體,入口壓力要求大于(yu)(yu)0.3Mpa(視精(jing)度、粘(zhan)度而有(you)(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)定差異(yi))。
外接清液反(fan)沖型:
過(guo)濾時:進出(chu)口閥(fa)(fa)門(men)打開,反洗進出(chu)口控制閥(fa)(fa)門(men)關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)制(zhi)系統關(guan)閉一(yi)個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的(de)進口(kou)閥門(men)和(he)出(chu)口(kou)閥門(men),打開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入(ru)口(kou)閥門(men)和(he)出(chu)口(kou)閥門(men),利用外接(jie)(jie)清(qing)潔液體(ti)(ti)或(huo)(huo)氣體(ti)(ti)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表面的(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后關(guan)閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進出(chu)口(kou)閥,打開液體(ti)(ti)進出(chu)口(kou)閥進行(xing)繼續過濾(lv)(lv)作業(ye);控(kong)制(zhi)系統對下(xia)一(yi)個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作,直到逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有(you)過濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)。外接(jie)(jie)清(qing)液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于粘性(xing)稍高的(de)液體(ti)(ti),或(huo)(huo)入(ru)口(kou)壓力小于0.3Mpa的(de)場合(視(shi)精度(du)、粘度(du)而有(you)一(yi)定差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)器配備(bei)V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)(xing)(xing)精密金屬濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元有兩種可選,A型(xing)(xing)(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面積0.267平(ping)方米(mi);B型(xing)(xing)(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面積0.314平(ping)方米(mi),B型(xing)(xing)(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面積比(bi)A型(xing)(xing)(xing)多(duo)17%,適用(yong)小于100微米(mi)以下的(de)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv),過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)器可以更(geng)緊湊,A型(xing)(xing)(xing)適用(yong)大于100微米(mi)以上的(de)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)。
