柏(bo)之瑞模(mo)塊化(hua)(hua)自清洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器基于(yu)模(mo)塊化(hua)(hua)理(li)念設計(ji),將(jiang)多個(ge)標準過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元組成全自動過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)系(xi)(xi)統。該(gai)系(xi)(xi)統安全系(xi)(xi)數(shu)高,可按流(liu)量需要(yao)靈活增加在線單(dan)(dan)元數(shu)量。模(mo)塊化(hua)(hua)自清洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器自動化(hua)(hua)運行(xing),免人工清洗(xi)(xi),擴展性強,可外接高壓(ya)反沖洗(xi)(xi)流(liu)體,低(di)壓(ya)差工作,采用V-SLOT 濾(lv)元,反沖洗(xi)(xi)徹底(di),反沖洗(xi)(xi)耗用液體少。模(mo)塊化(hua)(hua)自清洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器能(neng)凈(jing)化(hua)(hua)流(liu)體,保護(hu)后道關鍵設備,也能(neng)利用其反沖洗(xi)(xi)排出液回(hui)收昂貴固(gu)體顆粒。產品適(shi)用于(yu)低(di)粘性液體,如(ru):原水、污水、汽油(you)、重(zhong)型(xing)焦化(hua)(hua)汽油(you)、柴(chai)油(you)、渣(zha)油(you)等。
模塊化(hua)自清洗過濾器(qi)細分為四個系列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)(xi)列,濾(lv)(lv)(lv)液(ye)自動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型,利用(yong)其他(ta)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的濾(lv)(lv)(lv)液(ye)逆流(liu)(liu)來沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表面濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)(xi)列,外接流(liu)(liu)體(ti)自動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi),利用(yong)外接的潔(jie)凈流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(液(ye)體(ti)或(huo)氣體(ti))沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)表面濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)(xi)列,濾(lv)(lv)(lv)液(ye)手動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型;MDS-CFG系(xi)(xi)列,外接流(liu)(liu)體(ti)手動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型。
模塊化自清洗過(guo)濾器工作(zuo)原(yuan)理:
液(ye)體從(cong)入(ru)口(kou)總(zong)管流入(ru),進(jin)入(ru)到各個過濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的入(ru)口(kou), 液(ye)體從(cong)外(wai)向內透過濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面,流向各個過濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)(chu)口(kou),匯(hui)聚(ju)到出(chu)(chu)口(kou)總(zong)管后(hou)流出(chu)(chu),顆粒雜(za)質被攔截在(zai)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面,累(lei)積形成(cheng)濾(lv)餅,當過濾(lv)壓差(cha)逐漸升高(gao)達到預(yu)設(she)值時(shi)(shi)(通常(chang)(chang)為(wei)70-130Kpa),或者(zhe)清(qing)洗時(shi)(shi)間周期(qi)到時(shi)(shi),控制系統啟動反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗動作,對每個過濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)逐一反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗,整個反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)過程完成(cheng),當某一過濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)被反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)時(shi)(shi),其他單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)仍正常(chang)(chang)過濾(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗液(ye)體來源不同,反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)方式分為(wei):濾(lv)出(chu)(chu)清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型(xing)(xing)、外(wai)接清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型(xing)(xing)。反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗原(yuan)理如下:
濾出清液反沖型:
過濾時:進出口(kou)閥門(men)打開,反洗閥門(men)關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時(shi):控(kong)制系統關閉(bi)一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)濾單(dan)(dan)元的(de)(de)進(jin)(jin)口閥門,同(tong)時(shi)打開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥,由于(yu)(yu)在濾元內(nei)部和(he)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)出口(連接大氣)之間(jian)存在壓差(cha),其它過(guo)濾單(dan)(dan)元的(de)(de)部分濾出清(qing)液(ye)會流向(xiang)這個過(guo)濾單(dan)(dan)元,迅(xun)速反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾元,把濾元外表面(mian)的(de)(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總(zong)管(guan)排走,然后關閉(bi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥并(bing)打開進(jin)(jin)口控(kong)制閥進(jin)(jin)行繼續過(guo)濾作(zuo)業;此時(shi)控(kong)制系統對下一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)濾單(dan)(dan)元執行一(yi)(yi)樣(yang)的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),直到逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有(you)過(guo)濾單(dan)(dan)元。濾出清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于(yu)(yu)水及(ji)低粘性液(ye)體,入口壓力要求(qiu)大于(yu)(yu)0.3Mpa(視精(jing)度(du)、粘度(du)而(er)有(you)一(yi)(yi)定差(cha)異(yi))。
外接清液(ye)反沖型:
過濾時:進(jin)出口閥門(men)打(da)開(kai),反洗進(jin)出口控制閥門(men)關閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控制(zhi)系統關(guan)閉一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾單元(yuan)的進(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門和(he)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門,打(da)(da)開(kai)(kai)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門和(he)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門,利用外(wai)接清潔液體或(huo)氣體反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾元(yuan),把(ba)濾元(yuan)外(wai)表面的雜質(zhi)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然(ran)后關(guan)閉反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa),打(da)(da)開(kai)(kai)液體進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)進(jin)(jin)行繼續過(guo)(guo)濾作(zuo)業;控制(zhi)系統對下一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾單元(yuan)執行一(yi)(yi)(yi)樣的反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作(zuo),直(zhi)到逐一(yi)(yi)(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有過(guo)(guo)濾單元(yuan)。外(wai)接清液反(fan)沖(chong)型,適用于(yu)粘性(xing)稍高(gao)的液體,或(huo)入口(kou)(kou)壓力(li)小于(yu)0.3Mpa的場合(視精度(du)(du)、粘度(du)(du)而有一(yi)(yi)(yi)定差(cha)異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)濾器(qi)配(pei)備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)(xing)精密金屬濾元(yuan),濾元(yuan)有兩種(zhong)可(ke)選,A型(xing)(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾面(mian)積(ji)0.267平方米;B型(xing)(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾面(mian)積(ji)0.314平方米,B型(xing)(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾面(mian)積(ji)比A型(xing)(xing)多17%,適用小于100微(wei)(wei)米以(yi)下的過(guo)(guo)濾,過(guo)(guo)濾器(qi)可(ke)以(yi)更(geng)緊湊,A型(xing)(xing)適用大于100微(wei)(wei)米以(yi)上(shang)的過(guo)(guo)濾。
