柏之(zhi)瑞模塊(kuai)化自清洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)基(ji)于模塊(kuai)化理念設計,將多(duo)個標(biao)準過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元組成全自動過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)系(xi)統。該系(xi)統安全系(xi)數高(gao),可按流(liu)量需要靈活增加在線單元數量。模塊(kuai)化自清洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)自動化運行,免人工清洗(xi),擴展性強(qiang),可外接高(gao)壓反沖(chong)洗(xi)流(liu)體(ti)(ti),低(di)(di)壓差工作,采用(yong)(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)(lv)元,反沖(chong)洗(xi)徹(che)底,反沖(chong)洗(xi)耗用(yong)(yong)液體(ti)(ti)少。模塊(kuai)化自清洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)能凈(jing)化流(liu)體(ti)(ti),保護后道關鍵設備,也(ye)能利(li)用(yong)(yong)其反沖(chong)洗(xi)排出液回收昂貴固體(ti)(ti)顆粒。產(chan)品適用(yong)(yong)于低(di)(di)粘性液體(ti)(ti),如:原水(shui)、污水(shui)、汽油(you)、重型焦化汽油(you)、柴油(you)、渣油(you)等。
模塊化自清(qing)洗過濾器細分為四個系列(lie):
MDS-CFR系列,濾液(ye)自動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗型(xing),利用其(qi)他過濾單(dan)元的濾液(ye)逆流來沖(chong)洗濾元外(wai)表面濾餅;MDS-CFV系列,外(wai)接流體自動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗,利用外(wai)接的潔(jie)凈流體(液(ye)體或氣體)沖(chong)洗濾元表面濾餅;MDS-CFT系列,濾液(ye)手(shou)動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗型(xing);MDS-CFG系列,外(wai)接流體手(shou)動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗型(xing)。
模塊化(hua)自(zi)清洗(xi)過(guo)濾器工作原(yuan)理:
液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)從入(ru)(ru)口總管(guan)流入(ru)(ru),進(jin)入(ru)(ru)到(dao)各(ge)個過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的入(ru)(ru)口, 液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)從外(wai)(wai)(wai)向(xiang)內透過(guo)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)(wai)(wai)表(biao)面,流向(xiang)各(ge)個過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)出口,匯聚到(dao)出口總管(guan)后流出,顆(ke)粒雜(za)質(zhi)被(bei)攔截在濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)(wai)(wai)表(biao)面,累(lei)積形成濾(lv)餅(bing),當過(guo)濾(lv)壓差逐漸升(sheng)高達到(dao)預設(she)值時(通常為70-130Kpa),或(huo)者清(qing)洗時間周期到(dao)時,控(kong)制系(xi)統啟(qi)動(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗動(dong)作,對(dui)每個過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗,整個反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)程完成,當某一(yi)過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)被(bei)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)時,其他單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)仍(reng)正常過(guo)濾(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)來(lai)源不同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)方式(shi)分為:濾(lv)出清(qing)液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)(wai)(wai)接清(qing)液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗原理如下(xia):
濾出清液反沖型(xing):
過濾時:進出(chu)口閥門打(da)開,反洗閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時(shi):控(kong)制系統(tong)關(guan)閉一(yi)(yi)(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的進口閥門(men),同(tong)時(shi)打(da)開(kai)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥,由于在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)內部和反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)出(chu)(chu)口(連接大氣)之(zhi)間存在壓差,其它過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的部分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)清液(ye)會流(liu)向這個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan),迅速反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面的雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排走(zou),然后關(guan)閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥并打(da)開(kai)進口控(kong)制閥進行繼續過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)作業;此(ci)時(shi)控(kong)制系統(tong)對(dui)下一(yi)(yi)(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)執行一(yi)(yi)(yi)樣的反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,直到逐一(yi)(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有(you)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于水及低粘性液(ye)體(ti),入口壓力要求(qiu)大于0.3Mpa(視(shi)精度、粘度而有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)定差異)。
外接清液反沖型:
過(guo)濾(lv)時:進(jin)出(chu)口閥門打開,反洗進(jin)出(chu)口控(kong)制閥門關閉。
反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時:控(kong)制(zhi)系統關(guan)閉(bi)一(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)單元的(de)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)閥門和出(chu)口(kou)閥門,打(da)開(kai)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)入(ru)口(kou)閥門和出(chu)口(kou)閥門,利用(yong)外接(jie)清潔(jie)液(ye)體(ti)或氣體(ti)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)元,把濾(lv)元外表面的(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)掉,經反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管(guan)排(pai)走,然后(hou)關(guan)閉(bi)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)閥,打(da)開(kai)液(ye)體(ti)進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)閥進(jin)(jin)行繼(ji)續過(guo)濾(lv)作業;控(kong)制(zhi)系統對(dui)下(xia)一(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)單元執行一(yi)樣的(de)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,直到逐一(yi)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有過(guo)濾(lv)單元。外接(jie)清液(ye)反沖(chong)(chong)型,適用(yong)于粘性稍高(gao)的(de)液(ye)體(ti),或入(ru)口(kou)壓力小于0.3Mpa的(de)場(chang)合(視精(jing)度(du)、粘度(du)而(er)有一(yi)定差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器配備(bei)V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)(xing)(xing)精密金(jin)屬濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元有(you)兩種可(ke)選,A型(xing)(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積0.267平(ping)方米(mi);B型(xing)(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積0.314平(ping)方米(mi),B型(xing)(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積比A型(xing)(xing)(xing)多(duo)17%,適(shi)用小于100微米(mi)以(yi)下的(de)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv),過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器可(ke)以(yi)更緊湊,A型(xing)(xing)(xing)適(shi)用大(da)于100微米(mi)以(yi)上的(de)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。
