柏之(zhi)瑞模塊化(hua)(hua)(hua)自清洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)器(qi)基于模塊化(hua)(hua)(hua)理(li)念設計,將多(duo)個標(biao)準(zhun)過濾(lv)單(dan)元組成全(quan)自動過濾(lv)系統。該系統安全(quan)系數高,可按流量需(xu)要靈(ling)活增加在線單(dan)元數量。模塊化(hua)(hua)(hua)自清洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)器(qi)自動化(hua)(hua)(hua)運行,免人工清洗(xi)(xi),擴展性(xing)強(qiang),可外(wai)接(jie)高壓反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)流體(ti),低壓差工作,采用(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)元,反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)徹底(di),反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)耗(hao)用(yong)液體(ti)少。模塊化(hua)(hua)(hua)自清洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)器(qi)能凈(jing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)流體(ti),保護(hu)后道關鍵設備,也(ye)能利用(yong)其反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)排出液回收昂貴固體(ti)顆粒。產品適用(yong)于低粘性(xing)液體(ti),如:原水、污(wu)水、汽油(you)、重型焦化(hua)(hua)(hua)汽油(you)、柴油(you)、渣油(you)等。
模塊化自(zi)清洗過濾器細分(fen)為(wei)四個系列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)列,濾液自(zi)(zi)動反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing),利用(yong)其他過(guo)濾單元的(de)濾液逆流(liu)(liu)來沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾元外表面濾餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)列,外接(jie)流(liu)(liu)體自(zi)(zi)動反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi),利用(yong)外接(jie)的(de)潔凈流(liu)(liu)體(液體或氣體)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾元表面濾餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)列,濾液手(shou)動反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing);MDS-CFG系(xi)列,外接(jie)流(liu)(liu)體手(shou)動反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing)。
模塊化自清洗過濾(lv)器工作原理:
液(ye)體從入(ru)口總管流(liu)入(ru),進入(ru)到(dao)(dao)各個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)的入(ru)口, 液(ye)體從外(wai)(wai)向(xiang)內透(tou)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表(biao)面,流(liu)向(xiang)各個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)出口,匯(hui)聚到(dao)(dao)出口總管后(hou)流(liu)出,顆粒雜質被(bei)攔(lan)截在濾(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表(biao)面,累積形成濾(lv)餅,當(dang)(dang)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)壓差逐漸升(sheng)高(gao)達到(dao)(dao)預設(she)值時(shi)(shi)(通常為(wei)70-130Kpa),或(huo)者(zhe)清洗時(shi)(shi)間周期(qi)到(dao)(dao)時(shi)(shi),控(kong)制系統啟動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗動作,對每個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)逐一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗,整個(ge)(ge)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)過(guo)(guo)程完成,當(dang)(dang)某(mou)一過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)被(bei)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)時(shi)(shi),其他單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)仍正(zheng)常過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)。根據(ju)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗液(ye)體來(lai)源不(bu)同(tong),反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)方式分(fen)為(wei):濾(lv)出清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型(xing)、外(wai)(wai)接清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型(xing)。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗原理如下(xia):
濾(lv)出清液(ye)反(fan)沖型:
過濾時:進出口閥門(men)(men)打開,反洗(xi)閥門(men)(men)關(guan)閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控制(zhi)系統關閉一(yi)(yi)(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進口閥(fa)(fa)門,同時打開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa)(fa),由于在濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)內(nei)部(bu)和反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)出口(連接大(da)氣)之間存在壓差(cha)(cha),其(qi)它過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)部(bu)分濾(lv)出清液(ye)會流向這個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan),迅速反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把(ba)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面的(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后關閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa)(fa)并打開進口控制(zhi)閥(fa)(fa)進行繼續過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)作業;此時控制(zhi)系統對下一(yi)(yi)(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)(yi)(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作,直到逐一(yi)(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)出清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于水及低粘性液(ye)體,入口壓力要求(qiu)大(da)于0.3Mpa(視精度(du)、粘度(du)而有一(yi)(yi)(yi)定差(cha)(cha)異(yi))。

反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)(tong)關閉一(yi)(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進(jin)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)和(he)(he)出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men),打開(kai)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)入口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)和(he)(he)出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men),利(li)用(yong)外接(jie)清潔(jie)液(ye)(ye)(ye)體或氣體反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總管排走,然(ran)后(hou)關閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa),打開(kai)液(ye)(ye)(ye)體進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)進(jin)行(xing)繼(ji)續(xu)過濾(lv)(lv)作(zuo)(zuo)業;控(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)(tong)對下(xia)一(yi)(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動作(zuo)(zuo),直到逐(zhu)一(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完所(suo)有過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。外接(jie)清液(ye)(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用(yong)于粘性(xing)稍(shao)高的(de)液(ye)(ye)(ye)體,或入口(kou)壓力小于0.3Mpa的(de)場(chang)合(視精度(du)、粘度(du)而有一(yi)(yi)定差異)。

MDS-CF過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器配備V-SLOT縫(feng)隙型(xing)(xing)精密金屬濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元有兩種可選,A型(xing)(xing)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)積(ji)0.267平方(fang)米(mi);B型(xing)(xing)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)積(ji)0.314平方(fang)米(mi),B型(xing)(xing)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)積(ji)比A型(xing)(xing)多17%,適用(yong)小于(yu)100微米(mi)以(yi)下的過濾(lv)(lv)(lv),過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器可以(yi)更緊(jin)湊,A型(xing)(xing)適用(yong)大于(yu)100微米(mi)以(yi)上的過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。
