模塊化自清(qing)洗(xi)過濾器產品介紹:

柏(bo)之瑞模(mo)塊化自清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器基于模(mo)塊化理(li)念設計(ji),將多個標準過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元組(zu)成全自動過(guo)濾(lv)系統。該系統安(an)全系數高,可按流量(liang)需要靈活增加在(zai)線單(dan)元數量(liang)。模(mo)塊化自清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器自動化運(yun)行,免(mian)人(ren)工清(qing)(qing)洗(xi),擴展性強,可外接高壓反(fan)沖洗(xi)流體,低(di)壓差(cha)工作,采(cai)用V-SLOT 濾(lv)元,反(fan)沖洗(xi)徹底,反(fan)沖洗(xi)耗(hao)用液(ye)體少。模(mo)塊化自清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器能(neng)凈化流體,保護后道(dao)關鍵設備,也能(neng)利用其反(fan)沖洗(xi)排出液(ye)回收昂貴固體顆粒。產品適用于低(di)粘性液(ye)體,如:原水(shui)、污水(shui)、汽油(you)、重(zhong)型(xing)焦(jiao)化汽油(you)、柴(chai)油(you)、渣油(you)等。


模塊化(hua)自清洗過(guo)濾器細分為四個系列:


MDS-CFR系(xi)(xi)列,濾(lv)(lv)液自(zi)動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型,利用其他過濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的濾(lv)(lv)液逆流(liu)來沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面濾(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)(xi)列,外(wai)接流(liu)體自(zi)動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi),利用外(wai)接的潔凈流(liu)體(液體或氣體)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)表面濾(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)(xi)列,濾(lv)(lv)液手(shou)動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型;MDS-CFG系(xi)(xi)列,外(wai)接流(liu)體手(shou)動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型。


模(mo)塊化自清洗過濾器工作(zuo)原理:

液(ye)體從入口(kou)(kou)總(zong)管(guan)流入,進(jin)入到(dao)(dao)各個過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的入口(kou)(kou), 液(ye)體從外向內透過(guo)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面(mian),流向各個過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)口(kou)(kou),匯(hui)聚到(dao)(dao)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)總(zong)管(guan)后流出(chu),顆(ke)粒雜(za)質(zhi)被(bei)攔截在濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面(mian),累(lei)積形成(cheng)濾(lv)餅,當過(guo)濾(lv)壓差(cha)逐漸升高達到(dao)(dao)預(yu)設值時(通常為70-130Kpa),或者(zhe)清洗(xi)時間周期到(dao)(dao)時,控制系(xi)統(tong)啟動反沖(chong)洗(xi)動作,對(dui)每個過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)逐一(yi)反沖(chong)洗(xi),整個反沖(chong)過(guo)程完成(cheng),當某一(yi)過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)被(bei)反沖(chong)時,其他單元(yuan)(yuan)仍正常過(guo)濾(lv)。根(gen)據(ju)反沖(chong)洗(xi)液(ye)體來源不同,反沖(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)反沖(chong)型(xing)、外接(jie)清液(ye)反沖(chong)型(xing)。反沖(chong)洗(xi)原理(li)如下:


濾出清液反沖型:


過濾時(shi):進出(chu)口閥(fa)(fa)門(men)打開(kai),反洗(xi)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)關閉。


反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時(shi)(shi):控制系統關閉(bi)一個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元的進口閥門,同(tong)時(shi)(shi)打(da)開(kai)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥,由于(yu)在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)元內部(bu)和反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)出(chu)(chu)口(連接大氣)之(zhi)間存在(zai)壓(ya)差(cha),其它過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元的部(bu)分濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)清液會流向這個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元,迅速反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元,把濾(lv)(lv)元外(wai)表(biao)面的雜(za)質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)掉(diao),經(jing)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排(pai)走,然后(hou)關閉(bi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥并打(da)開(kai)進口控制閥進行繼(ji)續過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作業;此(ci)時(shi)(shi)控制系統對下(xia)一個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元執行一樣的反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,直到(dao)逐一反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元。濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)清液反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用(yong)于(yu)水及低粘(zhan)性液體,入(ru)口壓(ya)力要(yao)求大于(yu)0.3Mpa(視(shi)精度(du)、粘(zhan)度(du)而有一定差(cha)異)。 


外接清(qing)液反(fan)沖(chong)型:


過(guo)濾(lv)時:進出口(kou)閥(fa)門(men)打開,反洗進出口(kou)控制閥(fa)門(men)關閉。


反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)關閉一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)過濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)閥門和出(chu)口(kou)閥門,打(da)開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)入口(kou)閥門和出(chu)口(kou)閥門,利用(yong)(yong)外接(jie)清潔(jie)液(ye)體(ti)或氣(qi)體(ti)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把(ba)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)雜(za)質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后關閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)閥,打(da)開液(ye)體(ti)進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)閥進(jin)(jin)行繼續(xu)過濾(lv)作(zuo)業;控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)對(dui)下一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)過濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),直到逐一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)完所有(you)過濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)。外接(jie)清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用(yong)(yong)于粘(zhan)性稍高的(de)液(ye)體(ti),或入口(kou)壓力小于0.3Mpa的(de)場合(視精度、粘(zhan)度而有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)定差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)配備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)精(jing)密金屬濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元有(you)兩種可選,A型(xing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)(mian)積0.267平方米(mi)(mi);B型(xing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)(mian)積0.314平方米(mi)(mi),B型(xing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)(mian)積比A型(xing)多17%,適用小(xiao)于100微米(mi)(mi)以下的過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv),過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)可以更緊湊,A型(xing)適用大于100微米(mi)(mi)以上的過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)。
