模(mo)塊化自(zi)清(qing)洗過濾器工作(zuo)原理:
液(ye)體(ti)從(cong)入(ru)(ru)口總管流入(ru)(ru),進入(ru)(ru)到各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的入(ru)(ru)口, 液(ye)體(ti)從(cong)外(wai)(wai)向內透過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表面,流向各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)出(chu)口,匯聚到出(chu)口總管后(hou)流出(chu),顆粒雜質(zhi)被(bei)攔截在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表面,累積形成濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅,當過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)壓差逐(zhu)漸升高達到預設值時(通常為70-130Kpa),或者清洗(xi)(xi)時間周期(qi)到時,控(kong)制系統啟動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),對每個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)逐(zhu)一反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi),整個(ge)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)程完成,當某一過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)被(bei)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)時,其(qi)他單(dan)元(yuan)仍(reng)正常過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。根據反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)液(ye)體(ti)來(lai)源不同,反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)方(fang)式(shi)分(fen)為:濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)(wai)接清液(ye)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)原理如下:
濾出清液反沖型:
過濾時:進出口閥(fa)(fa)門打(da)開,反洗閥(fa)(fa)門關閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時(shi):控(kong)制(zhi)系統關(guan)閉(bi)一個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元的(de)進口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門,同時(shi)打開(kai)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa),由于在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)元內(nei)部和反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)出(chu)口(kou)(連(lian)接大氣)之間存(cun)在(zai)壓(ya)差,其它過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元的(de)部分濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)(ye)會流向這個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元,迅(xun)速反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元,把濾(lv)(lv)元外表面的(de)雜質(zhi)沖(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管(guan)排走,然后關(guan)閉(bi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)并打開(kai)進口(kou)控(kong)制(zhi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)進行繼續(xu)過濾(lv)(lv)作(zuo)業;此時(shi)控(kong)制(zhi)系統對下一個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元執(zhi)行一樣的(de)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),直到(dao)逐一反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元。濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于水及低粘(zhan)性(xing)液(ye)(ye)體,入口(kou)壓(ya)力要求大于0.3Mpa(視精度(du)、粘(zhan)度(du)而有一定差異)。
外(wai)接清液反沖型(xing):
過(guo)濾時:進出口閥(fa)門打(da)開,反洗(xi)進出口控制閥(fa)門關閉。
反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時(shi):控制(zhi)系統關(guan)閉一個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的進(jin)口(kou)閥門和出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥門,打開(kai)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)入口(kou)閥門和出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥門,利(li)用外接清(qing)(qing)潔液(ye)(ye)體(ti)或(huo)(huo)氣(qi)體(ti)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表面的雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)掉,經反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排走,然后(hou)關(guan)閉反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)進(jin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥,打開(kai)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)進(jin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥進(jin)行(xing)(xing)繼(ji)續過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作業;控制(zhi)系統對下(xia)一個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)執(zhi)行(xing)(xing)一樣的反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,直到逐一反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完(wan)所有(you)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)。外接清(qing)(qing)液(ye)(ye)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于(yu)粘(zhan)性稍(shao)高的液(ye)(ye)體(ti),或(huo)(huo)入口(kou)壓力小于(yu)0.3Mpa的場合(視精度、粘(zhan)度而有(you)一定差(cha)異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)配備(bei)V-SLOT縫隙型精(jing)密金屬濾(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)元有兩種可選(xuan),A型過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面積0.267平方米(mi);B型過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面積0.314平方米(mi),B型過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面積比A型多(duo)17%,適用(yong)小(xiao)于(yu)100微(wei)米(mi)以下(xia)的(de)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv),過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)可以更緊(jin)湊,A型適用(yong)大于(yu)100微(wei)米(mi)以上的(de)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。
