柏之瑞(rui)模塊化自清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器基(ji)于(yu)模塊化理念設計,將多(duo)個標準過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元組成(cheng)全(quan)自動過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)系(xi)統。該系(xi)統安全(quan)系(xi)數高(gao),可按流量(liang)需要靈活增加在線單(dan)元數量(liang)。模塊化自清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器自動化運行(xing),免人(ren)工(gong)清(qing)洗(xi),擴展性強,可外接高(gao)壓反沖洗(xi)流體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti),低壓差工(gong)作(zuo),采用(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)元,反沖洗(xi)徹底,反沖洗(xi)耗用(yong)液(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)少。模塊化自清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器能凈(jing)化流體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti),保護后(hou)道(dao)關鍵設備,也能利用(yong)其(qi)反沖洗(xi)排出液(ye)回收昂貴(gui)固體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)顆粒(li)。產品(pin)適用(yong)于(yu)低粘性液(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti),如:原水、污水、汽油(you)(you)、重型焦化汽油(you)(you)、柴油(you)(you)、渣油(you)(you)等(deng)。
模塊化自清洗過(guo)濾器細(xi)分為四個(ge)系列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie),濾(lv)液自動(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗型,利用其他過濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的濾(lv)液逆流(liu)來(lai)沖(chong)洗濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie),外接(jie)流(liu)體(ti)(ti)自動(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗,利用外接(jie)的潔(jie)凈流(liu)體(ti)(ti)(液體(ti)(ti)或氣(qi)體(ti)(ti))沖(chong)洗濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)表面濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie),濾(lv)液手動(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗型;MDS-CFG系(xi)(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie),外接(jie)流(liu)體(ti)(ti)手動(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗型。
模(mo)塊化自清洗過濾器工作原理(li):
液(ye)體從入(ru)(ru)口(kou)總管(guan)流(liu)入(ru)(ru),進入(ru)(ru)到(dao)各(ge)個過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的入(ru)(ru)口(kou), 液(ye)體從外(wai)向內透過濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面,流(liu)向各(ge)個過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)口(kou),匯聚到(dao)出(chu)口(kou)總管(guan)后流(liu)出(chu),顆(ke)粒雜質被攔截在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面,累積(ji)形成(cheng)濾(lv)(lv)餅(bing),當過濾(lv)(lv)壓(ya)差逐(zhu)漸升高達到(dao)預設值(zhi)時(shi)(通常(chang)為70-130Kpa),或(huo)者清(qing)洗時(shi)間(jian)周(zhou)期(qi)到(dao)時(shi),控制系統啟動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗動作,對每個過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)逐(zhu)一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗,整(zheng)個反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)過程完(wan)成(cheng),當某一(yi)過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)被反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)時(shi),其他單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)仍正常(chang)過濾(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗液(ye)體來源(yuan)不同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)方(fang)式(shi)分為:濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)接(jie)清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗原理如下:
濾出清液反沖(chong)型:
過濾時:進出口閥(fa)門打(da)開(kai),反洗(xi)閥(fa)門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時(shi):控制系(xi)統關閉(bi)一個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)進口閥(fa)門(men),同時(shi)打(da)開反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa),由于在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)內部(bu)和反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)出(chu)(chu)口(連接(jie)大氣(qi))之間存(cun)在(zai)壓(ya)差(cha),其它過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)部(bu)分濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)清(qing)液會(hui)流向這個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),迅速(su)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)(de)(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經(jing)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后(hou)關閉(bi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa)并(bing)打(da)開進口控制閥(fa)進行繼(ji)續(xu)過濾(lv)(lv)作(zuo)(zuo)業;此(ci)時(shi)控制系(xi)統對(dui)下一個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)執行一樣的(de)(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作(zuo)(zuo),直到逐一反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所(suo)有過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)清(qing)液反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing),適(shi)用于水(shui)及低(di)粘(zhan)性液體(ti),入口壓(ya)力要求大于0.3Mpa(視精(jing)度、粘(zhan)度而有一定差(cha)異)。
外接(jie)清液反(fan)沖型:
過濾(lv)時:進(jin)出口閥(fa)門打開,反洗進(jin)出口控制閥(fa)門關閉。
反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統關閉一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進(jin)(jin)口閥(fa)門和出(chu)(chu)口閥(fa)門,打開(kai)反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入口閥(fa)門和出(chu)(chu)口閥(fa)門,利用外(wai)接清(qing)潔液(ye)體(ti)或氣體(ti)反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面的(de)雜質沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉,經反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排(pai)走,然后關閉反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進(jin)(jin)出(chu)(chu)口閥(fa),打開(kai)液(ye)體(ti)進(jin)(jin)出(chu)(chu)口閥(fa)進(jin)(jin)行繼續(xu)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)作業;控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統對下(xia)一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)(yi)樣的(de)反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作,直到(dao)逐一(yi)(yi)反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所(suo)有過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。外(wai)接清(qing)液(ye)反沖(chong)型,適用于(yu)粘(zhan)性稍高的(de)液(ye)體(ti),或入口壓(ya)力小于(yu)0.3Mpa的(de)場(chang)合(視精度、粘(zhan)度而有一(yi)(yi)定差異(yi))。

MDS-CF過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)配備V-SLOT縫隙(xi)型精密金屬(shu)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)有兩種可(ke)選,A型過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)0.267平方米;B型過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)0.314平方米,B型過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)比A型多17%,適(shi)用小于100微(wei)(wei)米以(yi)下的(de)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv),過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)可(ke)以(yi)更(geng)緊湊,A型適(shi)用大(da)于100微(wei)(wei)米以(yi)上的(de)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。
