柏(bo)之瑞模(mo)(mo)塊化自(zi)(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)器(qi)基于(yu)模(mo)(mo)塊化理(li)念設(she)計,將多個標準過濾(lv)單元組成(cheng)全自(zi)(zi)動過濾(lv)系(xi)統(tong)。該系(xi)統(tong)安(an)全系(xi)數(shu)高(gao),可按流(liu)量(liang)需要靈活增加在線單元數(shu)量(liang)。模(mo)(mo)塊化自(zi)(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)器(qi)自(zi)(zi)動化運行(xing),免(mian)人工(gong)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi),擴展性強,可外接(jie)高(gao)壓(ya)反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)流(liu)體(ti),低壓(ya)差工(gong)作,采用(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)元,反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)徹底(di),反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)耗用(yong)液體(ti)少(shao)。模(mo)(mo)塊化自(zi)(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)器(qi)能凈化流(liu)體(ti),保護后道關鍵(jian)設(she)備,也能利用(yong)其反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)排出(chu)液回收昂(ang)貴固體(ti)顆(ke)粒。產(chan)品適用(yong)于(yu)低粘性液體(ti),如:原(yuan)水、污水、汽油、重型焦化汽油、柴油、渣油等(deng)。

模塊(kuai)化自清洗過濾器工作原(yuan)理:
液體(ti)從入(ru)口(kou)(kou)總管流入(ru),進入(ru)到(dao)各個過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的入(ru)口(kou)(kou), 液體(ti)從外向(xiang)(xiang)內(nei)透過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表(biao)(biao)面,流向(xiang)(xiang)各個過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)口(kou)(kou),匯聚到(dao)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)總管后流出(chu),顆(ke)粒雜質被(bei)攔截在濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表(biao)(biao)面,累積形成濾(lv)餅,當過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)壓(ya)差(cha)逐(zhu)漸升高(gao)達到(dao)預設值時(shi)(通常為(wei)(wei)70-130Kpa),或者(zhe)清洗(xi)時(shi)間周期到(dao)時(shi),控制系統啟動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,對每個過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)逐(zhu)一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi),整個反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng)完成,當某一過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)被(bei)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)時(shi),其他單元(yuan)(yuan)仍(reng)正常過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)液體(ti)來(lai)源不同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)方(fang)式分為(wei)(wei):濾(lv)出(chu)清液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外接清液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)原理如下:
濾出清(qing)液反沖型(xing):
過濾時(shi):進出(chu)口閥門打開,反洗閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時(shi):控(kong)制系(xi)統關閉一個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)進(jin)口(kou)(kou)閥門,同時(shi)打(da)(da)開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)閥,由于(yu)(yu)在濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)內部和反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)出口(kou)(kou)(連(lian)接大(da)氣)之(zhi)間存在壓(ya)差(cha),其它過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)部分濾(lv)(lv)出清液會流向(xiang)這個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan),迅速反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面的(de)(de)雜質沖(chong)掉(diao),經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后(hou)關閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)閥并打(da)(da)開進(jin)口(kou)(kou)控(kong)制閥進(jin)行繼續過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作(zuo)業;此(ci)時(shi)控(kong)制系(xi)統對下一個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執(zhi)行一樣的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動作(zuo),直到(dao)逐(zhu)一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完所有過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)出清液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型,適用于(yu)(yu)水(shui)及低粘性液體,入(ru)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力要求大(da)于(yu)(yu)0.3Mpa(視精(jing)度(du)、粘度(du)而有一定(ding)差(cha)異(yi))。
外接清(qing)液反沖型:
過濾時:進出口(kou)閥門打開,反洗進出口(kou)控制閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時(shi):控制(zhi)系統(tong)關(guan)閉一(yi)(yi)個過濾單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)進(jin)口(kou)閥(fa)門和出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)門,打開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入口(kou)閥(fa)門和出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)門,利用外接清潔液體或氣體反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾元(yuan)(yuan),把濾元(yuan)(yuan)外表(biao)面的(de)(de)雜(za)質沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉,經(jing)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后關(guan)閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進(jin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥(fa),打開液體進(jin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)進(jin)行繼(ji)續(xu)過濾作(zuo)業(ye);控制(zhi)系統(tong)對(dui)下一(yi)(yi)個過濾單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)(yi)樣的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),直到逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完(wan)所有過濾單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。外接清液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于粘(zhan)性稍高的(de)(de)液體,或入口(kou)壓(ya)力小于0.3Mpa的(de)(de)場合(視精度(du)、粘(zhan)度(du)而有一(yi)(yi)定(ding)差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)配備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)精(jing)密(mi)金屬濾(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)元有兩種可選,A型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積(ji)0.267平方米(mi);B型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積(ji)0.314平方米(mi),B型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積(ji)比A型(xing)多17%,適用(yong)小于100微米(mi)以(yi)下的過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv),過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)可以(yi)更緊湊(cou),A型(xing)適用(yong)大于100微米(mi)以(yi)上的過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。
