柏之瑞模(mo)塊化自(zi)(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)基于(yu)模(mo)塊化理念(nian)設(she)計,將(jiang)多個標(biao)準過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)組成全自(zi)(zi)動(dong)過(guo)濾(lv)系(xi)(xi)統。該系(xi)(xi)統安全系(xi)(xi)數高,可按流量(liang)需(xu)要靈活增加(jia)在(zai)線單元(yuan)(yuan)數量(liang)。模(mo)塊化自(zi)(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化運行(xing),免人工清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi),擴展性強,可外(wai)接高壓反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)流體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti),低壓差工作,采用V-SLOT 濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)徹底,反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)耗(hao)用液(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)少。模(mo)塊化自(zi)(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)能(neng)(neng)凈化流體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti),保護后道關鍵設(she)備,也能(neng)(neng)利用其反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)排(pai)出液(ye)回收(shou)昂(ang)貴(gui)固(gu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)顆粒。產品適用于(yu)低粘性液(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti),如:原(yuan)水、污水、汽油(you)、重型(xing)焦化汽油(you)、柴(chai)油(you)、渣油(you)等。
模塊(kuai)化自(zi)清洗過濾器細(xi)分為四個(ge)系(xi)列:
MDS-CFR系列,濾液自動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型,利用其他(ta)過濾單元(yuan)的濾液逆流(liu)來(lai)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾元(yuan)外表(biao)(biao)面(mian)濾餅;MDS-CFV系列,外接(jie)流(liu)體(ti)自動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi),利用外接(jie)的潔凈流(liu)體(ti)(液體(ti)或氣體(ti))沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾元(yuan)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)濾餅;MDS-CFT系列,濾液手動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型;MDS-CFG系列,外接(jie)流(liu)體(ti)手動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型。
模塊(kuai)化自(zi)清(qing)洗過濾器工作原理:
液(ye)體從(cong)入(ru)口(kou)總(zong)管流入(ru),進入(ru)到(dao)(dao)各個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)入(ru)口(kou), 液(ye)體從(cong)外向(xiang)內透過(guo)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表(biao)面,流向(xiang)各個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)出口(kou),匯聚到(dao)(dao)出口(kou)總(zong)管后流出,顆粒雜質被攔截在濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表(biao)面,累積形(xing)成濾(lv)餅,當過(guo)濾(lv)壓差逐漸升(sheng)高達到(dao)(dao)預設值時(shi)(通常(chang)為70-130Kpa),或者清洗(xi)(xi)時(shi)間(jian)周期到(dao)(dao)時(shi),控(kong)制系統啟動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作,對每個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)逐一(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi),整個(ge)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)過(guo)程完(wan)成,當某(mou)一(yi)過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)被反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)時(shi),其他單元(yuan)(yuan)仍正常(chang)過(guo)濾(lv)。根據反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)液(ye)體來源不同,反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)出清液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型(xing)、外接清液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型(xing)。反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)原理如下:
濾出清液反(fan)沖型:
過濾時:進(jin)出口(kou)閥門打開,反洗(xi)閥門關閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時(shi):控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統關閉一(yi)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的進(jin)(jin)口閥(fa)(fa)門,同(tong)時(shi)打開反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa)(fa),由(you)于(yu)在(zai)濾元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)內部和反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)出口(連接大(da)氣(qi))之間存(cun)在(zai)壓差,其(qi)它過(guo)(guo)濾單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的部分濾出清液會流向這(zhe)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),迅(xun)速反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),把濾元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外表面的雜質(zhi)沖(chong)掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總(zong)管排走,然后關閉反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa)(fa)并(bing)打開進(jin)(jin)口控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)閥(fa)(fa)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)繼(ji)續過(guo)(guo)濾作(zuo)業;此(ci)時(shi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統對下一(yi)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)樣的反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作(zuo),直(zhi)到逐一(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有(you)過(guo)(guo)濾單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。濾出清液反(fan)沖(chong)型(xing),適用(yong)于(yu)水(shui)及低(di)粘(zhan)性(xing)液體,入(ru)口壓力要求大(da)于(yu)0.3Mpa(視(shi)精度、粘(zhan)度而(er)有(you)一(yi)定差異(yi))。
外接清液反(fan)沖型:
過濾時(shi):進(jin)出口閥門打(da)開(kai),反洗進(jin)出口控制閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)制(zhi)系統關閉一(yi)個過濾(lv)單元(yuan)的(de)進口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門(men)和(he)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門(men),打(da)開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入(ru)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門(men)和(he)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門(men),利用(yong)外(wai)接清潔液體(ti)或氣(qi)體(ti)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan),把(ba)濾(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面的(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排(pai)走,然后關閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa),打(da)開液體(ti)進出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)進行繼續過濾(lv)作業;控(kong)制(zhi)系統對(dui)下一(yi)個過濾(lv)單元(yuan)執(zhi)行一(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動(dong)作,直(zhi)到逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有(you)過濾(lv)單元(yuan)。外(wai)接清液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用(yong)于粘性稍高(gao)的(de)液體(ti),或入(ru)口(kou)(kou)壓力小于0.3Mpa的(de)場合(he)(視精(jing)度(du)、粘度(du)而(er)有(you)一(yi)定差異)。
