柏之瑞模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)自(zi)(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)基于模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)理念設計,將(jiang)多(duo)個標準過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元組成全自(zi)(zi)動(dong)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)系(xi)統。該系(xi)統安全系(xi)數(shu)高,可按流(liu)量(liang)需要靈活(huo)增加在線(xian)單元數(shu)量(liang)。模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)自(zi)(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)運行,免(mian)人工清(qing)洗(xi),擴展(zhan)性強,可外接高壓反沖洗(xi)流(liu)體(ti),低壓差(cha)工作,采用(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)(lv)元,反沖洗(xi)徹底,反沖洗(xi)耗用(yong)液體(ti)少(shao)。模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)自(zi)(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)能凈(jing)化(hua)流(liu)體(ti),保護后道關鍵設備(bei),也能利用(yong)其反沖洗(xi)排出液回收昂貴固(gu)體(ti)顆(ke)粒。產(chan)品適用(yong)于低粘(zhan)性液體(ti),如:原(yuan)水、污水、汽(qi)油、重(zhong)型焦化(hua)汽(qi)油、柴油、渣油等。
模塊化自清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)濾器細分(fen)為四個系列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)列,濾(lv)液(ye)自動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型,利用其他過濾(lv)單元(yuan)的(de)濾(lv)液(ye)逆流來沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表面(mian)濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)列,外(wai)(wai)接(jie)流體自動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi),利用外(wai)(wai)接(jie)的(de)潔凈流體(液(ye)體或(huo)氣體)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)表面(mian)濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)列,濾(lv)液(ye)手動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型;MDS-CFG系(xi)列,外(wai)(wai)接(jie)流體手動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型。
模塊化(hua)自清洗(xi)過濾器工作原理:
液(ye)體從入口總(zong)管流入,進入到各個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元的入口, 液(ye)體從外向(xiang)內透過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)元外表面,流向(xiang)各個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元出(chu)口,匯聚到出(chu)口總(zong)管后流出(chu),顆粒(li)雜質被攔截在濾(lv)元外表面,累(lei)積形成濾(lv)餅,當過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)壓差逐漸升高達到預設值時(shi)(通常為70-130Kpa),或者(zhe)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時(shi)間周(zhou)期到時(shi),控制系統啟(qi)動(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動(dong)作,對每個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元逐一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi),整個(ge)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)程完成,當某一過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元被反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)時(shi),其他單(dan)元仍正常過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)液(ye)體來源不同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型、外接清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)原理如(ru)下:
濾(lv)出清液反沖型:
過濾(lv)時:進出口閥(fa)門打開,反洗閥(fa)門關(guan)閉(bi)。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控制(zhi)系統(tong)關(guan)閉一(yi)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的進口閥(fa)門(men),同時打(da)開(kai)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)閥(fa),由于在(zai)(zai)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)內部和反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)出口(連接大氣)之間存在(zai)(zai)壓差,其它過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的部分濾(lv)出清液會流向這個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),迅速反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面的雜(za)質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)掉(diao),經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總管排(pai)走,然后(hou)關(guan)閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)閥(fa)并打(da)開(kai)進口控制(zhi)閥(fa)進行繼續(xu)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)作業;此(ci)時控制(zhi)系統(tong)對下(xia)一(yi)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)樣的反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動作,直(zhi)到(dao)逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完所(suo)有過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)出清液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適(shi)用于水及(ji)低粘性(xing)液體(ti),入(ru)口壓力要求大于0.3Mpa(視(shi)精度、粘度而有一(yi)定差異)。
外接清液反(fan)沖(chong)型:
過濾時(shi):進(jin)出口閥(fa)門打開,反洗進(jin)出口控制閥(fa)門關閉。
反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控制(zhi)系(xi)統關閉一個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元的進口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)和出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men),打(da)開反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)和出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men),利用外(wai)(wai)接清潔液(ye)體或氣體反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元,把濾(lv)(lv)元外(wai)(wai)表(biao)面的雜質沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉,經反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排(pai)走,然后關閉反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa),打(da)開液(ye)體進出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)進行繼續過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作業;控制(zhi)系(xi)統對(dui)下(xia)一個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元執行一樣的反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作,直到逐一反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完(wan)所有過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元。外(wai)(wai)接清液(ye)反沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于(yu)粘性稍高的液(ye)體,或入口(kou)(kou)壓力小于(yu)0.3Mpa的場(chang)合(視精度、粘度而有一定差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)濾(lv)器配備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)(xing)(xing)精密金(jin)屬濾(lv)元(yuan),濾(lv)元(yuan)有兩種(zhong)可選(xuan),A型(xing)(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積0.267平方米(mi)(mi);B型(xing)(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積0.314平方米(mi)(mi),B型(xing)(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積比A型(xing)(xing)(xing)多17%,適(shi)用(yong)小于100微米(mi)(mi)以(yi)下(xia)的過(guo)濾(lv),過(guo)濾(lv)器可以(yi)更緊湊(cou),A型(xing)(xing)(xing)適(shi)用(yong)大于100微米(mi)(mi)以(yi)上的過(guo)濾(lv)。
