柏之瑞模塊化(hua)自(zi)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器基于(yu)模塊化(hua)理念設(she)計,將多個(ge)標準過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)組成全(quan)自(zi)動過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)系(xi)統。該系(xi)統安全(quan)系(xi)數高,可按流(liu)量(liang)(liang)需(xu)要靈活增加在線單元(yuan)數量(liang)(liang)。模塊化(hua)自(zi)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器自(zi)動化(hua)運行,免人工清洗(xi)(xi)(xi),擴展(zhan)性(xing)強,可外接高壓(ya)反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)流(liu)體(ti),低壓(ya)差工作(zuo),采用V-SLOT 濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan),反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)徹底,反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)耗用液體(ti)少(shao)。模塊化(hua)自(zi)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器能凈(jing)化(hua)流(liu)體(ti),保護后道關(guan)鍵(jian)設(she)備,也能利用其反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)排出液回(hui)收(shou)昂貴固體(ti)顆粒。產品適(shi)用于(yu)低粘性(xing)液體(ti),如:原水、污(wu)水、汽(qi)油、重型焦化(hua)汽(qi)油、柴油、渣油等(deng)。

MDS-CFR系列,濾(lv)(lv)液自動(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing),利用(yong)其他(ta)過濾(lv)(lv)單元的濾(lv)(lv)液逆流(liu)(liu)來(lai)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元外(wai)(wai)表面(mian)濾(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系列,外(wai)(wai)接流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)自動(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi),利用(yong)外(wai)(wai)接的潔(jie)凈流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)(液體(ti)(ti)或氣(qi)體(ti)(ti))沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元表面(mian)濾(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系列,濾(lv)(lv)液手動(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing);MDS-CFG系列,外(wai)(wai)接流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)手動(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing)。
模塊化(hua)自清洗(xi)過濾(lv)器工作原理:
液(ye)體從(cong)入口(kou)總管流入,進入到各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)入口(kou), 液(ye)體從(cong)外(wai)向內透過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面(mian),流向各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)口(kou),匯(hui)聚到出(chu)口(kou)總管后流出(chu),顆粒雜質被攔截在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面(mian),累積形成濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅,當(dang)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)壓差逐漸(jian)升高達(da)到預設值時(通(tong)常為(wei)(wei)70-130Kpa),或者(zhe)清洗時間(jian)周期(qi)到時,控制(zhi)系統啟(qi)動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗動作,對每(mei)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)逐一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗,整個(ge)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)程完成,當(dang)某一過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)被反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)時,其(qi)他單元(yuan)(yuan)仍正常過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。根據(ju)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗液(ye)體來(lai)源不同(tong),反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)方式分為(wei)(wei):濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing)、外(wai)接清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing)。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗原理(li)如下:
濾出(chu)清液反沖(chong)型:
過濾時(shi):進出口閥門(men)打開,反(fan)洗閥門(men)關閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時(shi):控(kong)制系統關閉一(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)的進(jin)口閥門(men),同(tong)時(shi)打開反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥,由(you)于(yu)在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)內部和反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)出口(連(lian)接大(da)氣(qi))之間存在(zai)壓(ya)差,其它(ta)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)的部分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清(qing)液會(hui)流向這個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan),迅速反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把(ba)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表(biao)面(mian)的雜質沖(chong)(chong)掉(diao),經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排走,然(ran)后關閉反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥并打開進(jin)口控(kong)制閥進(jin)行繼(ji)續過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)作(zuo)業;此時(shi)控(kong)制系統對下一(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)執行一(yi)樣的反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),直到逐一(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有(you)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清(qing)液反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型(xing),適用于(yu)水(shui)及低(di)粘(zhan)性(xing)液體,入口壓(ya)力要求大(da)于(yu)0.3Mpa(視精度(du)、粘(zhan)度(du)而有(you)一(yi)定差異)。
外接清(qing)液反(fan)沖(chong)型:
過濾時:進(jin)出口(kou)閥門(men)打開,反洗進(jin)出口(kou)控制閥門(men)關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控制(zhi)系統關閉一(yi)個過濾單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)進(jin)(jin)口閥(fa)門(men)(men)和(he)出口閥(fa)門(men)(men),打(da)開反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入口閥(fa)門(men)(men)和(he)出口閥(fa)門(men)(men),利用(yong)外接清潔液體(ti)(ti)或氣體(ti)(ti)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),把(ba)濾元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉(diao),經(jing)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然(ran)后關閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進(jin)(jin)出口閥(fa),打(da)開液體(ti)(ti)進(jin)(jin)出口閥(fa)進(jin)(jin)行繼(ji)續過濾作(zuo)業;控制(zhi)系統對(dui)下一(yi)個過濾單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)執(zhi)行一(yi)樣的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),直到逐(zhu)一(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有過濾單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。外接清液反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用(yong)于粘性稍高(gao)的(de)(de)液體(ti)(ti),或入口壓力小(xiao)于0.3Mpa的(de)(de)場合(he)(視(shi)精度、粘度而有一(yi)定差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器配備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)(xing)精密(mi)金(jin)屬濾(lv)元(yuan),濾(lv)元(yuan)有兩種可選,A型(xing)(xing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面積0.267平方米(mi)(mi);B型(xing)(xing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面積0.314平方米(mi)(mi),B型(xing)(xing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面積比A型(xing)(xing)多17%,適用小于(yu)100微(wei)米(mi)(mi)以下的(de)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv),過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器可以更緊湊,A型(xing)(xing)適用大(da)于(yu)100微(wei)米(mi)(mi)以上(shang)的(de)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)。
