柏之瑞模塊化(hua)自清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)器基于(yu)模塊化(hua)理念(nian)設(she)計,將多個標(biao)準過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)組(zu)成全自動過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)系(xi)(xi)統。該(gai)系(xi)(xi)統安全系(xi)(xi)數(shu)高(gao),可(ke)按流(liu)量需要(yao)靈(ling)活增加在(zai)線單元(yuan)數(shu)量。模塊化(hua)自清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)器自動化(hua)運行,免人工清(qing)洗(xi)(xi),擴展性(xing)強(qiang),可(ke)外接高(gao)壓反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)流(liu)體,低壓差工作,采(cai)用V-SLOT 濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan),反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)徹底,反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)耗用液體少。模塊化(hua)自清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)器能凈化(hua)流(liu)體,保護后道關(guan)鍵設(she)備,也能利用其反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)排出液回收昂貴固體顆粒(li)。產品適用于(yu)低粘性(xing)液體,如(ru):原水、污水、汽油(you)(you)(you)、重型焦化(hua)汽油(you)(you)(you)、柴油(you)(you)(you)、渣油(you)(you)(you)等。
模塊(kuai)化自(zi)清洗過濾器細分為四個系列:
MDS-CFR系列,濾液自動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)洗型(xing),利(li)用其(qi)他過(guo)濾單元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)濾液逆流(liu)(liu)來沖(chong)(chong)洗濾元(yuan)(yuan)外表(biao)面濾餅;MDS-CFV系列,外接流(liu)(liu)體(ti)自動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)洗,利(li)用外接的(de)潔凈流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(液體(ti)或氣體(ti))沖(chong)(chong)洗濾元(yuan)(yuan)表(biao)面濾餅;MDS-CFT系列,濾液手動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)洗型(xing);MDS-CFG系列,外接流(liu)(liu)體(ti)手動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)洗型(xing)。
模塊(kuai)化自清洗過濾器(qi)工作原理(li):
液(ye)體(ti)從入(ru)(ru)口(kou)總管流入(ru)(ru),進入(ru)(ru)到(dao)各個過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的入(ru)(ru)口(kou), 液(ye)體(ti)從外向(xiang)內透過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表(biao)面,流向(xiang)各個過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)(chu)口(kou),匯聚到(dao)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)總管后流出(chu)(chu),顆粒雜(za)質被(bei)攔(lan)截在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表(biao)面,累積形(xing)成濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅,當過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)壓差逐(zhu)漸升高達到(dao)預設(she)值時(shi)(通常為70-130Kpa),或(huo)者清(qing)洗(xi)時(shi)間(jian)周期到(dao)時(shi),控制系統(tong)啟動(dong)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),對每(mei)個過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)逐(zhu)一反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi),整個反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng)完成,當某(mou)一過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)被(bei)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)時(shi),其他(ta)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)仍正常過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)。根(gen)據反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)液(ye)體(ti)來源不同,反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)方式分(fen)為:濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外接清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)原理如下(xia):
濾出清液(ye)反沖型:
過濾時(shi):進出(chu)口(kou)閥門打(da)開,反洗閥門關閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時(shi):控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統關閉(bi)(bi)一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元的(de)進口(kou)(kou)閥門,同(tong)時(shi)打(da)開反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥,由于在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元內部和反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(連接大氣)之間(jian)存在壓差,其它過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元的(de)部分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)清液(ye)會流向(xiang)這(zhe)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元,迅(xun)速反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元,把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元外表面(mian)的(de)雜(za)質沖(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管(guan)排走,然后關閉(bi)(bi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥并打(da)開進口(kou)(kou)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)閥進行(xing)繼(ji)續過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)作業;此時(shi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統對下(xia)一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元執行(xing)一(yi)(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動(dong)作,直到逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)清液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于水及(ji)低粘性液(ye)體,入(ru)口(kou)(kou)壓力要求大于0.3Mpa(視精度、粘度而有一(yi)(yi)定差異)。
外接(jie)清(qing)液反(fan)沖型(xing):
過濾時:進(jin)(jin)出口(kou)閥門打開,反洗進(jin)(jin)出口(kou)控制閥門關閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)關閉一個(ge)過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)進(jin)口(kou)閥(fa)門和(he)出口(kou)閥(fa)門,打開反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入口(kou)閥(fa)門和(he)出口(kou)閥(fa)門,利用外接(jie)清潔液(ye)(ye)體或氣(qi)體反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)(de)雜質(zhi)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后關閉反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進(jin)出口(kou)閥(fa),打開液(ye)(ye)體進(jin)出口(kou)閥(fa)進(jin)行(xing)繼續過濾(lv)作業;控(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)對下一個(ge)過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執行(xing)一樣的(de)(de)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動(dong)作,直到逐一反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有(you)過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。外接(jie)清液(ye)(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型(xing),適用于(yu)(yu)粘性稍高的(de)(de)液(ye)(ye)體,或入口(kou)壓力小于(yu)(yu)0.3Mpa的(de)(de)場合(視精度、粘度而有(you)一定(ding)差異)。
模塊化自清(qing)洗過濾器(qi)配置說明:
MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器配備V-SLOT縫隙型精(jing)密金屬(shu)濾(lv)元,濾(lv)元有兩種可選,A型過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積(ji)0.267平方(fang)米;B型過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積(ji)0.314平方(fang)米,B型過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積(ji)比A型多17%,適用小(xiao)于100微米以下的過(guo)(guo)濾(lv),過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器可以更緊湊,A型適用大于100微米以上的過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)。
