MDS-CFR系(xi)列(lie)(lie),濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)(ye)自動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型,利(li)用其他過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)(ye)逆(ni)流(liu)來沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表面濾(lv)(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFV系(xi)列(lie)(lie),外接(jie)流(liu)體(ti)自動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi),利(li)用外接(jie)的潔凈流(liu)體(ti)(液(ye)(ye)體(ti)或氣體(ti))沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)表面濾(lv)(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFT系(xi)列(lie)(lie),濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)(ye)手動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型;MDS-CFG系(xi)列(lie)(lie),外接(jie)流(liu)體(ti)手動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型。
模塊化(hua)自清洗過(guo)濾器工(gong)作原理:
液(ye)體(ti)從入口總管流(liu)入,進(jin)入到各個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元的入口, 液(ye)體(ti)從外向(xiang)內(nei)透過濾(lv)(lv)元外表面(mian),流(liu)向(xiang)各個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元出口,匯聚到出口總管后流(liu)出,顆粒雜質被攔截在濾(lv)(lv)元外表面(mian),累積形(xing)成濾(lv)(lv)餅,當(dang)過濾(lv)(lv)壓差逐(zhu)漸升高達到預設值時(shi)(通常(chang)為(wei)70-130Kpa),或者(zhe)清洗(xi)(xi)時(shi)間(jian)周期(qi)到時(shi),控制系統(tong)啟動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作,對(dui)每個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元逐(zhu)一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi),整個(ge)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)過程完成,當(dang)某一過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元被反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)時(shi),其他單(dan)元仍正常(chang)過濾(lv)(lv)。根(gen)據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)液(ye)體(ti)來源不同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)方式分為(wei):濾(lv)(lv)出清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型、外接清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)原(yuan)理如下:
濾出清液反沖型(xing):
過濾時:進出口閥門打(da)開,反洗閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗時:控(kong)制系(xi)統關(guan)閉(bi)一個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進口(kou)閥門,同(tong)時打開(kai)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗閥,由于在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)內部和反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗出口(kou)(連接大氣(qi))之間存在壓差(cha),其它過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)部分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液會(hui)流向(xiang)這個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan),迅速(su)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗總管排走(zou),然后關(guan)閉(bi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗閥并打開(kai)進口(kou)控(kong)制閥進行(xing)繼續(xu)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)作業;此時控(kong)制系(xi)統對下一個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執(zhi)行(xing)一樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗動作,直(zhi)到逐一反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗完所有過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適(shi)用于水(shui)及(ji)低(di)粘(zhan)性液體(ti),入口(kou)壓力要求(qiu)大于0.3Mpa(視精度(du)、粘(zhan)度(du)而有一定差(cha)異)。
外(wai)接清(qing)液反沖(chong)型(xing):
過(guo)濾時(shi):進出(chu)口閥門(men)打開,反洗進出(chu)口控制(zhi)閥門(men)關閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時:控制系統(tong)關閉(bi)一個過濾單元(yuan)(yuan)的進(jin)口(kou)(kou)閥門和(he)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥門,打(da)開(kai)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)入口(kou)(kou)閥門和(he)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥門,利(li)用外(wai)(wai)接清潔液(ye)體(ti)或(huo)氣體(ti)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾元(yuan)(yuan),把濾元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表面的雜(za)質沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)掉(diao),經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排走,然后關閉(bi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥,打(da)開(kai)液(ye)體(ti)進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥進(jin)行(xing)繼續過濾作業;控制系統(tong)對(dui)下(xia)一個過濾單元(yuan)(yuan)執行(xing)一樣的反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,直到逐(zhu)一反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有(you)過濾單元(yuan)(yuan)。外(wai)(wai)接清液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適(shi)用于(yu)(yu)粘(zhan)性(xing)稍高的液(ye)體(ti),或(huo)入口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力小于(yu)(yu)0.3Mpa的場合(視精(jing)度、粘(zhan)度而有(you)一定(ding)差異)。

MDS-CF過濾(lv)器(qi)配備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)精密金屬濾(lv)元,濾(lv)元有(you)兩種可(ke)選,A型(xing)過濾(lv)面積(ji)0.267平方米(mi);B型(xing)過濾(lv)面積(ji)0.314平方米(mi),B型(xing)過濾(lv)面積(ji)比A型(xing)多17%,適(shi)用(yong)小(xiao)于100微米(mi)以(yi)(yi)下(xia)的過濾(lv),過濾(lv)器(qi)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)更緊湊,A型(xing)適(shi)用(yong)大于100微米(mi)以(yi)(yi)上的過濾(lv)。
