MDS-CFR系列(lie)(lie),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)液自(zi)動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型,利用(yong)其(qi)他過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)液逆流來沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系列(lie)(lie),外(wai)接流體自(zi)動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi),利用(yong)外(wai)接的(de)潔(jie)凈流體(液體或氣體)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)表面濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系列(lie)(lie),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)液手動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型;MDS-CFG系列(lie)(lie),外(wai)接流體手動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型。
模塊化(hua)自(zi)清洗過濾(lv)器工作(zuo)原理:
液體從入口(kou)總管流(liu)入,進入到各(ge)個過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的入口(kou), 液體從外(wai)向(xiang)(xiang)內透過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面,流(liu)向(xiang)(xiang)各(ge)個過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)出口(kou),匯(hui)聚到出口(kou)總管后流(liu)出,顆粒雜質(zhi)被(bei)攔(lan)截在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面,累(lei)積形成濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅,當過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)壓差逐(zhu)漸升高(gao)達到預(yu)設值時(shi)(通常為70-130Kpa),或者清(qing)洗(xi)時(shi)間周(zhou)期(qi)到時(shi),控(kong)制系統啟(qi)動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,對每個過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)逐(zhu)一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi),整個反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程完成,當某(mou)一過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)被(bei)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)時(shi),其他單元(yuan)仍正常過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)。根(gen)據(ju)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)液體來源不同(tong),反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)方式(shi)分為:濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出清(qing)液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing)、外(wai)接清(qing)液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing)。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)原理如下(xia):
濾出清液反沖型:
過濾時:進出口(kou)閥門打開(kai),反(fan)洗閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)制系統關(guan)閉一個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進(jin)(jin)口閥門,同時打(da)(da)開(kai)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)閥,由于在濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)內部和反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)出(chu)口(連接大氣)之間存在壓差(cha),其它過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)部分(fen)濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液(ye)(ye)會流向這個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),迅速反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)雜質沖掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總(zong)管排走(zou),然后關(guan)閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)閥并打(da)(da)開(kai)進(jin)(jin)口控(kong)制閥進(jin)(jin)行繼續過濾(lv)(lv)作業;此時控(kong)制系統對(dui)下一個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)執行一樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動(dong)作,直到逐(zhu)一反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完所有過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖型,適用于水及(ji)低(di)粘(zhan)性(xing)液(ye)(ye)體,入口壓力要求(qiu)大于0.3Mpa(視精度、粘(zhan)度而有一定差(cha)異)。
外接(jie)清(qing)液反沖型:
過(guo)濾時:進(jin)出口閥門打開,反(fan)洗(xi)進(jin)出口控制閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時(shi):控制系(xi)統關閉(bi)一(yi)個過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的(de)進口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)和(he)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men),打(da)開(kai)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)入(ru)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)和(he)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men),利用外(wai)接(jie)清(qing)潔液(ye)體(ti)或氣體(ti)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面的(de)雜(za)質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)掉(diao),經(jing)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總管排(pai)走,然后關閉(bi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)進出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa),打(da)開(kai)液(ye)體(ti)進出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)進行繼續(xu)過濾(lv)作(zuo)業;控制系(xi)統對下一(yi)個過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)執行一(yi)樣(yang)的(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),直到逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完所有過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)。外(wai)接(jie)清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing),適用于(yu)粘性稍高的(de)液(ye)體(ti),或入(ru)口(kou)壓力小于(yu)0.3Mpa的(de)場合(視精度、粘度而有一(yi)定差異(yi))。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器配備V-SLOT縫隙(xi)型精密金屬濾(lv)元,濾(lv)元有兩種(zhong)可選,A型過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積(ji)0.267平方米(mi);B型過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積(ji)0.314平方米(mi),B型過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積(ji)比A型多17%,適(shi)用(yong)(yong)小于100微米(mi)以(yi)下的(de)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv),過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器可以(yi)更緊(jin)湊,A型適(shi)用(yong)(yong)大于100微米(mi)以(yi)上的(de)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)。
