柏之瑞模(mo)塊化自清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)基于模(mo)塊化理念設(she)計(ji),將多(duo)個標準(zhun)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元組成(cheng)全自動過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)系(xi)統。該系(xi)統安全系(xi)數高(gao),可按流量需要靈(ling)活增加在線單(dan)元數量。模(mo)塊化自清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)自動化運行,免人工清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),擴(kuo)展性強,可外接高(gao)壓(ya)反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)流體(ti),低壓(ya)差(cha)工作,采用(yong)(yong)(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)(lv)元,反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)徹底,反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)耗用(yong)(yong)(yong)液(ye)體(ti)少(shao)。模(mo)塊化自清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)能凈化流體(ti),保護后道關(guan)鍵設(she)備,也能利用(yong)(yong)(yong)其反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)排出液(ye)回(hui)收昂貴固體(ti)顆(ke)粒。產品(pin)適用(yong)(yong)(yong)于低粘性液(ye)體(ti),如:原水、污水、汽油、重型焦化汽油、柴(chai)油、渣(zha)油等。
模(mo)塊化(hua)自(zi)清洗(xi)過濾器(qi)細分為四個系(xi)列:
MDS-CFR系列,濾(lv)液(ye)自動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗型(xing)(xing),利用(yong)其他過濾(lv)單元(yuan)的濾(lv)液(ye)逆(ni)流(liu)(liu)來沖(chong)洗濾(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面(mian)濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系列,外(wai)接流(liu)(liu)體自動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗,利用(yong)外(wai)接的潔凈流(liu)(liu)體(液(ye)體或氣(qi)體)沖(chong)洗濾(lv)元(yuan)表(biao)面(mian)濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系列,濾(lv)液(ye)手(shou)動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗型(xing)(xing);MDS-CFG系列,外(wai)接流(liu)(liu)體手(shou)動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗型(xing)(xing)。
模塊化自清洗過濾(lv)器工作原(yuan)理:
液(ye)(ye)體從(cong)入口(kou)(kou)總(zong)管(guan)(guan)流(liu)入,進入到各個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元的入口(kou)(kou), 液(ye)(ye)體從(cong)外向(xiang)內透過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)元外表面(mian),流(liu)向(xiang)各個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元出(chu)口(kou)(kou),匯(hui)聚(ju)到出(chu)口(kou)(kou)總(zong)管(guan)(guan)后流(liu)出(chu),顆粒雜(za)質被(bei)攔截在濾(lv)(lv)元外表面(mian),累積(ji)形成濾(lv)(lv)餅,當(dang)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)壓差逐漸升高達(da)到預設值(zhi)時(shi)(shi)(通常(chang)為70-130Kpa),或者清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)時(shi)(shi)間周期(qi)到時(shi)(shi),控制系統啟動反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作,對每個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元逐一反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi),整個反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)過(guo)程完成,當(dang)某(mou)一過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元被(bei)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)時(shi)(shi),其他單元仍正(zheng)常(chang)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)液(ye)(ye)體來源不同,反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)(qing)液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型、外接清(qing)(qing)液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)原理如下:
濾出清液(ye)反(fan)沖型(xing):
過(guo)濾時:進出(chu)口閥門打開(kai),反洗(xi)閥門關閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)制系統關(guan)閉一(yi)(yi)個過濾單(dan)元的進(jin)口(kou)閥門,同時打開反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)閥,由于(yu)在濾元內(nei)部(bu)和(he)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)出(chu)口(kou)(連(lian)接大氣)之間存在壓差(cha),其(qi)它過濾單(dan)元的部(bu)分(fen)濾出(chu)清液(ye)會(hui)流向這個過濾單(dan)元,迅速反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾元,把濾元外表面的雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總(zong)管排走(zou),然后(hou)關(guan)閉反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)閥并(bing)打開進(jin)口(kou)控(kong)制閥進(jin)行繼續(xu)過濾作業;此時控(kong)制系統對(dui)下一(yi)(yi)個過濾單(dan)元執行一(yi)(yi)樣的反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動(dong)作,直到逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完(wan)所有過濾單(dan)元。濾出(chu)清液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于(yu)水及低粘性(xing)液(ye)體,入口(kou)壓力要求大于(yu)0.3Mpa(視精度、粘度而有一(yi)(yi)定(ding)差(cha)異)。
外接清液反沖型:
過濾(lv)時:進(jin)出口(kou)閥(fa)門(men)打開(kai),反洗進(jin)出口(kou)控制(zhi)閥(fa)門(men)關(guan)閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時(shi):控(kong)制系(xi)統關閉一個(ge)過(guo)濾單(dan)元的進(jin)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門和出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門,打開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)入口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門和出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門,利用(yong)外(wai)接清潔液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)或(huo)(huo)氣體(ti)(ti)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾元,把濾元外(wai)表面的雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后(hou)關閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)進(jin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa),打開液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)進(jin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)進(jin)行繼續過(guo)濾作(zuo)業(ye);控(kong)制系(xi)統對下(xia)一個(ge)過(guo)濾單(dan)元執行一樣的反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),直到逐一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完所有過(guo)濾單(dan)元。外(wai)接清液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing),適用(yong)于粘(zhan)性(xing)稍(shao)高(gao)的液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti),或(huo)(huo)入口(kou)壓力小于0.3Mpa的場合(視(shi)精度、粘(zhan)度而有一定差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器配(pei)備(bei)V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)(xing)精密金屬濾(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)元有兩種可(ke)選,A型(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積0.267平(ping)方米;B型(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積0.314平(ping)方米,B型(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積比A型(xing)(xing)多17%,適(shi)用(yong)小于100微(wei)米以下(xia)的(de)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv),過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器可(ke)以更緊湊,A型(xing)(xing)適(shi)用(yong)大于100微(wei)米以上的(de)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。
