柏(bo)之瑞模塊化(hua)(hua)自清(qing)洗(xi)過濾(lv)器(qi)(qi)基于模塊化(hua)(hua)理念設計,將(jiang)多個標準(zhun)過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)組成(cheng)全自動過濾(lv)系(xi)統。該系(xi)統安全系(xi)數(shu)高(gao)(gao),可(ke)按流量(liang)需(xu)要靈(ling)活增加在線(xian)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)數(shu)量(liang)。模塊化(hua)(hua)自清(qing)洗(xi)過濾(lv)器(qi)(qi)自動化(hua)(hua)運(yun)行,免人工清(qing)洗(xi),擴展性強(qiang),可(ke)外接(jie)高(gao)(gao)壓反沖洗(xi)流體(ti)(ti)(ti),低壓差(cha)工作,采(cai)用(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),反沖洗(xi)徹底,反沖洗(xi)耗用(yong)液體(ti)(ti)(ti)少。模塊化(hua)(hua)自清(qing)洗(xi)過濾(lv)器(qi)(qi)能(neng)凈化(hua)(hua)流體(ti)(ti)(ti),保(bao)護(hu)后(hou)道(dao)關鍵設備(bei),也能(neng)利用(yong)其反沖洗(xi)排出液回收昂貴(gui)固(gu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)顆粒。產(chan)品適(shi)用(yong)于低粘性液體(ti)(ti)(ti),如(ru):原(yuan)水(shui)、污水(shui)、汽(qi)油(you)、重型焦化(hua)(hua)汽(qi)油(you)、柴油(you)、渣油(you)等。
模(mo)塊化自(zi)清洗(xi)過濾器細分為四個系列:
MDS-CFR系列,濾液(ye)自動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型,利用其他過濾單元的(de)濾液(ye)逆(ni)流(liu)來沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾元外(wai)(wai)表面濾餅(bing);MDS-CFV系列,外(wai)(wai)接流(liu)體自動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi),利用外(wai)(wai)接的(de)潔(jie)凈流(liu)體(液(ye)體或氣體)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾元表面濾餅(bing);MDS-CFT系列,濾液(ye)手(shou)動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型;MDS-CFG系列,外(wai)(wai)接流(liu)體手(shou)動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型。
模塊化自清洗(xi)過濾(lv)器工作原理:
液(ye)體從(cong)入口總管流(liu)入,進入到(dao)各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)的入口, 液(ye)體從(cong)外(wai)向內透過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面(mian),流(liu)向各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)出(chu)口,匯聚到(dao)出(chu)口總管后(hou)流(liu)出(chu),顆(ke)粒(li)雜(za)質(zhi)被攔截在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面(mian),累積形成濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅,當(dang)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)壓差逐(zhu)漸(jian)升高達到(dao)預設值(zhi)時(shi)(shi)(通常為(wei)70-130Kpa),或(huo)者清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)周(zhou)期到(dao)時(shi)(shi),控(kong)制系統啟(qi)動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)動作,對每(mei)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)逐(zhu)一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi),整個(ge)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)過(guo)(guo)程完成,當(dang)某一過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)被反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)時(shi)(shi),其他單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)仍正常過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)。根(gen)據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)液(ye)體來源不同(tong),反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)方(fang)式分為(wei):濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型、外(wai)接(jie)清(qing)(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)原理如下:
濾出清液反(fan)沖(chong)型:
過濾時:進出口閥門打開,反洗閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)時(shi):控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統關(guan)閉一個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元的(de)(de)進口閥門,同時(shi)打開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)閥,由于在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)元內部(bu)和(he)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)出(chu)口(連(lian)接(jie)大氣)之間存(cun)在(zai)壓差(cha),其它過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元的(de)(de)部(bu)分濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液會流向這個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元,迅速反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元,把(ba)濾(lv)(lv)元外表面的(de)(de)雜(za)質沖(chong)掉,經(jing)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)總管排走,然后(hou)關(guan)閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)閥并打開進口控(kong)制(zhi)閥進行繼續過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作業;此(ci)時(shi)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統對下一個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元執行一樣(yang)的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)動(dong)作,直(zhi)到逐一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)完所(suo)有過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元。濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型,適用(yong)于水及低(di)粘(zhan)性液體(ti),入口壓力要求大于0.3Mpa(視(shi)精度、粘(zhan)度而有一定差(cha)異(yi))。
外接清液反沖型:
過(guo)濾時:進(jin)出口閥(fa)門(men)打(da)開,反洗進(jin)出口控制閥(fa)門(men)關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗時:控制(zhi)系(xi)統關閉一個過(guo)(guo)濾單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進口閥(fa)門(men)和出口閥(fa)門(men),打開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗入口閥(fa)門(men)和出口閥(fa)門(men),利用外接清潔液(ye)(ye)體或(huo)(huo)氣體反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗濾元(yuan)(yuan),把濾元(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗總管排走,然(ran)后關閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗進出口閥(fa),打開液(ye)(ye)體進出口閥(fa)進行繼續過(guo)(guo)濾作業;控制(zhi)系(xi)統對下(xia)一個過(guo)(guo)濾單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執行一樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗動作,直到(dao)逐一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗完所有(you)過(guo)(guo)濾單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。外接清液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于(yu)粘(zhan)性稍高的(de)液(ye)(ye)體,或(huo)(huo)入口壓力(li)小于(yu)0.3Mpa的(de)場合(視精度、粘(zhan)度而有(you)一定(ding)差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)配備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)(xing)精密金屬濾(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)元有(you)兩種可(ke)選,A型(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積0.267平(ping)(ping)方(fang)米(mi);B型(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積0.314平(ping)(ping)方(fang)米(mi),B型(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積比A型(xing)(xing)多17%,適(shi)用(yong)小于100微(wei)米(mi)以下的過(guo)濾(lv)(lv),過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)可(ke)以更緊湊,A型(xing)(xing)適(shi)用(yong)大(da)于100微(wei)米(mi)以上(shang)的過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。
