柏之瑞(rui)模塊化(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)清洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)基于模塊化(hua)(hua)理念設計,將多個標準過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)組成全(quan)自(zi)(zi)動過(guo)濾(lv)系統。該(gai)系統安全(quan)系數(shu)高(gao),可(ke)按(an)流量(liang)需要靈活(huo)增加(jia)在線單元(yuan)數(shu)量(liang)。模塊化(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)清洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)自(zi)(zi)動化(hua)(hua)運行,免(mian)人工清洗(xi),擴展性(xing)(xing)強,可(ke)外接高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)反沖洗(xi)流體,低壓(ya)(ya)差工作(zuo),采用(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)元(yuan),反沖洗(xi)徹底,反沖洗(xi)耗用(yong)液體少。模塊化(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)清洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)能凈化(hua)(hua)流體,保護后(hou)道關鍵設備,也能利用(yong)其反沖洗(xi)排出液回收昂貴固(gu)體顆粒。產品適用(yong)于低粘(zhan)性(xing)(xing)液體,如:原水(shui)、污水(shui)、汽油、重型焦化(hua)(hua)汽油、柴油、渣油等。
模塊化自清(qing)洗過濾器細分為四個系列:
MDS-CFR系列,濾(lv)(lv)液自動(dong)(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing),利(li)用(yong)其他(ta)過濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的濾(lv)(lv)液逆流來沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面(mian)濾(lv)(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFV系列,外(wai)接(jie)流體(ti)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi),利(li)用(yong)外(wai)接(jie)的潔凈流體(ti)(液體(ti)或氣體(ti))沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)表(biao)面(mian)濾(lv)(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFT系列,濾(lv)(lv)液手動(dong)(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing);MDS-CFG系列,外(wai)接(jie)流體(ti)手動(dong)(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing)。
模(mo)塊化自(zi)清洗(xi)過濾器工作原理:
液(ye)體(ti)(ti)從(cong)入口總管流(liu)入,進入到各個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾單元(yuan)(yuan)的入口, 液(ye)體(ti)(ti)從(cong)外向(xiang)內透過(guo)(guo)濾元(yuan)(yuan)外表面(mian),流(liu)向(xiang)各個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾單元(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)(chu)口,匯聚到出(chu)(chu)口總管后(hou)流(liu)出(chu)(chu),顆粒雜(za)質被(bei)攔截在濾元(yuan)(yuan)外表面(mian),累(lei)積形成(cheng)濾餅,當過(guo)(guo)濾壓差(cha)逐漸升高達到預設值時(通常為(wei)70-130Kpa),或者清(qing)洗時間周期到時,控制系統啟動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗動作(zuo),對每個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾單元(yuan)(yuan)逐一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗,整個(ge)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)程完成(cheng),當某(mou)一過(guo)(guo)濾單元(yuan)(yuan)被(bei)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)時,其他(ta)單元(yuan)(yuan)仍(reng)正常過(guo)(guo)濾。根據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗液(ye)體(ti)(ti)來源(yuan)不同(tong),反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)方式(shi)分為(wei):濾出(chu)(chu)清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外接清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗原理(li)如(ru)下(xia):
濾出清液反沖(chong)型:
過濾時(shi):進出口閥門(men)打(da)開,反洗(xi)閥門(men)關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統關(guan)閉一(yi)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元的(de)進口閥門,同(tong)時打開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥,由于(yu)(yu)(yu)在濾(lv)(lv)元內(nei)部和反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)出(chu)口(連接大(da)(da)氣)之間(jian)存在壓(ya)差,其它過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元的(de)部分(fen)濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)會流向這(zhe)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元,迅速反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元,把濾(lv)(lv)元外表面(mian)的(de)雜(za)質沖(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后關(guan)閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥并打開進口控(kong)制(zhi)閥進行繼續過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作業;此時控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統對下一(yi)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元執行一(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作,直到逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有(you)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元。濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適(shi)用于(yu)(yu)(yu)水及低(di)粘性液(ye)體,入口壓(ya)力要求大(da)(da)于(yu)(yu)(yu)0.3Mpa(視(shi)精度、粘度而有(you)一(yi)定差異)。
外接清液反沖型:
過濾時(shi):進出口(kou)閥門打開,反洗(xi)進出口(kou)控制閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時:控制系(xi)統(tong)關閉一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的(de)(de)進口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)和(he)出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men),打開(kai)(kai)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)入(ru)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)和(he)出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men),利用外接清潔液體或氣體反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表面(mian)的(de)(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排(pai)走,然后關閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)進出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa),打開(kai)(kai)液體進出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)進行(xing)繼(ji)續過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)作(zuo)業;控制系(xi)統(tong)對下一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)(yi)樣的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作(zuo),直到逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有(you)(you)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)。外接清液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于粘性(xing)稍高的(de)(de)液體,或入(ru)口(kou)壓力小于0.3Mpa的(de)(de)場(chang)合(視(shi)精度、粘度而有(you)(you)一(yi)(yi)定差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)配(pei)備(bei)V-SLOT縫(feng)隙型(xing)精密金屬濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元有(you)兩種可(ke)(ke)選,A型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積0.267平方米(mi);B型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積0.314平方米(mi),B型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積比A型(xing)多(duo)17%,適(shi)用(yong)(yong)小(xiao)于100微米(mi)以下的過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv),過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)可(ke)(ke)以更(geng)緊湊,A型(xing)適(shi)用(yong)(yong)大于100微米(mi)以上(shang)的過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。
