柏之瑞模(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)基于模(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)化(hua)(hua)理念(nian)設計,將多個標準過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元組成全(quan)自(zi)(zi)動過(guo)濾(lv)系統。該系統安全(quan)系數高,可按流(liu)(liu)量(liang)需要靈(ling)活增加在線單(dan)元數量(liang)。模(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)自(zi)(zi)動化(hua)(hua)運行(xing),免(mian)人工清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi),擴展性強,可外接高壓(ya)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)流(liu)(liu)體,低(di)壓(ya)差工作,采用V-SLOT 濾(lv)元,反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)徹(che)底(di),反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)耗用液體少。模(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)能(neng)凈化(hua)(hua)流(liu)(liu)體,保護后道關鍵設備,也(ye)能(neng)利用其反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)排(pai)出液回收昂貴固體顆粒。產品適用于低(di)粘性液體,如:原水、污(wu)水、汽油、重型(xing)焦化(hua)(hua)汽油、柴油、渣油等(deng)。
模(mo)塊化自清洗過濾器細分為四(si)個系列:
MDS-CFR系列,濾(lv)液(ye)自動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)型,利用其他過濾(lv)單元的濾(lv)液(ye)逆流來沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元外(wai)(wai)(wai)表面濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系列,外(wai)(wai)(wai)接流體(ti)自動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),利用外(wai)(wai)(wai)接的潔凈流體(ti)(液(ye)體(ti)或(huo)氣體(ti))沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元表面濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系列,濾(lv)液(ye)手(shou)(shou)動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)型;MDS-CFG系列,外(wai)(wai)(wai)接流體(ti)手(shou)(shou)動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)型。
模塊化自清(qing)洗過濾器工(gong)作原(yuan)理(li):
液(ye)體從入(ru)口(kou)總(zong)管流(liu)入(ru),進入(ru)到各個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)的入(ru)口(kou), 液(ye)體從外(wai)向內透過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面(mian),流(liu)向各個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)出(chu)(chu)口(kou),匯(hui)聚到出(chu)(chu)口(kou)總(zong)管后(hou)流(liu)出(chu)(chu),顆粒雜質(zhi)被攔截在(zai)濾(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面(mian),累(lei)積形(xing)成濾(lv)餅(bing),當過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)壓差逐漸升高達到預設(she)值(zhi)時(shi)(通常(chang)為70-130Kpa),或者清(qing)洗時(shi)間(jian)周期到時(shi),控(kong)制(zhi)系統啟(qi)動(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗動(dong)作,對每(mei)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)逐一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗,整個(ge)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)程完成,當某一過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)被反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)時(shi),其他單元(yuan)仍(reng)正常(chang)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗液(ye)體來(lai)源不同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)方式分(fen)為:濾(lv)出(chu)(chu)清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)接清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗原理如下:
濾出(chu)清(qing)液反(fan)沖型:
過濾時(shi):進(jin)出(chu)口閥(fa)門打開(kai),反洗(xi)閥(fa)門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)時:控(kong)制系(xi)統關閉(bi)(bi)一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的進(jin)口(kou)閥(fa)門,同時打開反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)閥(fa),由于在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)內(nei)部和反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)出口(kou)(連接大氣)之間存(cun)在壓差,其它過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的部分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出清(qing)液(ye)會流(liu)向這個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan),迅速反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面的雜質沖(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)總管排走,然(ran)后關閉(bi)(bi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)閥(fa)并打開進(jin)口(kou)控(kong)制閥(fa)進(jin)行(xing)繼續過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)作業;此時控(kong)制系(xi)統對下一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)執(zhi)行(xing)一(yi)(yi)樣的反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)動作,直到(dao)逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)完所有(you)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型,適用于水(shui)及低粘性(xing)液(ye)體,入口(kou)壓力要(yao)求大于0.3Mpa(視精度(du)、粘度(du)而有(you)一(yi)(yi)定差異)。
外接(jie)清液反沖型:
過濾時(shi):進(jin)出口閥門(men)打(da)開,反洗進(jin)出口控制閥門(men)關閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)洗時:控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)關閉(bi)一個過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元的進(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)閥門(men)(men)(men)和(he)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥門(men)(men)(men),打開反(fan)沖(chong)洗入口(kou)(kou)閥門(men)(men)(men)和(he)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥門(men)(men)(men),利用(yong)外(wai)(wai)接清(qing)潔液(ye)體(ti)或(huo)氣體(ti)反(fan)沖(chong)洗濾(lv)元,把濾(lv)元外(wai)(wai)表面的雜質沖(chong)洗掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)洗總管排(pai)走,然后關閉(bi)反(fan)沖(chong)洗進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥,打開液(ye)體(ti)進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥進(jin)(jin)(jin)行繼(ji)續(xu)過(guo)濾(lv)作業(ye);控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)對下一個過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元執行一樣(yang)的反(fan)沖(chong)洗動作,直到逐一反(fan)沖(chong)洗完(wan)所有(you)過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元。外(wai)(wai)接清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)型,適用(yong)于(yu)粘(zhan)性稍高的液(ye)體(ti),或(huo)入口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li)小于(yu)0.3Mpa的場(chang)合(視精度、粘(zhan)度而有(you)一定差(cha)異)。
模塊化自清洗過濾器(qi)配置說明:
MDS-CF過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)配備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)精密金(jin)屬濾(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)元有(you)兩種可選(xuan),A型(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積0.267平方米;B型(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積0.314平方米,B型(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積比A型(xing)多17%,適用(yong)小于100微米以下的(de)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv),過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)可以更緊(jin)湊,A型(xing)適用(yong)大(da)于100微米以上(shang)的(de)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。
