柏(bo)之瑞(rui)模塊(kuai)化(hua)自(zi)(zi)(zi)清洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)器基于(yu)(yu)模塊(kuai)化(hua)理(li)念設計(ji),將多個標準(zhun)過濾(lv)單元(yuan)組成全(quan)自(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)過濾(lv)系(xi)統。該系(xi)統安全(quan)系(xi)數高,可(ke)按流(liu)量需要靈活增加(jia)在線單元(yuan)數量。模塊(kuai)化(hua)自(zi)(zi)(zi)清洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)器自(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)運行(xing),免人工(gong)清洗(xi)(xi),擴展性(xing)強(qiang),可(ke)外接高壓反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)流(liu)體(ti),低(di)壓差工(gong)作,采用(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)元(yuan),反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)徹底,反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)耗用(yong)液(ye)體(ti)少。模塊(kuai)化(hua)自(zi)(zi)(zi)清洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)器能凈(jing)化(hua)流(liu)體(ti),保護后道關鍵設備,也能利用(yong)其反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)排出液(ye)回收昂貴固體(ti)顆粒。產品適用(yong)于(yu)(yu)低(di)粘性(xing)液(ye)體(ti),如:原水、污水、汽油、重型焦化(hua)汽油、柴油、渣油等。
模塊化自清(qing)洗過濾器細分為(wei)四(si)個系列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)自(zi)動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型,利用其他過濾(lv)(lv)單元的(de)濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)逆流(liu)來(lai)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元外(wai)表面(mian)濾(lv)(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFV系(xi)列(lie),外(wai)接流(liu)體自(zi)動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi),利用外(wai)接的(de)潔凈流(liu)體(液(ye)體或氣體)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元表面(mian)濾(lv)(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFT系(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)手(shou)(shou)動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型;MDS-CFG系(xi)列(lie),外(wai)接流(liu)體手(shou)(shou)動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型。
模塊化自(zi)清洗過(guo)濾器(qi)工(gong)作(zuo)原理:
液體(ti)(ti)從入(ru)口(kou)總管(guan)流入(ru),進入(ru)到(dao)(dao)(dao)各個(ge)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的入(ru)口(kou), 液體(ti)(ti)從外向(xiang)(xiang)內透(tou)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表(biao)面,流向(xiang)(xiang)各個(ge)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)口(kou),匯聚到(dao)(dao)(dao)出(chu)口(kou)總管(guan)后流出(chu),顆粒(li)雜質被(bei)攔截在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表(biao)面,累(lei)積(ji)形成(cheng)(cheng)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅,當(dang)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)壓差逐漸升高達到(dao)(dao)(dao)預設值時(shi)(通常為70-130Kpa),或者(zhe)清洗時(shi)間周期到(dao)(dao)(dao)時(shi),控制系統啟動(dong)(dong)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗動(dong)(dong)作,對每個(ge)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)逐一反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗,整(zheng)個(ge)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程完成(cheng)(cheng),當(dang)某一過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)被(bei)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)時(shi),其(qi)他單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)仍正常過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)。根(gen)據反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗液體(ti)(ti)來源不同,反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)方(fang)式(shi)分(fen)為:濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型(xing)、外接清液反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型(xing)。反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗原理如下:
濾出清液(ye)反沖型:
過濾時:進出口閥(fa)門打開,反洗閥(fa)門關閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時(shi):控制(zhi)系統關閉(bi)一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)閥門,同時(shi)打開反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥,由于(yu)在(zai)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)內部和反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)出(chu)口(kou)(連接大氣(qi))之間(jian)存(cun)在(zai)壓(ya)差(cha),其它過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)部分濾(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液(ye)會流向這(zhe)個過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan),迅速反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面的(de)雜質(zhi)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)掉(diao),經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走(zou),然(ran)后關閉(bi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥并打開進(jin)(jin)口(kou)控制(zhi)閥進(jin)(jin)行繼續過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)作(zuo)業;此時(shi)控制(zhi)系統對(dui)下一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),直(zhi)到逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有(you)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing),適用于(yu)水及低粘(zhan)性液(ye)體,入口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)要求大于(yu)0.3Mpa(視精(jing)度(du)、粘(zhan)度(du)而有(you)一(yi)(yi)定差(cha)異)。
外接(jie)清液反沖型(xing):
過(guo)濾(lv)時(shi):進出口閥門打開,反洗進出口控(kong)制閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時:控(kong)制系統關(guan)閉(bi)一(yi)(yi)個過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的(de)進口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)和出口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men),打(da)開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)入(ru)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)和出口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men),利用(yong)(yong)外接清(qing)潔(jie)液體(ti)或氣體(ti)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan),把(ba)濾(lv)元(yuan)外表面的(de)雜(za)質沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管(guan)排走,然后關(guan)閉(bi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)進出口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa),打(da)開液體(ti)進出口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)進行繼續過濾(lv)作(zuo)業;控(kong)制系統對下一(yi)(yi)個過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)執(zhi)行一(yi)(yi)樣(yang)的(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作(zuo),直到逐(zhu)一(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)。外接清(qing)液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適(shi)用(yong)(yong)于粘性(xing)稍高的(de)液體(ti),或入(ru)口(kou)(kou)(kou)壓力小于0.3Mpa的(de)場合(視(shi)精度、粘度而有一(yi)(yi)定差(cha)異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)濾器配備V-SLOT縫(feng)隙型(xing)(xing)精(jing)密金(jin)屬濾元,濾元有兩種可選,A型(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾面(mian)積(ji)0.267平方米;B型(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾面(mian)積(ji)0.314平方米,B型(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾面(mian)積(ji)比A型(xing)(xing)多17%,適(shi)用(yong)小于100微米以(yi)(yi)下(xia)的(de)過(guo)濾,過(guo)濾器可以(yi)(yi)更(geng)緊湊,A型(xing)(xing)適(shi)用(yong)大(da)于100微米以(yi)(yi)上的(de)過(guo)濾。
