柏之瑞模塊(kuai)(kuai)化(hua)自清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器基于模塊(kuai)(kuai)化(hua)理念(nian)設(she)計,將多個標準過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)組成全(quan)自動過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)系(xi)統。該系(xi)統安(an)全(quan)系(xi)數(shu)高,可按流量(liang)(liang)需要靈(ling)活(huo)增加在線單元(yuan)(yuan)數(shu)量(liang)(liang)。模塊(kuai)(kuai)化(hua)自清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器自動化(hua)運行,免人(ren)工清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi),擴(kuo)展性強,可外(wai)接高壓(ya)(ya)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)流體,低壓(ya)(ya)差工作,采(cai)用(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)徹底,反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)耗用(yong)液體少。模塊(kuai)(kuai)化(hua)自清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器能凈化(hua)流體,保護后道關鍵(jian)設(she)備,也(ye)能利用(yong)其反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)排出(chu)液回收昂(ang)貴固體顆粒。產品適用(yong)于低粘(zhan)性液體,如:原水、污水、汽(qi)油、重型焦化(hua)汽(qi)油、柴(chai)油、渣(zha)油等。
模塊化自清洗(xi)過濾器細分為四個系列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)液自(zi)動反(fan)沖洗(xi)型,利用其他過濾(lv)單元的濾(lv)液逆(ni)流來沖洗(xi)濾(lv)元外表面濾(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFV系(xi)列(lie),外接(jie)流體自(zi)動反(fan)沖洗(xi),利用外接(jie)的潔(jie)凈流體(液體或氣(qi)體)沖洗(xi)濾(lv)元表面濾(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFT系(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)液手(shou)動反(fan)沖洗(xi)型;MDS-CFG系(xi)列(lie),外接(jie)流體手(shou)動反(fan)沖洗(xi)型。
模塊(kuai)化自清洗過濾器工(gong)作原理:
液(ye)體從入(ru)口總管流(liu)入(ru),進入(ru)到(dao)(dao)各(ge)個(ge)(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的入(ru)口, 液(ye)體從外向(xiang)內透過(guo)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面,流(liu)向(xiang)各(ge)個(ge)(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)口,匯(hui)聚到(dao)(dao)出(chu)口總管后流(liu)出(chu),顆粒雜質被(bei)攔截在濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面,累積形成濾(lv)餅(bing),當過(guo)濾(lv)壓差逐漸升高達到(dao)(dao)預設值時(通常為70-130Kpa),或者(zhe)清(qing)洗(xi)時間周期(qi)到(dao)(dao)時,控制系(xi)統啟(qi)動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)動(dong)作,對每個(ge)(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)逐一反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi),整個(ge)(ge)反(fan)沖(chong)過(guo)程完(wan)成,當某(mou)一過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)被(bei)反(fan)沖(chong)時,其(qi)他單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)仍正常過(guo)濾(lv)。根據反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)液(ye)體來源不同,反(fan)沖(chong)方(fang)式分為:濾(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)型、外接清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)型。反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)原理(li)如下:
濾出清(qing)液反沖(chong)型:
過濾時:進(jin)出口閥門打開,反洗閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控制(zhi)(zhi)系統關閉一(yi)(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的進(jin)口(kou)閥(fa)門,同時打開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)閥(fa),由于在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)內(nei)部(bu)和反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)出口(kou)(連接(jie)大(da)氣)之間存在壓差,其它過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的部(bu)分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液會流向(xiang)這個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan),迅速(su)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表(biao)面的雜質沖(chong)(chong)掉,經(jing)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后關閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)閥(fa)并打開進(jin)口(kou)控制(zhi)(zhi)閥(fa)進(jin)行(xing)繼續(xu)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye);此(ci)時控制(zhi)(zhi)系統對下(xia)一(yi)(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)執(zhi)行(xing)一(yi)(yi)樣(yang)的反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo),直到(dao)逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完所有過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于水(shui)及低粘性液體,入口(kou)壓力要求大(da)于0.3Mpa(視精度、粘度而有一(yi)(yi)定差異(yi))。
外接清液反(fan)沖型(xing):
過濾時(shi):進出口閥門打(da)開(kai),反洗進出口控制閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗時(shi):控制系統(tong)關(guan)閉(bi)一個(ge)過濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的進(jin)口閥(fa)門和出(chu)口閥(fa)門,打(da)開反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗入(ru)口閥(fa)門和出(chu)口閥(fa)門,利用外(wai)接(jie)清潔液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)或(huo)氣體(ti)(ti)(ti)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面的雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗掉(diao),經(jing)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗總(zong)管排走,然(ran)后關(guan)閉(bi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗進(jin)出(chu)口閥(fa),打(da)開液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)進(jin)出(chu)口閥(fa)進(jin)行繼(ji)續(xu)過濾(lv)作業;控制系統(tong)對下一個(ge)過濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)執行一樣的反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗動(dong)作,直到逐一反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗完所有過濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)。外(wai)接(jie)清液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于粘(zhan)性稍高的液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti),或(huo)入(ru)口壓力小于0.3Mpa的場合(視精(jing)度(du)、粘(zhan)度(du)而有一定差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)濾(lv)器配備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)(xing)精密(mi)金(jin)屬濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)有兩種可(ke)選,A型(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)面積0.267平(ping)(ping)方米;B型(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)面積0.314平(ping)(ping)方米,B型(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)面積比(bi)A型(xing)(xing)多17%,適(shi)用小于100微(wei)米以下的過(guo)濾(lv),過(guo)濾(lv)器可(ke)以更緊湊,A型(xing)(xing)適(shi)用大(da)于100微(wei)米以上的過(guo)濾(lv)。
