柏(bo)之(zhi)瑞模(mo)(mo)塊化(hua)自(zi)清(qing)洗過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)基于模(mo)(mo)塊化(hua)理念設計(ji),將多(duo)個標準過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元組(zu)成全自(zi)動過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)系統。該(gai)系統安全系數高(gao),可按流(liu)量需要(yao)靈活增(zeng)加在線單(dan)元數量。模(mo)(mo)塊化(hua)自(zi)清(qing)洗過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)自(zi)動化(hua)運行,免(mian)人工(gong)清(qing)洗,擴展性強,可外(wai)接高(gao)壓(ya)反沖(chong)洗流(liu)體,低壓(ya)差工(gong)作,采用(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)(lv)元,反沖(chong)洗徹底(di),反沖(chong)洗耗用(yong)液體少。模(mo)(mo)塊化(hua)自(zi)清(qing)洗過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)能(neng)凈化(hua)流(liu)體,保護后道(dao)關鍵設備,也能(neng)利用(yong)其反沖(chong)洗排(pai)出(chu)液回收(shou)昂貴固體顆粒(li)。產品適用(yong)于低粘性液體,如:原水(shui)、污水(shui)、汽(qi)油、重(zhong)型焦(jiao)化(hua)汽(qi)油、柴油、渣油等。
模(mo)塊化自(zi)清洗過濾器細分(fen)為四個系列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)列(lie),濾液(ye)自(zi)動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型,利用其他過濾單元的(de)濾液(ye)逆流(liu)來沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾元外(wai)(wai)(wai)表(biao)面(mian)濾餅(bing);MDS-CFV系(xi)列(lie),外(wai)(wai)(wai)接流(liu)體(ti)(ti)自(zi)動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi),利用外(wai)(wai)(wai)接的(de)潔(jie)凈(jing)流(liu)體(ti)(ti)(液(ye)體(ti)(ti)或氣體(ti)(ti))沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾元表(biao)面(mian)濾餅(bing);MDS-CFT系(xi)列(lie),濾液(ye)手動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型;MDS-CFG系(xi)列(lie),外(wai)(wai)(wai)接流(liu)體(ti)(ti)手動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型。
模塊化自清洗過濾器(qi)工作原理:
液(ye)(ye)體從(cong)入(ru)口(kou)總(zong)管(guan)流(liu)入(ru),進入(ru)到各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的入(ru)口(kou), 液(ye)(ye)體從(cong)外(wai)(wai)向(xiang)內(nei)透過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表面,流(liu)向(xiang)各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)出口(kou),匯聚到出口(kou)總(zong)管(guan)后流(liu)出,顆粒雜(za)質被攔截在濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表面,累積形成(cheng)濾(lv)(lv)餅,當(dang)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)壓差逐漸升高達到預設值(zhi)時(shi)(通常(chang)為70-130Kpa),或(huo)者清(qing)洗(xi)時(shi)間周期到時(shi),控制系統啟動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作(zuo),對每個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)逐一(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi),整個(ge)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)程完成(cheng),當(dang)某(mou)一(yi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)被反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)時(shi),其他單元(yuan)(yuan)仍正(zheng)常(chang)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。根據(ju)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)液(ye)(ye)體來源不同,反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)(lv)出清(qing)液(ye)(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型(xing)、外(wai)(wai)接(jie)清(qing)液(ye)(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型(xing)。反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)原理如(ru)下:
濾出清液反沖型:
過(guo)濾時:進(jin)出(chu)口閥門(men)打開,反洗閥門(men)關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)制系統關閉一(yi)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元的(de)進(jin)口(kou)閥(fa)門,同時打開(kai)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa),由(you)于(yu)在濾(lv)元內部和反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)出口(kou)(連接大氣)之間存(cun)在壓差(cha),其它過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元的(de)部分濾(lv)出清液會流向這個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元,迅速反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元,把濾(lv)元外表面(mian)的(de)雜質(zhi)沖(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排(pai)走,然后關閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa)并打開(kai)進(jin)口(kou)控(kong)制閥(fa)進(jin)行繼續過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)作(zuo)業;此時控(kong)制系統對下一(yi)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元執行一(yi)樣(yang)的(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作(zuo),直到逐(zhu)一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元。濾(lv)出清液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型,適用于(yu)水及低粘性液體(ti),入口(kou)壓力(li)要求大于(yu)0.3Mpa(視精度、粘度而(er)有一(yi)定(ding)差(cha)異)。
外(wai)接清液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)型:
過濾時(shi):進(jin)出口閥門打開,反(fan)洗進(jin)出口控制閥門關閉。
反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統關閉一(yi)個過(guo)濾單(dan)元的進(jin)口閥(fa)(fa)門(men)和出(chu)口閥(fa)(fa)門(men),打(da)開反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入口閥(fa)(fa)門(men)和出(chu)口閥(fa)(fa)門(men),利用外接(jie)清潔(jie)液體或氣(qi)體反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾元,把濾元外表面(mian)的雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉,經反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管(guan)排走,然后關閉反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進(jin)出(chu)口閥(fa)(fa),打(da)開液體進(jin)出(chu)口閥(fa)(fa)進(jin)行繼續過(guo)濾作(zuo)業;控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統對(dui)下一(yi)個過(guo)濾單(dan)元執行一(yi)樣的反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作(zuo),直到逐一(yi)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有過(guo)濾單(dan)元。外接(jie)清液反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適(shi)用于粘性稍高的液體,或入口壓力小(xiao)于0.3Mpa的場合(he)(視(shi)精度、粘度而有一(yi)定差異(yi))。

MDS-CF過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)配(pei)備V-SLOT縫隙型精密金屬濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)有(you)兩種可選(xuan),A型過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)0.267平(ping)方米;B型過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)0.314平(ping)方米,B型過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)比A型多17%,適(shi)用小于(yu)100微(wei)米以下的(de)(de)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv),過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)可以更緊湊,A型適(shi)用大于(yu)100微(wei)米以上的(de)(de)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。
