柏(bo)之瑞模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)化自(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)基于(yu)模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)化理念設計,將多個標準過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)組成全(quan)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)過(guo)濾(lv)系統。該系統安(an)全(quan)系數(shu)高,可(ke)按流(liu)量需(xu)要(yao)靈活(huo)增加在線單元(yuan)數(shu)量。模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)化自(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化運行,免人工清(qing)洗(xi)(xi),擴展性強,可(ke)外接(jie)高壓反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)流(liu)體,低(di)壓差工作,采用(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)元(yuan),反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)徹底,反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)耗用(yong)液(ye)體少。模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)化自(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)能(neng)凈化流(liu)體,保護后(hou)道關鍵(jian)設備,也能(neng)利用(yong)其反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)排(pai)出(chu)液(ye)回收昂(ang)貴固體顆(ke)粒(li)。產品適用(yong)于(yu)低(di)粘性液(ye)體,如(ru):原(yuan)水、污水、汽油、重型(xing)焦化汽油、柴油、渣(zha)油等。
模塊化自清洗過濾器細分為(wei)四個系列:
MDS-CFR系列(lie)(lie),濾(lv)液(ye)自動(dong)(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)型(xing),利用(yong)其他過濾(lv)單元的濾(lv)液(ye)逆流(liu)來沖洗(xi)濾(lv)元外(wai)表面(mian)濾(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFV系列(lie)(lie),外(wai)接(jie)流(liu)體(ti)自動(dong)(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi),利用(yong)外(wai)接(jie)的潔凈(jing)流(liu)體(ti)(液(ye)體(ti)或(huo)氣體(ti))沖洗(xi)濾(lv)元表面(mian)濾(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFT系列(lie)(lie),濾(lv)液(ye)手動(dong)(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)型(xing);MDS-CFG系列(lie)(lie),外(wai)接(jie)流(liu)體(ti)手動(dong)(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)型(xing)。
模塊(kuai)化(hua)自清洗過濾(lv)器工作原理:
液(ye)體從入口(kou)總管流(liu)入,進(jin)入到各個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)的(de)入口(kou), 液(ye)體從外向內透過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表(biao)面(mian),流(liu)向各個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)出(chu)口(kou),匯(hui)聚到出(chu)口(kou)總管后流(liu)出(chu),顆(ke)粒(li)雜(za)質被攔(lan)截在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表(biao)面(mian),累積形成(cheng)濾(lv)(lv)餅,當(dang)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)壓差逐漸升高達到預設值時(shi)(通常為70-130Kpa),或者清洗(xi)時(shi)間周(zhou)期到時(shi),控(kong)制系(xi)統啟動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,對(dui)每(mei)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)逐一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi),整個(ge)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)程完成(cheng),當(dang)某一過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)被反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)時(shi),其他單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)仍正常過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)液(ye)體來源不同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外接清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)原理如下:
濾(lv)出清液反沖型(xing):
過濾時:進出(chu)口閥(fa)門(men)打開,反洗閥(fa)門(men)關閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時(shi)(shi):控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)關閉(bi)(bi)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元的進口閥(fa)門,同時(shi)(shi)打開反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa),由于在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元內部(bu)和反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)出口(連接大氣)之間存在壓差,其它過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元的部(bu)分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出清(qing)液會流(liu)向這個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元,迅速反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元,把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元外表面的雜(za)質(zhi)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)掉(diao),經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后(hou)關閉(bi)(bi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa)并打開進口控制(zhi)閥(fa)進行繼續過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)作業;此時(shi)(shi)控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)對下(xia)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元執(zhi)行一(yi)(yi)樣的反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作,直到逐(zhu)一(yi)(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所(suo)有過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出清(qing)液反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于水及低粘性液體(ti),入口壓力要(yao)求大于0.3Mpa(視精度(du)(du)、粘度(du)(du)而有一(yi)(yi)定差異)。
外(wai)接(jie)清液反沖型:
過濾時:進(jin)(jin)出(chu)(chu)口閥門(men)打(da)開,反洗進(jin)(jin)出(chu)(chu)口控(kong)制閥門(men)關閉。
反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時:控制(zhi)系(xi)統關(guan)閉一(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的(de)進口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)和出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men),打(da)開(kai)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)入口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)和出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men),利用外(wai)接(jie)清潔液體(ti)或氣(qi)體(ti)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面的(de)雜質(zhi)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)掉,經(jing)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排走,然后(hou)關(guan)閉反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)進出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa),打(da)開(kai)液體(ti)進出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)進行繼續過濾(lv)(lv)作(zuo)(zuo)業;控制(zhi)系(xi)統對(dui)下(xia)一(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)執行一(yi)樣的(de)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作(zuo)(zuo),直到(dao)逐(zhu)一(yi)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)。外(wai)接(jie)清液反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于(yu)粘性稍高的(de)液體(ti),或入口(kou)(kou)壓力小(xiao)于(yu)0.3Mpa的(de)場合(視精度(du)(du)、粘度(du)(du)而有一(yi)定差(cha)異)。
模塊化(hua)自(zi)清洗過濾器配置說明:
MDS-CF過(guo)濾器配備V-SLOT縫隙型精密(mi)金屬濾元,濾元有兩種可(ke)選,A型過(guo)濾面(mian)(mian)積(ji)0.267平方米(mi)(mi);B型過(guo)濾面(mian)(mian)積(ji)0.314平方米(mi)(mi),B型過(guo)濾面(mian)(mian)積(ji)比A型多17%,適用(yong)小于(yu)100微米(mi)(mi)以(yi)(yi)(yi)下(xia)的(de)過(guo)濾,過(guo)濾器可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)更緊湊,A型適用(yong)大于(yu)100微米(mi)(mi)以(yi)(yi)(yi)上的(de)過(guo)濾。
