模塊化自清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)濾器細分為(wei)四個系列(lie):
MDS-CFR系(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)液自動(dong)反沖洗型,利用(yong)其他過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的濾(lv)(lv)(lv)液逆(ni)流(liu)來沖洗濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFV系(xi)列(lie),外(wai)接(jie)(jie)流(liu)體(ti)自動(dong)反沖洗,利用(yong)外(wai)接(jie)(jie)的潔(jie)凈流(liu)體(ti)(液體(ti)或氣體(ti))沖洗濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)表面濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFT系(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)液手動(dong)反沖洗型;MDS-CFG系(xi)列(lie),外(wai)接(jie)(jie)流(liu)體(ti)手動(dong)反沖洗型。
模塊化自清洗過濾器工作(zuo)原理(li):
液(ye)體從(cong)(cong)入(ru)口總(zong)管流入(ru),進(jin)入(ru)到各個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元的入(ru)口, 液(ye)體從(cong)(cong)外(wai)向內透過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元外(wai)表(biao)面,流向各個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元出口,匯(hui)聚到出口總(zong)管后流出,顆粒雜(za)質被(bei)攔截在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元外(wai)表(biao)面,累積形成濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅(bing),當(dang)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)壓(ya)差逐漸升高達到預設值時(shi)(通常為70-130Kpa),或者清(qing)洗時(shi)間周期到時(shi),控制系統啟動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗動作,對每個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗,整個(ge)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)程完成,當(dang)某一(yi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元被(bei)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)時(shi),其他單(dan)(dan)元仍(reng)正常過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗液(ye)體來源不同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)接清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗原理如下:
濾出(chu)清液(ye)反沖型:
過濾時:進(jin)出(chu)口閥(fa)門打開(kai),反洗閥(fa)門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時(shi):控(kong)(kong)制系統關(guan)閉一個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進口閥門(men),同時(shi)打開反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥,由于(yu)在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)內部和反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)出(chu)口(連(lian)接大(da)氣(qi))之(zhi)間存在(zai)壓差,其它過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)部分(fen)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液會流(liu)向這個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),迅速反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面的(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)掉(diao),經反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排(pai)走(zou),然后(hou)關(guan)閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥并打開進口控(kong)(kong)制閥進行(xing)繼續過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)作(zuo)業;此時(shi)控(kong)(kong)制系統對下一個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)執(zhi)行(xing)一樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作(zuo),直(zhi)到逐一反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所(suo)有過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用(yong)于(yu)水(shui)及低粘性液體,入(ru)口壓力要求大(da)于(yu)0.3Mpa(視精度(du)、粘度(du)而有一定差異)。
外接(jie)清液(ye)反沖型(xing):
過濾時:進出口閥門(men)打開(kai),反洗進出口控制閥門(men)關閉。
反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時:控制系統關閉一(yi)(yi)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的進(jin)口閥(fa)(fa)門和出口閥(fa)(fa)門,打開反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)入(ru)口閥(fa)(fa)門和出口閥(fa)(fa)門,利用(yong)外(wai)接清潔液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)或(huo)氣體(ti)(ti)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面(mian)的雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)掉,經(jing)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總(zong)管排走,然(ran)后關閉反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)進(jin)出口閥(fa)(fa),打開液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)進(jin)出口閥(fa)(fa)進(jin)行繼(ji)續過(guo)濾(lv)作業;控制系統對下一(yi)(yi)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)(yi)樣(yang)的反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動(dong)作,直(zhi)到(dao)逐一(yi)(yi)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)。外(wai)接清液(ye)(ye)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用(yong)于(yu)粘(zhan)性稍高的液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti),或(huo)入(ru)口壓(ya)力(li)小于(yu)0.3Mpa的場合(視精度、粘(zhan)度而有一(yi)(yi)定差異(yi))。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器配(pei)備(bei)V-SLOT縫隙型精密金屬(shu)濾(lv)元,濾(lv)元有兩種(zhong)可選,A型過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積0.267平方(fang)米;B型過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積0.314平方(fang)米,B型過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積比A型多17%,適用(yong)小于100微米以(yi)下的過(guo)(guo)濾(lv),過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器可以(yi)更(geng)緊湊(cou),A型適用(yong)大于100微米以(yi)上(shang)的過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)。
