柏(bo)之瑞模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)基于模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)理念設計,將(jiang)多(duo)個標準(zhun)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)組成全自(zi)動過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)系(xi)統。該系(xi)統安全系(xi)數(shu)高,可按(an)流(liu)量(liang)(liang)需要靈活(huo)增(zeng)加在線單(dan)元(yuan)數(shu)量(liang)(liang)。模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)自(zi)動化(hua)(hua)運行,免人工清(qing)洗(xi),擴展(zhan)性(xing)強,可外接高壓(ya)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)流(liu)體(ti),低壓(ya)差工作,采用(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan),反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)徹(che)底,反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)耗用(yong)液(ye)體(ti)少(shao)。模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)能凈化(hua)(hua)流(liu)體(ti),保護后道關鍵設備,也能利用(yong)其反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)排出(chu)液(ye)回收昂貴固體(ti)顆粒。產品(pin)適(shi)用(yong)于低粘性(xing)液(ye)體(ti),如:原(yuan)水、污水、汽(qi)油(you)、重型焦化(hua)(hua)汽(qi)油(you)、柴油(you)、渣油(you)等。
模塊化自清洗過濾器細分為四(si)個系列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)自動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗型(xing),利用其(qi)他過濾(lv)(lv)單元的濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)逆流(liu)來沖(chong)洗濾(lv)(lv)元外(wai)(wai)表(biao)面濾(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)(xi)列(lie),外(wai)(wai)接(jie)(jie)流(liu)體(ti)(ti)自動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗,利用外(wai)(wai)接(jie)(jie)的潔凈流(liu)體(ti)(ti)(液(ye)體(ti)(ti)或氣體(ti)(ti))沖(chong)洗濾(lv)(lv)元表(biao)面濾(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)手動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗型(xing);MDS-CFG系(xi)(xi)列(lie),外(wai)(wai)接(jie)(jie)流(liu)體(ti)(ti)手動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗型(xing)。
模塊化自(zi)清洗過濾器工作(zuo)原理:
液體(ti)從(cong)入(ru)口總管流入(ru),進入(ru)到各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的入(ru)口, 液體(ti)從(cong)外(wai)向內透過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面,流向各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)出(chu)口,匯聚到出(chu)口總管后流出(chu),顆粒(li)雜質被攔(lan)截在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面,累積形成濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅,當過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)壓差(cha)逐(zhu)漸升高(gao)達到預(yu)設值時(通常為(wei)70-130Kpa),或者清洗時間周期(qi)到時,控制系統啟(qi)動反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗動作,對每個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)逐(zhu)一反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗,整個(ge)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)程完成,當某一過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)被反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)時,其他單元(yuan)仍(reng)正常過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗液體(ti)來源不同(tong),反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)方式分(fen)為(wei):濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing)、外(wai)接清液反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing)。反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗原理(li)如下(xia):

過濾時:進出口閥門打開,反洗閥門關閉。
反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)制系(xi)統關(guan)閉(bi)一(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)的進(jin)口(kou)閥門(men),同時打開(kai)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)閥,由(you)于在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)內部和(he)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)出(chu)口(kou)(連接大(da)氣)之(zhi)間存(cun)在(zai)壓(ya)差(cha),其它過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)的部分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液會流向這(zhe)個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan),迅速反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把(ba)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表面(mian)的雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)總(zong)管排走,然后關(guan)閉(bi)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)閥并打開(kai)進(jin)口(kou)控(kong)制閥進(jin)行繼續過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)作業;此時控(kong)制系(xi)統對(dui)下一(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)執行一(yi)樣(yang)的反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)動作,直(zhi)到逐一(yi)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)完所(suo)有(you)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing),適用于水及(ji)低粘性液體,入口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)要求大(da)于0.3Mpa(視精度(du)、粘度(du)而有(you)一(yi)定差(cha)異)。
外(wai)接清液反沖型:

反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)制系(xi)統關(guan)(guan)閉一(yi)個過濾單元(yuan)的(de)進口(kou)閥(fa)門(men)和出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)門(men),打(da)(da)開(kai)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)入口(kou)閥(fa)門(men)和出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)門(men),利用外接清潔液(ye)體(ti)或氣體(ti)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾元(yuan),把濾元(yuan)外表面的(de)雜(za)質沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后(hou)關(guan)(guan)閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)進出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa),打(da)(da)開(kai)液(ye)體(ti)進出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)進行繼(ji)續過濾作業;控(kong)制系(xi)統對下一(yi)個過濾單元(yuan)執行一(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動作,直(zhi)到逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完(wan)所有(you)過濾單元(yuan)。外接清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型,適用于粘性稍(shao)高的(de)液(ye)體(ti),或入口(kou)壓力小(xiao)于0.3Mpa的(de)場合(視精度(du)(du)、粘度(du)(du)而(er)有(you)一(yi)定差(cha)異)。

MDS-CF過濾(lv)(lv)器配備V-SLOT縫(feng)隙型(xing)精密金屬濾(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)元有兩種可(ke)選,A型(xing)過濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積0.267平(ping)方米;B型(xing)過濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積0.314平(ping)方米,B型(xing)過濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積比A型(xing)多17%,適(shi)用(yong)小(xiao)于(yu)100微米以下的過濾(lv)(lv),過濾(lv)(lv)器可(ke)以更緊(jin)湊,A型(xing)適(shi)用(yong)大于(yu)100微米以上的過濾(lv)(lv)。
