模塊(kuai)化自清洗過濾器產品(pin)介紹(shao):

柏之(zhi)瑞模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自清洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器基于模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)理(li)念設計,將多(duo)個(ge)標準過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元組成全自動(dong)過(guo)濾(lv)系統(tong)。該系統(tong)安全系數高(gao),可按(an)流量需要(yao)靈活增加在線單(dan)元數量。模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自清洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器自動(dong)化(hua)(hua)運行,免人工清洗(xi),擴展(zhan)性強(qiang),可外接高(gao)壓(ya)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)流體,低壓(ya)差工作,采用V-SLOT 濾(lv)元,反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)徹(che)底,反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)耗用液體少。模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自清洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器能(neng)凈化(hua)(hua)流體,保護后道關鍵設備,也能(neng)利(li)用其反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)排出液回收(shou)昂貴固體顆粒。產品適用于低粘性液體,如:原水、污水、汽(qi)油(you)(you)(you)、重型焦化(hua)(hua)汽(qi)油(you)(you)(you)、柴油(you)(you)(you)、渣油(you)(you)(you)等。


模塊(kuai)化自清(qing)洗過濾器細分為四個系列:


MDS-CFR系列(lie),濾(lv)液(ye)自動反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型,利用其(qi)他(ta)過濾(lv)單元(yuan)的濾(lv)液(ye)逆(ni)流(liu)來沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面濾(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFV系列(lie),外(wai)接(jie)流(liu)體(ti)(ti)自動反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi),利用外(wai)接(jie)的潔凈流(liu)體(ti)(ti)(液(ye)體(ti)(ti)或氣體(ti)(ti))沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)表面濾(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFT系列(lie),濾(lv)液(ye)手動反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型;MDS-CFG系列(lie),外(wai)接(jie)流(liu)體(ti)(ti)手動反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型。


模塊化自(zi)清洗過濾(lv)器工作原理:

液體從入(ru)口(kou)總管(guan)流入(ru),進(jin)入(ru)到各個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)入(ru)口(kou), 液體從外(wai)向內透過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面(mian),流向各個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)出口(kou),匯聚到出口(kou)總管(guan)后流出,顆粒(li)雜質被攔截在濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面(mian),累(lei)積形成濾(lv)餅,當(dang)(dang)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)壓差逐(zhu)漸(jian)升高達到預(yu)設值時(通常(chang)為70-130Kpa),或(huo)者清洗(xi)時間周(zhou)期到時,控制系(xi)統啟動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)動作,對每個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)逐(zhu)一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi),整個反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)過(guo)(guo)程完成,當(dang)(dang)某一過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)被反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)時,其他單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)仍正常(chang)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)液體來源不同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)出清液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型(xing)、外(wai)接清液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型(xing)。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)原理如下(xia):


濾(lv)出(chu)清液反沖型(xing):


過濾時:進出(chu)口閥(fa)門打開(kai),反洗閥(fa)門關(guan)閉。


反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控制(zhi)系(xi)統關閉一(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進口(kou)閥(fa)門,同時打(da)開反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa),由于(yu)在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)內部和反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)出(chu)口(kou)(連接大氣)之間(jian)存在壓差,其它(ta)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)部分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)會流向這個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan),迅速反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)雜質(zhi)沖(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后關閉反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa)并打(da)開進口(kou)控制(zhi)閥(fa)進行(xing)繼續(xu)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)作業;此時控制(zhi)系(xi)統對(dui)下一(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作,直到逐一(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有(you)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于(yu)水及低粘性液(ye)體,入口(kou)壓力要求大于(yu)0.3Mpa(視精度、粘度而有(you)一(yi)定(ding)差異)。 


外接清液反沖(chong)型:


過(guo)濾時:進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)門(men)打開,反洗進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)控(kong)制閥(fa)門(men)關閉(bi)。


反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時:控(kong)制系統關閉一(yi)個過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的進(jin)口閥(fa)門和出(chu)口閥(fa)門,打(da)開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)入口閥(fa)門和出(chu)口閥(fa)門,利用(yong)外(wai)接清潔液(ye)體(ti)或氣(qi)體(ti)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面(mian)的雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)掉(diao),經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總(zong)管排走,然后關閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)進(jin)出(chu)口閥(fa),打(da)開液(ye)體(ti)進(jin)出(chu)口閥(fa)進(jin)行(xing)繼續過濾(lv)作業(ye);控(kong)制系統對下一(yi)個過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)執(zhi)行(xing)一(yi)樣的反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,直到逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)。外(wai)接清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用(yong)于粘性稍高的液(ye)體(ti),或入口壓力小于0.3Mpa的場合(視(shi)精度(du)、粘度(du)而有一(yi)定(ding)差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)配(pei)備(bei)V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)精密金屬濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)有兩種可選(xuan),A型(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)(mian)積0.267平方米(mi);B型(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)(mian)積0.314平方米(mi),B型(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)(mian)積比A型(xing)多(duo)17%,適用小(xiao)于100微(wei)米(mi)以(yi)下(xia)的(de)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv),過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)可以(yi)更緊湊,A型(xing)適用大于100微(wei)米(mi)以(yi)上的(de)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。
