柏之瑞(rui)模塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)化(hua)自清洗過濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)基(ji)于(yu)模塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)化(hua)理念設計,將多個標準過濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)組成全自動(dong)過濾(lv)(lv)系統(tong)。該系統(tong)安全系數(shu)高,可按(an)流(liu)量(liang)需要靈活(huo)增加在線(xian)單元(yuan)(yuan)數(shu)量(liang)。模塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)化(hua)自清洗過濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)自動(dong)化(hua)運(yun)行(xing),免(mian)人工清洗,擴展性強,可外接高壓反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗流(liu)體(ti)(ti),低(di)壓差工作,采用(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗徹底,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗耗用(yong)液體(ti)(ti)少。模塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)化(hua)自清洗過濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)能凈化(hua)流(liu)體(ti)(ti),保(bao)護后道關鍵設備,也能利用(yong)其反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗排出液回收昂貴(gui)固(gu)體(ti)(ti)顆粒。產品適(shi)用(yong)于(yu)低(di)粘性液體(ti)(ti),如:原水(shui)、污水(shui)、汽油(you)、重型焦化(hua)汽油(you)、柴油(you)、渣油(you)等。
模塊化(hua)自清(qing)洗過濾器細(xi)分為四個系列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)列,濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)自動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing)(xing),利用其他過(guo)濾(lv)單元的濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)逆(ni)流來沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元外表面濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)列,外接流體自動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi),利用外接的潔(jie)凈流體(液(ye)(ye)體或氣(qi)體)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元表面濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)列,濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)手動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing)(xing);MDS-CFG系(xi)列,外接流體手動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing)(xing)。
模塊化自清洗過(guo)濾器工作原理:
液體(ti)從入(ru)(ru)(ru)口總(zong)管流(liu)(liu)入(ru)(ru)(ru),進入(ru)(ru)(ru)到(dao)各(ge)個(ge)(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的入(ru)(ru)(ru)口, 液體(ti)從外(wai)(wai)向(xiang)內(nei)透(tou)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表(biao)面,流(liu)(liu)向(xiang)各(ge)個(ge)(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)口,匯聚到(dao)出(chu)口總(zong)管后流(liu)(liu)出(chu),顆粒雜質被(bei)攔截在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表(biao)面,累積形成濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅,當過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)壓(ya)差逐(zhu)漸升高達(da)到(dao)預設值(zhi)時(shi)(通(tong)常為(wei)70-130Kpa),或(huo)者清(qing)洗(xi)時(shi)間周(zhou)期到(dao)時(shi),控制系(xi)統啟動(dong)(dong)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動(dong)(dong)作,對每個(ge)(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)逐(zhu)一反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi),整個(ge)(ge)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)過(guo)程完(wan)成,當某一過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)被(bei)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)時(shi),其他單元(yuan)(yuan)仍正常過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)液體(ti)來源不同,反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)方式分為(wei):濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)(wai)接清(qing)液反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)原理(li)如(ru)下:
濾出清液反(fan)沖型:
過濾時(shi):進出口閥門打開,反洗閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗時:控(kong)制系(xi)統關(guan)閉一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的進口閥(fa)門(men),同時打(da)開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗閥(fa),由于(yu)在濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)內部和反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗出(chu)口(連接大(da)氣)之間存在壓差(cha),其它過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的部分濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液(ye)(ye)會(hui)流向這個過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan),迅速反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面的雜(za)質(zhi)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗總管排走,然(ran)后關(guan)閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗閥(fa)并打(da)開進口控(kong)制閥(fa)進行繼續(xu)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作(zuo)業;此時控(kong)制系(xi)統對下(xia)一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執(zhi)行一(yi)(yi)樣的反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗動作(zuo),直到逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗完所有(you)(you)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用(yong)于(yu)水及低(di)粘性(xing)液(ye)(ye)體,入口壓力要求大(da)于(yu)0.3Mpa(視精度、粘度而有(you)(you)一(yi)(yi)定差(cha)異)。
外接清液反沖型:
過濾時:進出(chu)口閥(fa)門打(da)開,反(fan)洗進出(chu)口控(kong)制閥(fa)門關閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控制系統關閉(bi)一(yi)(yi)個過濾單元的(de)進(jin)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門和出口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門,打開(kai)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門和出口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門,利用外接清(qing)潔(jie)液(ye)體或氣體反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾元,把濾元外表面的(de)雜質沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉(diao),經反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管(guan)排走,然后關閉(bi)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進(jin)出口(kou)閥(fa)(fa),打開(kai)液(ye)體進(jin)出口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)進(jin)行(xing)繼續過濾作業;控制系統對下一(yi)(yi)個過濾單元執行(xing)一(yi)(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動(dong)作,直到(dao)逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有過濾單元。外接清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)型,適用于粘性稍(shao)高的(de)液(ye)體,或入口(kou)壓力小于0.3Mpa的(de)場合(視精度、粘度而有一(yi)(yi)定(ding)差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器配備V-SLOT縫隙型精(jing)密金屬濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan),濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)有兩種可(ke)選,A型過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積0.267平方米;B型過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積0.314平方米,B型過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積比A型多(duo)17%,適(shi)用小于100微(wei)米以(yi)(yi)下的過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv),過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器可(ke)以(yi)(yi)更緊湊,A型適(shi)用大于100微(wei)米以(yi)(yi)上(shang)的過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。
