柏之瑞模塊(kuai)化自(zi)清(qing)(qing)洗過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器基于模塊(kuai)化理念設計,將多個標(biao)準過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元組成全自(zi)動(dong)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)系統(tong)。該系統(tong)安(an)全系數高,可(ke)按(an)流(liu)量(liang)(liang)需(xu)要靈活增加在線單元數量(liang)(liang)。模塊(kuai)化自(zi)清(qing)(qing)洗過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器自(zi)動(dong)化運行,免人工(gong)清(qing)(qing)洗,擴展性(xing)強,可(ke)外接高壓反沖洗流(liu)體(ti),低壓差(cha)工(gong)作,采(cai)用V-SLOT 濾(lv)(lv)元,反沖洗徹底,反沖洗耗(hao)用液(ye)體(ti)少。模塊(kuai)化自(zi)清(qing)(qing)洗過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器能凈化流(liu)體(ti),保護后道(dao)關鍵設備(bei),也能利用其(qi)反沖洗排出(chu)液(ye)回收昂貴固(gu)體(ti)顆粒(li)。產品適用于低粘(zhan)性(xing)液(ye)體(ti),如:原水、污水、汽油、重型焦化汽油、柴油、渣油等。
模塊(kuai)化自清(qing)洗過濾(lv)器細(xi)分為四個(ge)系列:
MDS-CFR系列(lie),濾(lv)(lv)液自動(dong)反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)型(xing)(xing),利用其他過濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的濾(lv)(lv)液逆流(liu)來沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面濾(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系列(lie),外接(jie)流(liu)體(ti)自動(dong)反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi),利用外接(jie)的潔凈流(liu)體(ti)(液體(ti)或氣(qi)體(ti))沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)表面濾(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系列(lie),濾(lv)(lv)液手動(dong)反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)型(xing)(xing);MDS-CFG系列(lie),外接(jie)流(liu)體(ti)手動(dong)反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)型(xing)(xing)。
模(mo)塊(kuai)化自清洗過濾器工作(zuo)原(yuan)理:
液(ye)(ye)(ye)體從(cong)入(ru)(ru)口總(zong)管流入(ru)(ru),進入(ru)(ru)到(dao)各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元的(de)入(ru)(ru)口, 液(ye)(ye)(ye)體從(cong)外(wai)(wai)向內透過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元外(wai)(wai)表面(mian),流向各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元出(chu)口,匯聚到(dao)出(chu)口總(zong)管后(hou)流出(chu),顆粒雜質被攔截在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元外(wai)(wai)表面(mian),累積(ji)形成(cheng)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅,當過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)壓(ya)差逐(zhu)(zhu)漸升(sheng)高(gao)達(da)到(dao)預設值時(通常為(wei)70-130Kpa),或者清洗時間(jian)周期到(dao)時,控制系統啟動(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗動(dong)作,對每個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元逐(zhu)(zhu)一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗,整個(ge)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)程完成(cheng),當某一(yi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元被反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)時,其他(ta)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元仍正常過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗液(ye)(ye)(ye)體來(lai)源不同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)方式分為(wei):濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)(wai)接清液(ye)(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗原理如下:
濾出清液反沖型:
過濾(lv)時:進(jin)出口(kou)閥門打開,反(fan)洗(xi)閥門關閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時:控制(zhi)系統關(guan)閉(bi)一(yi)個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進口(kou)閥(fa)門(men),同時打開反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥(fa),由(you)于在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)內部和反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)出口(kou)(連(lian)接(jie)大氣(qi))之間存(cun)在壓差,其它過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)部分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清(qing)(qing)液(ye)會流向這個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan),迅速反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)雜質(zhi)沖(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排走,然后關(guan)閉(bi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥(fa)并打開進口(kou)控制(zhi)閥(fa)進行(xing)繼(ji)續過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)作業;此時控制(zhi)系統對(dui)下(xia)一(yi)個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,直到逐一(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清(qing)(qing)液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型(xing),適用于水及低粘(zhan)性液(ye)體,入(ru)口(kou)壓力(li)要求大于0.3Mpa(視精度(du)、粘(zhan)度(du)而(er)有一(yi)定(ding)差異)。
外(wai)接清液反沖型:
過(guo)濾時:進(jin)出口閥門打開(kai),反洗進(jin)出口控制閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時:控制系統關閉一(yi)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進(jin)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)(men)和出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)(men),打開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)入口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)(men)和出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)(men),利用外接清(qing)潔液體(ti)或(huo)氣(qi)體(ti)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面(mian)的(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)掉(diao),經(jing)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排走,然(ran)后關閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)進(jin)出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa),打開液體(ti)進(jin)出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)進(jin)行繼續過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作業;控制系統對下一(yi)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,直到逐(zhu)一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。外接清(qing)液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing),適(shi)用于粘(zhan)性(xing)稍高的(de)液體(ti),或(huo)入口(kou)(kou)壓力小于0.3Mpa的(de)場合(視精(jing)度、粘(zhan)度而有一(yi)定差(cha)異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)器配備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)精密金(jin)屬濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元有兩種可(ke)選(xuan),A型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)0.267平(ping)方米;B型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)0.314平(ping)方米,B型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)比A型(xing)多17%,適(shi)用小于(yu)100微米以(yi)下(xia)的(de)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv),過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)器可(ke)以(yi)更緊湊,A型(xing)適(shi)用大于(yu)100微米以(yi)上的(de)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)。
