柏之(zhi)瑞(rui)模塊(kuai)化(hua)自(zi)(zi)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器基(ji)于(yu)模塊(kuai)化(hua)理念設計,將(jiang)多個標(biao)準(zhun)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)組(zu)成全(quan)自(zi)(zi)動過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)系(xi)統。該系(xi)統安(an)全(quan)系(xi)數高,可按流量需要靈活增加(jia)在線單元(yuan)數量。模塊(kuai)化(hua)自(zi)(zi)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器自(zi)(zi)動化(hua)運行,免人(ren)工清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),擴展性強,可外接高壓(ya)反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)流體(ti),低(di)壓(ya)差(cha)工作,采(cai)用V-SLOT 濾(lv)元(yuan),反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)徹底,反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)耗用液體(ti)少。模塊(kuai)化(hua)自(zi)(zi)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器能凈化(hua)流體(ti),保護后道(dao)關鍵設備,也能利用其反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)排(pai)出液回收昂貴固體(ti)顆(ke)粒。產品適用于(yu)低(di)粘(zhan)性液體(ti),如:原水(shui)、污水(shui)、汽(qi)油、重型焦化(hua)汽(qi)油、柴油、渣油等。


模塊(kuai)化(hua)自(zi)清洗(xi)過濾器細分(fen)為四個系列:


MDS-CFR系(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)(ye)自動(dong)(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)型,利(li)用(yong)(yong)其他過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元的(de)濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)(ye)逆流(liu)(liu)來(lai)沖(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元外表(biao)面濾(lv)(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFV系(xi)列(lie),外接流(liu)(liu)體自動(dong)(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi),利(li)用(yong)(yong)外接的(de)潔凈流(liu)(liu)體(液(ye)(ye)體或氣體)沖(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元表(biao)面濾(lv)(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFT系(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)(ye)手(shou)(shou)動(dong)(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)型;MDS-CFG系(xi)列(lie),外接流(liu)(liu)體手(shou)(shou)動(dong)(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)型。


模塊(kuai)化自清(qing)洗過濾器(qi)工作(zuo)原(yuan)理:

液體從入(ru)口(kou)總(zong)管(guan)流入(ru),進入(ru)到(dao)各個過(guo)濾單元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)入(ru)口(kou), 液體從外(wai)向(xiang)內透過(guo)濾元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面,流向(xiang)各個過(guo)濾單元(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)口(kou),匯(hui)聚到(dao)出(chu)口(kou)總(zong)管(guan)后流出(chu),顆粒(li)雜質被(bei)攔截在濾元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面,累積形成濾餅,當(dang)過(guo)濾壓差(cha)逐漸(jian)升高達到(dao)預設值時(shi)(通常為70-130Kpa),或者清(qing)洗時(shi)間周期到(dao)時(shi),控制系統啟(qi)動(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗動(dong)作,對(dui)每個過(guo)濾單元(yuan)(yuan)逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗,整(zheng)個反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)程完成,當(dang)某一(yi)過(guo)濾單元(yuan)(yuan)被(bei)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)時(shi),其他(ta)單元(yuan)(yuan)仍正常過(guo)濾。根據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗液體來源(yuan)不(bu)同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)方式分(fen)為:濾出(chu)清(qing)液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)接清(qing)液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗原理如下:


濾出清液反沖型:


過濾時:進出口(kou)閥門(men)打開,反洗閥門(men)關(guan)閉。


反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)時:控制系統關閉(bi)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的(de)進口閥(fa)(fa)門,同時打開反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)閥(fa)(fa),由于在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)內部和反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)出(chu)口(連接大(da)氣)之間存在(zai)壓差(cha),其它過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的(de)部分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)(qing)液會流向這(zhe)個(ge)(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan),迅(xun)速反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表面的(de)雜質沖(chong)掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)總(zong)管排走,然后(hou)關閉(bi)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)閥(fa)(fa)并打開進口控制閥(fa)(fa)進行(xing)繼續過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)作業;此時控制系統對(dui)下一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)(yi)樣(yang)的(de)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)動作,直到逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)完(wan)所(suo)有過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)(qing)液反(fan)沖(chong)型,適用于水(shui)及低粘性液體,入口壓力要求大(da)于0.3Mpa(視精度(du)、粘度(du)而有一(yi)(yi)定差(cha)異)。 


外(wai)接(jie)清液反(fan)沖型(xing):


過濾時:進出口閥門打開,反洗(xi)進出口控制閥門關閉。


反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時(shi):控(kong)制系統關閉一個過濾(lv)單元(yuan)的(de)進(jin)口閥(fa)門(men)和(he)出(chu)口閥(fa)門(men),打開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入口閥(fa)門(men)和(he)出(chu)口閥(fa)門(men),利用外(wai)接清(qing)潔液體(ti)或氣體(ti)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面的(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉(diao),經(jing)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然(ran)后關閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進(jin)出(chu)口閥(fa),打開液體(ti)進(jin)出(chu)口閥(fa)進(jin)行繼續過濾(lv)作(zuo)業;控(kong)制系統對下(xia)一個過濾(lv)單元(yuan)執行一樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作(zuo),直到逐一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有過濾(lv)單元(yuan)。外(wai)接清(qing)液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于(yu)粘性(xing)稍高的(de)液體(ti),或入口壓(ya)力小于(yu)0.3Mpa的(de)場合(he)(視精(jing)度、粘度而有一定差異(yi))。

MDS-CF過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器配備V-SLOT縫隙(xi)型(xing)精密(mi)金屬濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan),濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)有兩種可(ke)(ke)選,A型(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面積(ji)0.267平(ping)方米(mi);B型(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面積(ji)0.314平(ping)方米(mi),B型(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面積(ji)比(bi)A型(xing)多17%,適用小于100微米(mi)以下的過(guo)濾(lv)(lv),過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器可(ke)(ke)以更緊湊,A型(xing)適用大于100微米(mi)以上的過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。
