模塊化自清(qing)洗過濾器產(chan)品介紹:

柏之瑞模塊(kuai)(kuai)化(hua)自清(qing)洗過(guo)濾器(qi)(qi)基于模塊(kuai)(kuai)化(hua)理念設計,將多個標準過(guo)濾單元組成全(quan)自動過(guo)濾系統(tong)。該系統(tong)安全(quan)系數高(gao),可按流(liu)量需要靈活增加在線(xian)單元數量。模塊(kuai)(kuai)化(hua)自清(qing)洗過(guo)濾器(qi)(qi)自動化(hua)運行(xing),免人工清(qing)洗,擴(kuo)展性強,可外接(jie)高(gao)壓反(fan)沖(chong)洗流(liu)體(ti),低(di)壓差工作,采用(yong)(yong)V-SLOT 濾元,反(fan)沖(chong)洗徹底,反(fan)沖(chong)洗耗用(yong)(yong)液(ye)體(ti)少。模塊(kuai)(kuai)化(hua)自清(qing)洗過(guo)濾器(qi)(qi)能凈(jing)化(hua)流(liu)體(ti),保(bao)護后道(dao)關鍵設備,也能利用(yong)(yong)其反(fan)沖(chong)洗排(pai)出(chu)液(ye)回收昂貴固(gu)體(ti)顆(ke)粒。產品適用(yong)(yong)于低(di)粘性液(ye)體(ti),如:原水、污水、汽油(you)(you)、重型焦化(hua)汽油(you)(you)、柴油(you)(you)、渣油(you)(you)等(deng)。


模塊化自清洗過(guo)濾器細分為四(si)個系列:


MDS-CFR系列,濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)自動反(fan)沖洗型,利用(yong)其他過濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)逆流來沖洗濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系列,外接流體自動反(fan)沖洗,利用(yong)外接的(de)潔凈流體(液(ye)(ye)體或氣體)沖洗濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)表面濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系列,濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)手動反(fan)沖洗型;MDS-CFG系列,外接流體手動反(fan)沖洗型。


模塊(kuai)化自清洗過濾器工作原理(li):

液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)從(cong)入口(kou)總管(guan)流(liu)入,進入到(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)各(ge)個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)入口(kou), 液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)從(cong)外向(xiang)內透過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表(biao)面,流(liu)向(xiang)各(ge)個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)口(kou),匯聚到(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)出(chu)口(kou)總管(guan)后(hou)流(liu)出(chu),顆(ke)粒雜(za)質被攔截在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表(biao)面,累積(ji)形成(cheng)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅(bing),當(dang)(dang)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)壓(ya)差(cha)逐漸升高(gao)達到(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)預設值時(通常為70-130Kpa),或(huo)者(zhe)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)時間周期(qi)到(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)時,控制系統啟(qi)動(dong)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動(dong)作,對每個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)逐一反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi),整個(ge)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)過程(cheng)完成(cheng),當(dang)(dang)某一過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)被反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)時,其(qi)他單元(yuan)(yuan)仍(reng)正常過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)來源不同(tong),反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外接清(qing)液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)原理(li)如(ru)下:


濾出清液(ye)反沖型:


過濾時(shi):進出口閥門(men)(men)打開,反洗閥門(men)(men)關閉。


反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時:控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)一個過(guo)濾單(dan)元(yuan)的進(jin)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men),同時打開反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥(fa)(fa),由于在濾元(yuan)內部和反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)出(chu)口(kou)(連接大氣)之間存在壓差,其(qi)它(ta)過(guo)濾單(dan)元(yuan)的部分濾出(chu)清液(ye)(ye)會(hui)流向這(zhe)個過(guo)濾單(dan)元(yuan),迅速(su)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾元(yuan),把(ba)濾元(yuan)外(wai)表面的雜質沖(chong)(chong)掉,經(jing)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總(zong)管排(pai)走(zou),然后關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥(fa)(fa)并(bing)打開進(jin)口(kou)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)閥(fa)(fa)進(jin)行(xing)繼續過(guo)濾作業;此時控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統對下(xia)一個過(guo)濾單(dan)元(yuan)執行(xing)一樣(yang)的反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,直(zhi)到逐(zhu)一反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有(you)過(guo)濾單(dan)元(yuan)。濾出(chu)清液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于水及低粘性液(ye)(ye)體,入口(kou)壓力要(yao)求大于0.3Mpa(視精(jing)度、粘度而有(you)一定差異)。 


外接清液反沖型:


過濾時:進出口閥門打開,反洗進出口控制閥門關閉。


反沖洗(xi)時:控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統關(guan)閉(bi)一個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)進口閥門和(he)出(chu)口閥門,打開(kai)反沖洗(xi)入口閥門和(he)出(chu)口閥門,利用外接清(qing)(qing)潔液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)或氣體(ti)(ti)反沖洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面(mian)的(de)(de)雜(za)質沖洗(xi)掉,經反沖洗(xi)總管排走,然后關(guan)閉(bi)反沖洗(xi)進出(chu)口閥,打開(kai)液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)進出(chu)口閥進行繼(ji)續過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作業(ye);控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統對下一個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執(zhi)行一樣的(de)(de)反沖洗(xi)動作,直(zhi)到(dao)逐一反沖洗(xi)完(wan)所有過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。外接清(qing)(qing)液(ye)(ye)(ye)反沖型,適用于(yu)粘性稍(shao)高的(de)(de)液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti),或入口壓(ya)力小(xiao)于(yu)0.3Mpa的(de)(de)場合(視精度(du)(du)、粘度(du)(du)而有一定(ding)差異(yi))。 


模塊化(hua)自清洗過濾器配置(zhi)說明:

MDS-CF過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器配(pei)備V-SLOT縫隙型精密金屬濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)有兩種可選(xuan),A型過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)積(ji)0.267平(ping)方(fang)米(mi);B型過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)積(ji)0.314平(ping)方(fang)米(mi),B型過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)積(ji)比(bi)A型多17%,適(shi)用小(xiao)于(yu)100微米(mi)以(yi)下的過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv),過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器可以(yi)更緊湊,A型適(shi)用大(da)于(yu)100微米(mi)以(yi)上(shang)的過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。


V-SLOT濾(lv)元具有以下突出(chu)優點:
