柏之瑞(rui)模塊化(hua)自清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器基(ji)于模塊化(hua)理念(nian)設計(ji),將多(duo)個標準過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)組(zu)成全(quan)自動過(guo)濾(lv)系(xi)統。該(gai)系(xi)統安全(quan)系(xi)數高,可按流(liu)量需(xu)要靈(ling)活增加(jia)在線(xian)單(dan)元(yuan)數量。模塊化(hua)自清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器自動化(hua)運行,免(mian)人(ren)工(gong)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi),擴展性強,可外(wai)接高壓反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)流(liu)體(ti)(ti),低壓差工(gong)作,采用(yong)(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)元(yuan),反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)徹底,反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)耗用(yong)(yong)液體(ti)(ti)少。模塊化(hua)自清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器能凈化(hua)流(liu)體(ti)(ti),保護(hu)后道關鍵設備,也能利用(yong)(yong)其(qi)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)排出液回收昂貴(gui)固(gu)體(ti)(ti)顆粒。產(chan)品適(shi)用(yong)(yong)于低粘性液體(ti)(ti),如:原水、污水、汽(qi)油(you)、重型焦化(hua)汽(qi)油(you)、柴油(you)、渣油(you)等。
模(mo)塊化自清(qing)洗過(guo)濾(lv)器細(xi)分為四個系列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)(xi)列(lie),濾液(ye)自動反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型,利用其他過濾單元的(de)濾液(ye)逆流(liu)(liu)(liu)來沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾元外(wai)(wai)表面濾餅(bing);MDS-CFV系(xi)(xi)列(lie),外(wai)(wai)接(jie)流(liu)(liu)(liu)體自動反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi),利用外(wai)(wai)接(jie)的(de)潔凈流(liu)(liu)(liu)體(液(ye)體或氣體)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾元表面濾餅(bing);MDS-CFT系(xi)(xi)列(lie),濾液(ye)手動反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型;MDS-CFG系(xi)(xi)列(lie),外(wai)(wai)接(jie)流(liu)(liu)(liu)體手動反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型。
模(mo)塊化自清洗過(guo)濾器工作原理:
液(ye)體(ti)(ti)從入(ru)口總管流入(ru),進入(ru)到各個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的入(ru)口, 液(ye)體(ti)(ti)從外(wai)向內(nei)透(tou)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面,流向各個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)口,匯聚(ju)到出(chu)口總管后(hou)流出(chu),顆(ke)粒雜質(zhi)被攔截(jie)在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面,累積形成(cheng)(cheng)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅(bing),當過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)壓差逐漸升高達到預設(she)值(zhi)時(通常(chang)為70-130Kpa),或(huo)者(zhe)清洗(xi)時間周期到時,控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統啟動(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動(dong)作,對每個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)逐一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi),整個(ge)(ge)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)程完成(cheng)(cheng),當某一過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)被反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)時,其他單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)仍正常(chang)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)液(ye)體(ti)(ti)來源不同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)方式分(fen)為:濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)接清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)原理如下(xia):
濾出清液反沖型:
過濾時:進出口閥門(men)打開(kai),反洗閥門(men)關(guan)閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時(shi):控(kong)制系統(tong)關閉一(yi)(yi)(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)的進口閥門,同時(shi)打開反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥,由(you)于(yu)在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)內部和(he)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)出口(連接大氣)之間存在(zai)壓差(cha),其它過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)的部分(fen)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清(qing)液(ye)(ye)會(hui)流向這(zhe)個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan),迅速反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面的雜質(zhi)沖(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總(zong)管(guan)排走,然后關閉反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥并打開進口控(kong)制閥進行繼續過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)作業;此(ci)時(shi)控(kong)制系統(tong)對下一(yi)(yi)(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)執(zhi)行一(yi)(yi)(yi)樣(yang)的反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動(dong)作,直到逐(zhu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完(wan)所有過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清(qing)液(ye)(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型(xing),適用(yong)于(yu)水及(ji)低粘性液(ye)(ye)體(ti),入口壓力要(yao)求大于(yu)0.3Mpa(視精度、粘度而(er)有一(yi)(yi)(yi)定差(cha)異)。
外(wai)接清液(ye)反沖型:
過濾(lv)時:進(jin)出口閥門打開,反洗(xi)進(jin)出口控制閥門關(guan)閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時(shi):控制系統關閉一(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的(de)進(jin)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門和出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門,打(da)(da)開(kai)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入(ru)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門和出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門,利用(yong)外(wai)(wai)接清潔液(ye)體(ti)或(huo)氣體(ti)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表面的(de)雜質(zhi)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走(zou),然后關閉反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進(jin)出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa),打(da)(da)開(kai)液(ye)體(ti)進(jin)出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)進(jin)行(xing)繼續(xu)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作(zuo)業;控制系統對下一(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作(zuo),直到逐一(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所(suo)有過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)。外(wai)(wai)接清液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用(yong)于(yu)粘性(xing)稍高的(de)液(ye)體(ti),或(huo)入(ru)口(kou)(kou)壓力小于(yu)0.3Mpa的(de)場合(視精度、粘度而有一(yi)定差(cha)異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)器配(pei)備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)精密金屬濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)有兩種可選,A型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)積(ji)0.267平方(fang)米(mi);B型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)積(ji)0.314平方(fang)米(mi),B型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)積(ji)比(bi)A型(xing)多17%,適(shi)用小于100微(wei)(wei)米(mi)以(yi)下的過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv),過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)器可以(yi)更緊湊(cou),A型(xing)適(shi)用大于100微(wei)(wei)米(mi)以(yi)上的過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)。
