柏之瑞模塊化(hua)自(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)基于(yu)模塊化(hua)理念設(she)計(ji),將(jiang)多個標準(zhun)過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)組成全自(zi)動過(guo)濾(lv)系統。該(gai)系統安全系數(shu)(shu)高,可按(an)流(liu)量需要靈活增加在(zai)線單元(yuan)數(shu)(shu)量。模塊化(hua)自(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)自(zi)動化(hua)運行,免(mian)人工(gong)清(qing)洗(xi),擴展性強,可外接高壓(ya)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)流(liu)體(ti),低壓(ya)差工(gong)作,采用(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)元(yuan),反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)徹底(di),反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)耗用(yong)液體(ti)少。模塊化(hua)自(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)能凈化(hua)流(liu)體(ti),保(bao)護后道關(guan)鍵(jian)設(she)備,也能利用(yong)其反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)排出液回收昂貴固體(ti)顆粒(li)。產(chan)品適用(yong)于(yu)低粘性液體(ti),如:原水(shui)、污水(shui)、汽油(you)、重(zhong)型焦化(hua)汽油(you)、柴油(you)、渣油(you)等(deng)。
模塊化自清洗過濾器細分為四個系(xi)列:
MDS-CFR系列(lie),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)液(ye)自動(dong)反(fan)沖洗(xi)型(xing),利用其他(ta)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的(de)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)液(ye)逆流來沖洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFV系列(lie),外(wai)接流體(ti)自動(dong)反(fan)沖洗(xi),利用外(wai)接的(de)潔(jie)凈流體(ti)(液(ye)體(ti)或(huo)氣體(ti))沖洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)表面濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFT系列(lie),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)液(ye)手動(dong)反(fan)沖洗(xi)型(xing);MDS-CFG系列(lie),外(wai)接流體(ti)手動(dong)反(fan)沖洗(xi)型(xing)。
模塊化自清洗過(guo)濾器工作原理:
液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)從入(ru)口總(zong)管流入(ru),進入(ru)到(dao)(dao)(dao)各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的入(ru)口, 液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)從外向內透過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表面,流向各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)出(chu)(chu)口,匯聚到(dao)(dao)(dao)出(chu)(chu)口總(zong)管后流出(chu)(chu),顆粒雜質被攔(lan)截在濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表面,累積形成濾(lv)(lv)餅,當(dang)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)壓差逐漸升(sheng)高達到(dao)(dao)(dao)預設(she)值(zhi)時(通常(chang)為70-130Kpa),或者(zhe)清(qing)洗(xi)時間周(zhou)期(qi)到(dao)(dao)(dao)時,控制系統啟動反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,對(dui)每個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)逐一反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi),整個(ge)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)過(guo)程完成,當(dang)某一過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)被反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)時,其他單元(yuan)仍(reng)正常(chang)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)來源不同,反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)方(fang)式分為:濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)清(qing)液(ye)(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型、外接清(qing)液(ye)(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)原(yuan)理如下:
濾出(chu)清液反沖(chong)型:
過(guo)濾時:進出(chu)口閥(fa)門(men)打開,反洗閥(fa)門(men)關(guan)閉。
反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)制(zhi)系統關(guan)閉一個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的(de)(de)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門,同時打(da)(da)開(kai)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)閥(fa)(fa),由(you)于在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)內部(bu)和(he)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)出(chu)口(kou)(連(lian)接大(da)氣(qi))之間存(cun)在壓差,其它過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的(de)(de)部(bu)分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液會流向這個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan),迅(xun)速反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表面的(de)(de)雜質(zhi)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經(jing)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總(zong)管(guan)排走(zou),然后關(guan)閉反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)閥(fa)(fa)并打(da)(da)開(kai)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)控(kong)制(zhi)閥(fa)(fa)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)繼續過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)作業;此時控(kong)制(zhi)系統對下(xia)一個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)執行(xing)一樣的(de)(de)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動作,直(zhi)到(dao)逐(zhu)一反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完所有過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于水及低粘性液體,入口(kou)壓力要(yao)求(qiu)大(da)于0.3Mpa(視精度、粘度而有一定差異)。
外接清液反(fan)沖(chong)型(xing):
過濾時:進(jin)出口閥(fa)門打開,反洗進(jin)出口控制閥(fa)門關閉(bi)。
反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控制系統關閉(bi)一(yi)個過(guo)濾單元的(de)進口閥門和出(chu)口閥門,打開反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入口閥門和出(chu)口閥門,利(li)用外接清潔液體(ti)(ti)(ti)或氣體(ti)(ti)(ti)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾元,把濾元外表面的(de)雜質(zhi)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排(pai)走,然后關閉(bi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進出(chu)口閥,打開液體(ti)(ti)(ti)進出(chu)口閥進行(xing)繼續過(guo)濾作(zuo)業;控制系統對下一(yi)個過(guo)濾單元執行(xing)一(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),直(zhi)到(dao)逐一(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完(wan)所有(you)過(guo)濾單元。外接清液反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于粘(zhan)性(xing)稍高的(de)液體(ti)(ti)(ti),或入口壓力小于0.3Mpa的(de)場(chang)合(視精(jing)度、粘(zhan)度而有(you)一(yi)定差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器配備V-SLOT縫隙(xi)型精密金屬濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan),濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)有兩(liang)種可選,A型過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)0.267平方(fang)米(mi);B型過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)0.314平方(fang)米(mi),B型過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)比A型多17%,適用小于100微(wei)米(mi)以下的過(guo)濾(lv)(lv),過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器可以更(geng)緊湊(cou),A型適用大(da)于100微(wei)米(mi)以上(shang)的過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。
