柏(bo)之瑞模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)過濾器基(ji)于模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)理念設計,將多(duo)個標準過濾單(dan)元(yuan)組成全自(zi)動過濾系統。該系統安全系數(shu)高(gao)(gao),可按流量需要靈活增加(jia)在線單(dan)元(yuan)數(shu)量。模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)過濾器自(zi)動化(hua)(hua)運(yun)行,免人(ren)工清(qing)洗(xi),擴展性強,可外接高(gao)(gao)壓反(fan)沖洗(xi)流體(ti),低壓差工作,采(cai)用(yong)V-SLOT 濾元(yuan),反(fan)沖洗(xi)徹底,反(fan)沖洗(xi)耗用(yong)液(ye)體(ti)少。模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)清(qing)洗(xi)過濾器能凈(jing)化(hua)(hua)流體(ti),保(bao)護后道關鍵設備,也能利用(yong)其反(fan)沖洗(xi)排出(chu)液(ye)回收昂貴固體(ti)顆粒(li)。產(chan)品適用(yong)于低粘性液(ye)體(ti),如(ru):原(yuan)水、污水、汽油(you)、重(zhong)型焦化(hua)(hua)汽油(you)、柴油(you)、渣(zha)油(you)等。

MDS-CFR系(xi)列,濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)(ye)自動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型(xing),利用其他過濾(lv)(lv)單元的(de)濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)(ye)逆流(liu)來沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元外(wai)表面(mian)濾(lv)(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFV系(xi)列,外(wai)接流(liu)體(ti)自動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi),利用外(wai)接的(de)潔凈(jing)流(liu)體(ti)(液(ye)(ye)體(ti)或氣體(ti))沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元表面(mian)濾(lv)(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFT系(xi)列,濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)(ye)手(shou)動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型(xing);MDS-CFG系(xi)列,外(wai)接流(liu)體(ti)手(shou)動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型(xing)。
模塊化自清洗(xi)過濾器工(gong)作原(yuan)理:
液(ye)體從入(ru)口(kou)總(zong)管流(liu)入(ru),進入(ru)到(dao)各(ge)個(ge)過濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的入(ru)口(kou), 液(ye)體從外(wai)向內(nei)透(tou)過濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面,流(liu)向各(ge)個(ge)過濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)口(kou),匯聚到(dao)出(chu)口(kou)總(zong)管后流(liu)出(chu),顆(ke)粒雜質被攔截在濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面,累積形成濾(lv)餅,當(dang)過濾(lv)壓差逐漸升高(gao)達(da)到(dao)預設值時(shi)(通(tong)常(chang)(chang)為70-130Kpa),或(huo)者清洗時(shi)間周(zhou)期到(dao)時(shi),控制系(xi)統(tong)啟動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗動作,對(dui)每個(ge)過濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗,整個(ge)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)過程完成,當(dang)某(mou)一(yi)過濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)被反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)時(shi),其(qi)他單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)仍(reng)正常(chang)(chang)過濾(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗液(ye)體來源(yuan)不同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)接清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗原理(li)如下:
濾出清液(ye)反沖型:
過濾(lv)時(shi):進出口閥門打開,反洗閥門關(guan)閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時:控制(zhi)系(xi)統關閉(bi)一個(ge)(ge)(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的進(jin)口(kou)閥門,同時打開反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥,由于(yu)在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)內部(bu)和反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)出口(kou)(連接大(da)氣)之(zhi)間存在壓(ya)差(cha),其它(ta)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的部(bu)分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液(ye)(ye)會流向這(zhe)個(ge)(ge)(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan),迅(xun)速反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面(mian)的雜(za)質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經(jing)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排走,然后關閉(bi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥并打開進(jin)口(kou)控制(zhi)閥進(jin)行繼續過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)作(zuo)(zuo)業;此(ci)時控制(zhi)系(xi)統對下一個(ge)(ge)(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執(zhi)行一樣的反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo),直到逐一反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完(wan)所(suo)有(you)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液(ye)(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適(shi)用于(yu)水及低粘性液(ye)(ye)體,入口(kou)壓(ya)力要求(qiu)大(da)于(yu)0.3Mpa(視精度(du)、粘度(du)而有(you)一定(ding)差(cha)異)。
外接清液反(fan)沖型:
過濾時:進(jin)出(chu)口閥(fa)門打(da)開,反洗進(jin)出(chu)口控制閥(fa)門關(guan)閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗時:控制系(xi)統(tong)關閉一(yi)個過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的(de)(de)進(jin)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)和出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men),打開(kai)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗入(ru)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)和出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men),利用(yong)外(wai)接清潔液體或(huo)氣(qi)體反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗濾(lv)元(yuan),把(ba)濾(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面的(de)(de)雜質沖洗掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗總管排走(zou),然后關閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa),打開(kai)液體進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)進(jin)行繼(ji)續過濾(lv)作業(ye);控制系(xi)統(tong)對下一(yi)個過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)執行一(yi)樣的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗動(dong)作,直到逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗完所有過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)。外(wai)接清液反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖型(xing),適(shi)用(yong)于粘性稍(shao)高的(de)(de)液體,或(huo)入(ru)口(kou)(kou)(kou)壓力小于0.3Mpa的(de)(de)場合(視(shi)精度、粘度而有一(yi)定差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器配(pei)備V-SLOT縫隙型精(jing)密金屬濾(lv)元,濾(lv)元有兩種可選,A型過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)(mian)積0.267平(ping)方米;B型過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)(mian)積0.314平(ping)方米,B型過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)(mian)積比A型多(duo)17%,適用小于100微(wei)米以下的(de)(de)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv),過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器可以更(geng)緊湊,A型適用大于100微(wei)米以上的(de)(de)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)。
