模塊化自(zi)清洗過濾器工作原理:
液(ye)(ye)體(ti)從入(ru)口總(zong)管(guan)流(liu)入(ru),進(jin)入(ru)到各個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)的(de)入(ru)口, 液(ye)(ye)體(ti)從外向(xiang)內透(tou)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表(biao)面(mian),流(liu)向(xiang)各個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)出(chu)(chu)口,匯聚到出(chu)(chu)口總(zong)管(guan)后流(liu)出(chu)(chu),顆粒雜質被攔截在濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表(biao)面(mian),累積形成濾(lv)(lv)餅,當過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)壓差(cha)逐(zhu)(zhu)漸升高達(da)到預設(she)值(zhi)時(通常為70-130Kpa),或者(zhe)清洗(xi)時間周期到時,控制系統啟動(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo),對每個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)逐(zhu)(zhu)一反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi),整個(ge)(ge)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程完成,當某(mou)一過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)被反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)時,其他單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)仍正常過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。根據(ju)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)來(lai)源不同,反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)清液(ye)(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型(xing)、外接(jie)清液(ye)(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型(xing)。反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)原理如下(xia):
濾出清液反沖(chong)型:
過濾(lv)時:進出口閥門打開,反洗閥門關閉。
反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控制系統關閉一(yi)個過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進(jin)口閥(fa)門,同(tong)時打開反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)閥(fa),由于(yu)在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)內部(bu)和反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)出口(連接大(da)氣)之間存在(zai)壓(ya)差(cha)(cha),其(qi)它過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)部(bu)分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液(ye)會(hui)流向這個過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),迅(xun)速反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),把(ba)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)掉,經反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總管排走(zou),然后關閉反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)閥(fa)并打開進(jin)口控制閥(fa)進(jin)行繼續過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)作(zuo)業;此(ci)時控制系統對下一(yi)個過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)執(zhi)行一(yi)樣的(de)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動作(zuo),直(zhi)到逐(zhu)一(yi)反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完所有過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液(ye)反沖(chong)(chong)型,適用(yong)于(yu)水及低粘(zhan)性液(ye)體,入口壓(ya)力要求大(da)于(yu)0.3Mpa(視精度、粘(zhan)度而有一(yi)定差(cha)(cha)異)。
外接清液反沖(chong)型:
過濾時:進(jin)(jin)出口閥門(men)打開,反洗進(jin)(jin)出口控制閥門(men)關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時:控制系(xi)統關(guan)閉(bi)一(yi)(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元的(de)進(jin)口閥(fa)門(men)和出口閥(fa)門(men),打開反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)入口閥(fa)門(men)和出口閥(fa)門(men),利用(yong)外(wai)接清(qing)潔液體(ti)或氣(qi)體(ti)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元,把濾(lv)(lv)元外(wai)表面(mian)的(de)雜(za)質(zhi)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)掉(diao),經反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管(guan)排走(zou),然后(hou)關(guan)閉(bi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)進(jin)出口閥(fa),打開液體(ti)進(jin)出口閥(fa)進(jin)行繼續過濾(lv)(lv)作業;控制系(xi)統對下一(yi)(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元執行一(yi)(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,直到逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所(suo)有(you)過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元。外(wai)接清(qing)液反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用(yong)于粘性稍高的(de)液體(ti),或入口壓力小(xiao)于0.3Mpa的(de)場合(視精度(du)、粘度(du)而有(you)一(yi)(yi)定差(cha)異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)配(pei)備V-SLOT縫隙(xi)型(xing)精(jing)密金(jin)屬濾(lv)元,濾(lv)元有兩種可選,A型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面積(ji)0.267平(ping)(ping)方(fang)米(mi)(mi);B型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面積(ji)0.314平(ping)(ping)方(fang)米(mi)(mi),B型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面積(ji)比(bi)A型(xing)多17%,適用小于(yu)100微米(mi)(mi)以(yi)(yi)下的過(guo)(guo)濾(lv),過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)可以(yi)(yi)更(geng)緊湊,A型(xing)適用大于(yu)100微米(mi)(mi)以(yi)(yi)上的過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)。
