模塊化自清(qing)洗過濾器細分為四個系列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)列(lie),濾液自動反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型,利(li)用(yong)(yong)其他過濾單元(yuan)的濾液逆流來沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾元(yuan)外表面(mian)濾餅(bing);MDS-CFV系(xi)列(lie),外接(jie)流體(ti)自動反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi),利(li)用(yong)(yong)外接(jie)的潔凈流體(ti)(液體(ti)或氣體(ti))沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾元(yuan)表面(mian)濾餅(bing);MDS-CFT系(xi)列(lie),濾液手動反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型;MDS-CFG系(xi)列(lie),外接(jie)流體(ti)手動反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型。

液(ye)(ye)體(ti)從(cong)入(ru)口總管流(liu)入(ru),進(jin)入(ru)到(dao)(dao)(dao)各個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的入(ru)口, 液(ye)(ye)體(ti)從(cong)外(wai)向內(nei)透(tou)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面,流(liu)向各個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)出口,匯聚到(dao)(dao)(dao)出口總管后流(liu)出,顆(ke)粒(li)雜(za)質被攔截在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面,累積形成(cheng)(cheng)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅,當(dang)(dang)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)壓差(cha)逐漸升高達到(dao)(dao)(dao)預設值時(shi)(通(tong)常(chang)為(wei)70-130Kpa),或者清洗(xi)時(shi)間周期到(dao)(dao)(dao)時(shi),控制系統(tong)啟動反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)動作,對每個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi),整個(ge)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)過程完成(cheng)(cheng),當(dang)(dang)某一(yi)(yi)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)被反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)時(shi),其他單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)仍正(zheng)常(chang)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)來源不同,反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)方(fang)式(shi)分為(wei):濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型、外(wai)接清液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)原理(li)如下:
濾出清液反沖(chong)型:
過濾時:進出(chu)口閥(fa)門(men)打開,反洗閥(fa)門(men)關(guan)閉(bi)。
反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時(shi):控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)關閉一個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進(jin)(jin)口閥(fa)門,同時(shi)打開反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa),由于在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)內部和反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)出口(連接(jie)大氣(qi))之間存在壓(ya)差,其(qi)它過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)部分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液會流向這個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan),迅速反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面的(de)雜質沖(chong)掉,經反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后關閉反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa)并打開進(jin)(jin)口控(kong)制閥(fa)進(jin)(jin)行繼續(xu)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)作(zuo)業(ye);此時(shi)控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)對(dui)下(xia)一個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)執行一樣(yang)的(de)反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作(zuo),直到逐一反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完(wan)所有(you)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液反沖(chong)型,適用于水(shui)及(ji)低粘(zhan)性液體,入口壓(ya)力要求大于0.3Mpa(視精度(du)、粘(zhan)度(du)而有(you)一定差異)。
外接清液反(fan)沖型:

反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控制系統關閉一(yi)(yi)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元的(de)進(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)閥門和出(chu)口(kou)閥門,打開(kai)(kai)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)入口(kou)閥門和出(chu)口(kou)閥門,利用外(wai)接(jie)清(qing)潔液體或氣體反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元,把濾(lv)元外(wai)表面(mian)的(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)掉(diao),經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后關閉反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)閥,打開(kai)(kai)液體進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)閥進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)繼續過(guo)濾(lv)作(zuo)業;控制系統對下一(yi)(yi)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元執行(xing)一(yi)(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動作(zuo),直(zhi)到逐(zhu)一(yi)(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完所有過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元。外(wai)接(jie)清(qing)液反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing),適用于粘性稍高的(de)液體,或入口(kou)壓力小于0.3Mpa的(de)場合(視精度、粘度而有一(yi)(yi)定差異(yi))。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器配(pei)備V-SLOT縫隙型精密金屬濾(lv)元,濾(lv)元有(you)兩種(zhong)可選,A型過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積0.267平方米;B型過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積0.314平方米,B型過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積比(bi)A型多17%,適(shi)(shi)用(yong)小于(yu)(yu)100微米以下的過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv),過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器可以更(geng)緊湊,A型適(shi)(shi)用(yong)大(da)于(yu)(yu)100微米以上(shang)的過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)。
