柏之瑞模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)自清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)器基(ji)于模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)理(li)念(nian)設計,將多(duo)個標(biao)準過濾(lv)單元組成(cheng)全自動過濾(lv)系(xi)統。該系(xi)統安全系(xi)數高,可按流(liu)量需要靈活增(zeng)加在線單元數量。模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)自清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)器自動化(hua)運(yun)行,免人工清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi),擴展性強,可外接高壓反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)流(liu)體(ti),低(di)壓差工作,采用V-SLOT 濾(lv)元,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)徹底,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)耗用液(ye)體(ti)少。模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)自清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)器能凈(jing)化(hua)流(liu)體(ti),保護后(hou)道關(guan)鍵設備,也(ye)能利(li)用其(qi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)排(pai)出液(ye)回(hui)收昂貴固體(ti)顆粒(li)。產(chan)品(pin)適(shi)用于低(di)粘性液(ye)體(ti),如(ru):原水(shui)、污水(shui)、汽油(you)、重型焦化(hua)汽油(you)、柴(chai)油(you)、渣油(you)等。

MDS-CFR系列(lie)(lie),濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)自動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing),利用(yong)其他過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元的(de)濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)逆流來(lai)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元外(wai)表面濾(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系列(lie)(lie),外(wai)接流體(ti)自動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi),利用(yong)外(wai)接的(de)潔凈流體(ti)(液(ye)體(ti)或氣體(ti))沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元表面濾(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系列(lie)(lie),濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)手動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing);MDS-CFG系列(lie)(lie),外(wai)接流體(ti)手動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing)。
模塊化自(zi)清洗過濾器工(gong)作(zuo)原(yuan)理:
液(ye)體從(cong)入口(kou)總(zong)管流入,進入到(dao)各(ge)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的入口(kou), 液(ye)體從(cong)外向(xiang)內透過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面,流向(xiang)各(ge)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)出口(kou),匯聚到(dao)出口(kou)總(zong)管后流出,顆(ke)粒雜質被攔(lan)截在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面,累積形成濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅(bing),當過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)壓差(cha)逐漸升高達到(dao)預設(she)值時(shi)(通(tong)常(chang)為(wei)70-130Kpa),或者(zhe)清(qing)洗(xi)時(shi)間(jian)周期到(dao)時(shi),控制(zhi)系統啟動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)動作(zuo),對每(mei)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)逐一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi),整個反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)過(guo)程完成,當某(mou)一過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)被反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)時(shi),其他單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)仍正常(chang)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)液(ye)體來源不同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)方式分為(wei):濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型、外接清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)原理如下:
濾(lv)出清液反沖型:
過(guo)濾時:進(jin)出口(kou)閥門(men)打開,反洗閥門(men)關(guan)閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時:控制系統關閉一(yi)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的進(jin)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門,同時打開反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥(fa)(fa),由于(yu)(yu)在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)內部和反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)出口(kou)(連(lian)接大氣)之間存(cun)在(zai)壓差,其它過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的部分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液(ye)會流向這個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),迅(xun)速(su)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面的雜質(zhi)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排走,然后關閉反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥(fa)(fa)并打開進(jin)口(kou)控制閥(fa)(fa)進(jin)行(xing)繼續(xu)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)作業;此時控制系統對下一(yi)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)樣的反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,直到逐一(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用(yong)于(yu)(yu)水(shui)及(ji)低粘(zhan)性液(ye)體,入(ru)口(kou)壓力要求大于(yu)(yu)0.3Mpa(視(shi)精度、粘(zhan)度而有一(yi)定差異)。
外(wai)接清液(ye)反沖(chong)型(xing):
過(guo)濾時:進出(chu)口閥門打開(kai),反洗進出(chu)口控制閥門關閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)制(zhi)系統關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的(de)進口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥門(men)和出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥門(men),打開反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)入(ru)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥門(men)和出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥門(men),利用外(wai)接清潔(jie)液(ye)體或氣體反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面的(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)總管(guan)排走,然后關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)進出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥,打開液(ye)體進出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥進行(xing)繼續過濾(lv)(lv)作業;控(kong)制(zhi)系統對下一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)過濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)(yi)(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)動作,直到(dao)逐一(yi)(yi)(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)完所有(you)過濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)。外(wai)接清液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于粘(zhan)性(xing)稍高的(de)液(ye)體,或入(ru)口(kou)(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力小于0.3Mpa的(de)場合(視精度、粘(zhan)度而有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)定差異)。

MDS-CF過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)配(pei)備V-SLOT縫(feng)隙型精密金屬濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)有兩種可選,A型過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)積(ji)0.267平方米;B型過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)積(ji)0.314平方米,B型過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面(mian)積(ji)比A型多17%,適用(yong)小于(yu)100微(wei)米以下的過濾(lv)(lv)(lv),過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)可以更(geng)緊湊(cou),A型適用(yong)大于(yu)100微(wei)米以上的過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。
