模塊化自清洗(xi)過濾器(qi)細(xi)分為四個系(xi)列:
MDS-CFR系列(lie)(lie),濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)(ye)自(zi)動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型(xing),利用其他過濾(lv)單元的濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)(ye)逆流來沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)元外表面濾(lv)餅(bing)(bing);MDS-CFV系列(lie)(lie),外接流體(ti)自(zi)動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi),利用外接的潔凈流體(ti)(液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)或氣體(ti))沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)元表面濾(lv)餅(bing)(bing);MDS-CFT系列(lie)(lie),濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)(ye)手動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型(xing);MDS-CFG系列(lie)(lie),外接流體(ti)手動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型(xing)。
模(mo)塊化自清洗(xi)過濾器工作原(yuan)理:
液(ye)體(ti)從入口總管流(liu)入,進入到(dao)各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)的入口, 液(ye)體(ti)從外向(xiang)(xiang)內透過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表面(mian),流(liu)向(xiang)(xiang)各(ge)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)出(chu)口,匯(hui)聚到(dao)出(chu)口總管后流(liu)出(chu),顆粒(li)雜質被攔(lan)截(jie)在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表面(mian),累(lei)積形(xing)成濾(lv)(lv)餅,當過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)壓差逐漸升高達到(dao)預設值(zhi)時(通常為70-130Kpa),或者清(qing)洗時間周期到(dao)時,控制系統啟動(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖洗動(dong)(dong)作,對每個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)逐一反(fan)沖洗,整個(ge)反(fan)沖過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)完成,當某一過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)被反(fan)沖時,其他單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)仍正常過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)沖洗液(ye)體(ti)來源不同,反(fan)沖方式分(fen)為:濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)沖型(xing)、外接清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)沖型(xing)。反(fan)沖洗原理(li)如(ru)下:
濾(lv)出清(qing)液反沖型:
過濾時:進出口(kou)閥(fa)門打開,反(fan)洗閥(fa)門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控制系(xi)統(tong)關(guan)閉一(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元的進口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門,同時打(da)開(kai)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)閥(fa),由于在濾(lv)元內部(bu)和反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(連接(jie)大氣(qi))之間存在壓(ya)差,其它(ta)過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元的部(bu)分濾(lv)出(chu)清液會流向(xiang)這個過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元,迅速反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元,把濾(lv)元外表(biao)面的雜(za)質(zhi)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后關(guan)閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)閥(fa)并打(da)開(kai)進口(kou)(kou)控制閥(fa)進行(xing)繼(ji)續(xu)過(guo)濾(lv)作業;此(ci)時控制系(xi)統(tong)對下(xia)一(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元執行(xing)一(yi)樣(yang)的反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動作,直到逐(zhu)一(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完所(suo)有過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元。濾(lv)出(chu)清液反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適(shi)用于水及低粘(zhan)性(xing)液體,入口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力要求大于0.3Mpa(視精度、粘(zhan)度而有一(yi)定(ding)差異)。
外接清液反沖型(xing):
過(guo)濾時:進出口閥(fa)門打開,反(fan)洗進出口控(kong)制閥(fa)門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時:控制(zhi)系統(tong)關閉一個過濾(lv)單元(yuan)的(de)(de)進口(kou)閥(fa)門和出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)門,打開(kai)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)入口(kou)閥(fa)門和出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)門,利用外(wai)接(jie)清潔液(ye)體(ti)(ti)或氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan),把(ba)濾(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面(mian)的(de)(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排走(zou),然后(hou)關閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)進出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥(fa),打開(kai)液(ye)體(ti)(ti)進出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)進行繼(ji)續(xu)過濾(lv)作(zuo)(zuo)業;控制(zhi)系統(tong)對下一個過濾(lv)單元(yuan)執行一樣(yang)的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作(zuo)(zuo),直到逐一反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有過濾(lv)單元(yuan)。外(wai)接(jie)清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于(yu)粘(zhan)性稍高的(de)(de)液(ye)體(ti)(ti),或入口(kou)壓力小(xiao)于(yu)0.3Mpa的(de)(de)場合(視(shi)精度(du)、粘(zhan)度(du)而有一定差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)器配備V-SLOT縫隙型精(jing)密金屬濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元有兩種可(ke)選,A型過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)0.267平方(fang)米;B型過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)0.314平方(fang)米,B型過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)比A型多17%,適用(yong)(yong)小于(yu)100微(wei)米以(yi)下(xia)的過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv),過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)器可(ke)以(yi)更緊湊,A型適用(yong)(yong)大于(yu)100微(wei)米以(yi)上的過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)。
