模塊化(hua)自清(qing)洗(xi)過濾器細分為四個系列(lie):
MDS-CFR系(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)液(ye)自(zi)動反沖(chong)(chong)洗型,利(li)(li)用其他過(guo)濾(lv)單元的濾(lv)液(ye)逆(ni)流(liu)(liu)來沖(chong)(chong)洗濾(lv)元外表(biao)面(mian)濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)列(lie),外接(jie)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)自(zi)動反沖(chong)(chong)洗,利(li)(li)用外接(jie)的潔凈(jing)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)(液(ye)體(ti)(ti)或(huo)氣體(ti)(ti))沖(chong)(chong)洗濾(lv)元表(biao)面(mian)濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)液(ye)手動反沖(chong)(chong)洗型;MDS-CFG系(xi)列(lie),外接(jie)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)手動反沖(chong)(chong)洗型。
模塊化自清洗(xi)過濾(lv)器工作原理(li):
液(ye)體從(cong)入(ru)口(kou)總(zong)管流入(ru),進入(ru)到(dao)各個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)的入(ru)口(kou), 液(ye)體從(cong)外向內透過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)元(yuan)外表面(mian),流向各個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)出(chu)口(kou),匯聚到(dao)出(chu)口(kou)總(zong)管后流出(chu),顆粒雜質(zhi)被攔截在濾(lv)元(yuan)外表面(mian),累積形成濾(lv)餅,當過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)壓差逐漸升高達到(dao)預(yu)設值時(shi)(通(tong)常為70-130Kpa),或(huo)者清(qing)(qing)洗時(shi)間周期到(dao)時(shi),控制系統啟動反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗動作,對每個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)逐一反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗,整個(ge)(ge)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)程完成,當某(mou)一過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)被反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)時(shi),其他單元(yuan)仍正(zheng)常過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)。根(gen)據(ju)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗液(ye)體來源不同(tong),反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)方(fang)式分為:濾(lv)出(chu)清(qing)(qing)液(ye)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外接清(qing)(qing)液(ye)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗原(yuan)理如下:
濾出清液反(fan)沖型:
過(guo)濾時:進出(chu)口閥門(men)打開,反(fan)洗閥門(men)關(guan)閉(bi)。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時(shi)(shi):控制系統關閉(bi)一(yi)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)進口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門,同(tong)時(shi)(shi)打開(kai)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)閥(fa)(fa),由于(yu)(yu)(yu)在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)內部和反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)出口(kou)(連接大氣)之間存在壓差(cha),其它(ta)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)部分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液會流向(xiang)這個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan),迅速反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把(ba)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)掉(diao),經(jing)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后關閉(bi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)閥(fa)(fa)并(bing)打開(kai)進口(kou)控制閥(fa)(fa)進行繼(ji)續過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)作(zuo)業;此時(shi)(shi)控制系統對下一(yi)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)樣的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動作(zuo),直(zhi)到逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完所有(you)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于(yu)(yu)(yu)水及(ji)低(di)粘(zhan)性液體,入口(kou)壓力要求大于(yu)(yu)(yu)0.3Mpa(視精度(du)、粘(zhan)度(du)而有(you)一(yi)定差(cha)異)。
外接清液反沖型:
過濾時:進出(chu)口閥門打(da)開(kai),反洗進出(chu)口控制(zhi)閥門關閉(bi)。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控制(zhi)系(xi)統關閉一(yi)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的(de)(de)進(jin)口(kou)閥(fa)門和出口(kou)閥(fa)門,打(da)(da)開(kai)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)入口(kou)閥(fa)門和出口(kou)閥(fa)門,利用(yong)外(wai)接清潔(jie)液體(ti)或氣體(ti)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面(mian)的(de)(de)雜質沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)掉,經(jing)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總管排走(zou),然后關閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)進(jin)出口(kou)閥(fa),打(da)(da)開(kai)液體(ti)進(jin)出口(kou)閥(fa)進(jin)行繼續過(guo)濾(lv)作業;控制(zhi)系(xi)統對下一(yi)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)執行一(yi)樣的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動作,直到逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完所有過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)。外(wai)接清液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型,適用(yong)于粘(zhan)性稍高的(de)(de)液體(ti),或入口(kou)壓力小(xiao)于0.3Mpa的(de)(de)場合(視精度、粘(zhan)度而有一(yi)定差異(yi))。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器配備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)精密金屬(shu)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元有兩種可選,A型(xing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積0.267平(ping)(ping)方米;B型(xing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積0.314平(ping)(ping)方米,B型(xing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積比A型(xing)多(duo)17%,適(shi)用小于100微(wei)米以下(xia)的過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv),過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器可以更(geng)緊湊(cou),A型(xing)適(shi)用大于100微(wei)米以上的過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。
