柏之瑞模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)清洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器基于模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)理念設計,將多(duo)個標準過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)組成全自(zi)動過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)系(xi)統。該系(xi)統安全系(xi)數高(gao),可按(an)流量需要靈(ling)活增加在線單元(yuan)數量。模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)清洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器自(zi)動化(hua)(hua)運(yun)行(xing),免人工清洗(xi),擴展(zhan)性強(qiang),可外接高(gao)壓反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)流體(ti),低(di)壓差(cha)工作,采(cai)用(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan),反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)徹底,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)耗用(yong)液(ye)體(ti)少。模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)清洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器能凈化(hua)(hua)流體(ti),保護后(hou)道關(guan)鍵(jian)設備,也能利(li)用(yong)其反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)排出液(ye)回(hui)收昂貴固體(ti)顆粒(li)。產品適用(yong)于低(di)粘性液(ye)體(ti),如(ru):原水、污水、汽油、重型焦(jiao)化(hua)(hua)汽油、柴油、渣油等。
模塊化自清洗(xi)過濾(lv)器細分(fen)為四個系(xi)列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)列,濾液自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型(xing)(xing)(xing),利用其他過濾單元(yuan)的濾液逆(ni)流來沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾元(yuan)外表(biao)(biao)面(mian)濾餅(bing);MDS-CFV系(xi)列,外接流體(ti)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi),利用外接的潔(jie)凈流體(ti)(液體(ti)或(huo)氣體(ti))沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾元(yuan)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)濾餅(bing);MDS-CFT系(xi)列,濾液手(shou)(shou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型(xing)(xing)(xing);MDS-CFG系(xi)列,外接流體(ti)手(shou)(shou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)型(xing)(xing)(xing)。
模(mo)塊化自清洗(xi)過濾器工作原(yuan)理:
液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)從入口總(zong)管(guan)流(liu)(liu)入,進入到各(ge)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的入口, 液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)從外(wai)向內透過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面,流(liu)(liu)向各(ge)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)出(chu)口,匯聚到出(chu)口總(zong)管(guan)后流(liu)(liu)出(chu),顆(ke)粒雜(za)質被攔(lan)截在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面,累積形成(cheng)濾(lv)(lv)餅,當(dang)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)壓差逐漸升(sheng)高達到預(yu)設(she)值時(通(tong)常(chang)為70-130Kpa),或(huo)者清洗時間周(zhou)期到時,控制系統啟動(dong)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗動(dong)作(zuo),對每個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)逐一反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗,整(zheng)個反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)過(guo)程(cheng)完成(cheng),當(dang)某一過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)被反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)時,其他單元(yuan)仍(reng)正(zheng)常(chang)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。根據(ju)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗液(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)來(lai)源不同,反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)方式(shi)分為:濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型(xing)、外(wai)接(jie)清液(ye)(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型(xing)。反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗原(yuan)理如下:
濾出(chu)清液反沖型(xing):
過(guo)濾時:進(jin)出口閥門打開,反洗閥門關(guan)閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗時:控制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)關閉一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的進口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)閥門(men),同(tong)時打(da)(da)開(kai)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗閥,由于(yu)在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)內部(bu)(bu)和反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(連接大氣)之間存在壓差,其它過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的部(bu)(bu)分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液會流向這個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan),迅(xun)速反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把(ba)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面的雜(za)質沖(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗總(zong)管(guan)排走(zou),然后關閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗閥并打(da)(da)開(kai)進口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)控制(zhi)(zhi)閥進行繼續過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)作業;此(ci)時控制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)對下一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)(yi)(yi)樣(yang)的反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗動(dong)作,直到逐(zhu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗完(wan)所有過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型,適用于(yu)水及低粘(zhan)性液體,入口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)壓力要求大于(yu)0.3Mpa(視精度(du)、粘(zhan)度(du)而有一(yi)(yi)(yi)定(ding)差異(yi))。
外接(jie)清(qing)液(ye)反沖型(xing):
過濾時:進出(chu)口(kou)閥門(men)打開,反(fan)洗進出(chu)口(kou)控制閥門(men)關閉(bi)。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時(shi):控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)關閉(bi)一個(ge)(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)的進口(kou)閥門和(he)出(chu)口(kou)閥門,打開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入(ru)口(kou)閥門和(he)出(chu)口(kou)閥門,利用外接(jie)清潔液(ye)體(ti)或氣體(ti)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)元(yuan)外表面的雜質沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總(zong)管排走,然后關閉(bi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進出(chu)口(kou)閥,打開液(ye)體(ti)進出(chu)口(kou)閥進行繼續過(guo)濾(lv)作(zuo)業;控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)對下一個(ge)(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)執行一樣(yang)的反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作(zuo),直(zhi)到逐一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)。外接(jie)清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型,適用于(yu)粘性稍(shao)高的液(ye)體(ti),或入(ru)口(kou)壓力小于(yu)0.3Mpa的場合(視精度(du)、粘度(du)而有一定差異)。
