柏之瑞模塊化自(zi)(zi)清洗(xi)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾器基于(yu)模塊化理念(nian)設(she)計,將多個標準過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾單元組(zu)成全(quan)自(zi)(zi)動過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾系(xi)統(tong)(tong)。該系(xi)統(tong)(tong)安全(quan)系(xi)數高(gao),可按流(liu)(liu)量(liang)需(xu)要靈活增加在線單元數量(liang)。模塊化自(zi)(zi)清洗(xi)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾器自(zi)(zi)動化運(yun)行,免人工(gong)清洗(xi),擴展(zhan)性(xing)強,可外接高(gao)壓反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)流(liu)(liu)體,低壓差工(gong)作,采用V-SLOT 濾元,反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)徹(che)底,反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)耗(hao)用液體少。模塊化自(zi)(zi)清洗(xi)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾器能(neng)凈化流(liu)(liu)體,保護后道關(guan)鍵設(she)備(bei),也(ye)能(neng)利用其反沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)排出(chu)液回收昂貴(gui)固體顆粒。產品(pin)適用于(yu)低粘性(xing)液體,如:原水、污(wu)水、汽(qi)油、重型焦化汽(qi)油、柴油、渣油等。
模塊化自清洗過(guo)濾器(qi)細分為四個系列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)(xi)列(lie),濾液(ye)自動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)型,利用其(qi)他過濾單元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)濾液(ye)逆(ni)流(liu)(liu)來(lai)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)濾元(yuan)(yuan)外表面(mian)濾餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)(xi)列(lie),外接流(liu)(liu)體自動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),利用外接的(de)潔凈(jing)流(liu)(liu)體(液(ye)體或(huo)氣體)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)濾元(yuan)(yuan)表面(mian)濾餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)(xi)列(lie),濾液(ye)手動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)型;MDS-CFG系(xi)(xi)列(lie),外接流(liu)(liu)體手動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)型。
模(mo)塊化自清洗過濾器工作原理:
液體(ti)從(cong)入口(kou)總管(guan)流入,進入到(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)各(ge)(ge)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元的(de)入口(kou), 液體(ti)從(cong)外向內透過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)元外表面(mian),流向各(ge)(ge)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元出(chu)口(kou),匯聚到(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)出(chu)口(kou)總管(guan)后流出(chu),顆粒雜質被(bei)攔截在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)元外表面(mian),累積形(xing)成濾(lv)(lv)餅,當(dang)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)壓差(cha)逐漸升高達到(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)預設值時(shi)(通常為70-130Kpa),或(huo)者清洗(xi)時(shi)間周(zhou)期到(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)時(shi),控(kong)制系統(tong)啟動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作(zuo),對每個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi),整個反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)程完成,當(dang)某一(yi)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元被(bei)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)時(shi),其他單元仍正常過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)液體(ti)來源(yuan)不同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing)、外接(jie)清液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing)。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)原理(li)如下(xia):
濾出清液(ye)反沖型:
過濾時(shi):進出口(kou)閥門打開,反(fan)洗閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時(shi)(shi):控(kong)制系統(tong)關閉一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進口(kou)閥(fa)門,同時(shi)(shi)打開(kai)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥(fa),由(you)于(yu)在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)內部和反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)出口(kou)(連接大(da)氣)之間存在(zai)壓差(cha),其(qi)它過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)部分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液會流向這個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),迅速反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外表面(mian)的(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管(guan)排走(zou),然后關閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥(fa)并打開(kai)進口(kou)控(kong)制閥(fa)進行繼續過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)作業;此時(shi)(shi)控(kong)制系統(tong)對下一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,直(zhi)到(dao)逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于(yu)水及低粘(zhan)性液體,入口(kou)壓力要求大(da)于(yu)0.3Mpa(視精度、粘(zhan)度而有一(yi)(yi)定差(cha)異)。

過濾時:進出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門(men)打(da)開,反洗進出(chu)口(kou)(kou)控制閥(fa)門(men)關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗時:控(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)關閉一(yi)(yi)(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的(de)(de)進口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥門(men)和出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥門(men),打開(kai)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗入(ru)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥門(men)和出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥門(men),利用(yong)外(wai)接清(qing)潔(jie)液體(ti)或氣體(ti)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面的(de)(de)雜質(zhi)沖(chong)洗掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗總管排走,然后關閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗進出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥,打開(kai)液體(ti)進出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥進行(xing)繼續過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作業;控(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)對(dui)下一(yi)(yi)(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)(yi)(yi)樣的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗動作,直到逐一(yi)(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗完(wan)所(suo)有過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)。外(wai)接清(qing)液反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型,適用(yong)于(yu)粘(zhan)性稍高的(de)(de)液體(ti),或入(ru)口(kou)(kou)(kou)壓力小于(yu)0.3Mpa的(de)(de)場合(視精度、粘(zhan)度而有一(yi)(yi)(yi)定(ding)差異(yi))。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器配備(bei)V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)精密金(jin)屬濾(lv)元,濾(lv)元有兩種可選,A型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積0.267平(ping)方米(mi)(mi);B型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積0.314平(ping)方米(mi)(mi),B型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積比(bi)A型(xing)多17%,適用(yong)小于(yu)100微米(mi)(mi)以(yi)下的過(guo)(guo)濾(lv),過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器可以(yi)更緊湊,A型(xing)適用(yong)大于(yu)100微米(mi)(mi)以(yi)上的過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)。
