柏之瑞模(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)自(zi)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器基于模(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)理(li)念(nian)設計,將多(duo)個標準過(guo)濾(lv)單元組成(cheng)全(quan)自(zi)動過(guo)濾(lv)系統。該系統安全(quan)系數(shu)(shu)高(gao),可(ke)(ke)按流量(liang)需要靈(ling)活增加在(zai)線單元數(shu)(shu)量(liang)。模(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)自(zi)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器自(zi)動化(hua)(hua)(hua)運行,免人工(gong)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi),擴展性強(qiang),可(ke)(ke)外接高(gao)壓反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)流體(ti),低(di)壓差工(gong)作,采用V-SLOT 濾(lv)元,反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)徹(che)底(di),反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)耗用液(ye)體(ti)少。模(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)自(zi)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器能凈(jing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)流體(ti),保護后道關鍵設備,也(ye)能利用其反沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)排(pai)出液(ye)回(hui)收昂貴固體(ti)顆粒(li)。產品適用于低(di)粘性液(ye)體(ti),如:原水、污水、汽油(you)、重型焦化(hua)(hua)(hua)汽油(you)、柴油(you)、渣油(you)等。
模塊化(hua)自清洗(xi)過濾器細分為四個系列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)列,濾(lv)液自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖洗型,利用其他過濾(lv)單元(yuan)的(de)濾(lv)液逆流(liu)來沖洗濾(lv)元(yuan)外表(biao)面濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)列,外接(jie)流(liu)體(ti)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖洗,利用外接(jie)的(de)潔凈(jing)流(liu)體(ti)(液體(ti)或氣體(ti))沖洗濾(lv)元(yuan)表(biao)面濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)列,濾(lv)液手動(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖洗型;MDS-CFG系(xi)列,外接(jie)流(liu)體(ti)手動(dong)(dong)反(fan)沖洗型。
模塊化自清洗過(guo)濾器工(gong)作原(yuan)理(li):
液體從(cong)入(ru)(ru)口總管流入(ru)(ru),進(jin)入(ru)(ru)到(dao)各個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的入(ru)(ru)口, 液體從(cong)外(wai)(wai)向內透(tou)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表(biao)面,流向各個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)(chu)口,匯聚到(dao)出(chu)(chu)口總管后流出(chu)(chu),顆粒(li)雜質被(bei)攔截在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表(biao)面,累(lei)積(ji)形成(cheng)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅,當過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)壓差逐(zhu)漸升高達到(dao)預設值時(通常(chang)為(wei)70-130Kpa),或者清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)時間(jian)周期到(dao)時,控制系統啟動(dong)(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動(dong)(dong)作,對每個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)逐(zhu)一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi),整個反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)過程完成(cheng),當某(mou)一過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)被(bei)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)時,其他單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)仍(reng)正常(chang)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)。根據(ju)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)液體來源不同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)方式分為(wei):濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)清(qing)(qing)液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)(wai)接(jie)清(qing)(qing)液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)原(yuan)理如下:
濾出清液反(fan)沖型:
過濾時(shi):進(jin)出(chu)口閥(fa)門打(da)開,反洗閥(fa)門關(guan)閉。
反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)關閉一(yi)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元的進(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門,同時打(da)(da)開反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa),由于(yu)在濾(lv)(lv)元內部(bu)和反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)出口(kou)(kou)(連(lian)接大氣)之間存在壓差,其它過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元的部(bu)分濾(lv)(lv)出清液(ye)會流向(xiang)這個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元,迅速(su)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元,把濾(lv)(lv)元外表面的雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排(pai)走,然后(hou)關閉反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa)并打(da)(da)開進(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)控(kong)制(zhi)閥(fa)進(jin)(jin)行繼續過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作業;此時控(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)對(dui)下一(yi)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元執(zhi)行一(yi)樣的反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作,直到逐一(yi)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元。濾(lv)(lv)出清液(ye)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于(yu)水及低粘(zhan)性(xing)液(ye)體(ti),入口(kou)(kou)壓力要求(qiu)大于(yu)0.3Mpa(視精度、粘(zhan)度而(er)有一(yi)定差異)。
外接清液反沖型:
過濾時:進出(chu)口閥門打開,反洗進出(chu)口控制(zhi)閥門關(guan)閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)關(guan)閉(bi)一(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的(de)(de)進(jin)口(kou)閥(fa)門(men)和出口(kou)閥(fa)門(men),打開反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入(ru)口(kou)閥(fa)門(men)和出口(kou)閥(fa)門(men),利用外(wai)接(jie)清(qing)潔液體或(huo)氣體反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面(mian)的(de)(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉(diao),經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后關(guan)閉(bi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進(jin)出口(kou)閥(fa),打開液體進(jin)出口(kou)閥(fa)進(jin)行(xing)繼(ji)續過濾(lv)(lv)作業;控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)對(dui)下一(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)樣的(de)(de)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作,直到(dao)逐一(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有(you)過濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)。外(wai)接(jie)清(qing)液反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適(shi)用于(yu)粘性稍(shao)高的(de)(de)液體,或(huo)入(ru)口(kou)壓力小(xiao)于(yu)0.3Mpa的(de)(de)場合(視(shi)精度(du)、粘度(du)而有(you)一(yi)定差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器配(pei)備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)(xing)精密(mi)金屬濾(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)元有兩(liang)種(zhong)可(ke)(ke)選,A型(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面積(ji)0.267平(ping)(ping)方米;B型(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面積(ji)0.314平(ping)(ping)方米,B型(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面積(ji)比A型(xing)(xing)多17%,適用小于100微米以下的過(guo)濾(lv)(lv),過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器可(ke)(ke)以更緊(jin)湊,A型(xing)(xing)適用大于100微米以上的過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。
