柏之瑞模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)清洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器基于模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)理(li)念設計(ji),將多個標準過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)組成(cheng)全自(zi)(zi)動過(guo)濾(lv)系統(tong)。該系統(tong)安全系數高,可按(an)流(liu)量需要靈活增加在線單(dan)元(yuan)數量。模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)清洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器自(zi)(zi)動化(hua)(hua)運行,免人(ren)工(gong)清洗(xi),擴展性(xing)強(qiang),可外接(jie)高壓(ya)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)流(liu)體(ti),低(di)壓(ya)差工(gong)作,采用(yong)(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)元(yuan),反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)徹底,反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)耗用(yong)(yong)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)少。模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)清洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器能凈化(hua)(hua)流(liu)體(ti),保護后道關鍵(jian)設備,也能利用(yong)(yong)其反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)排出液(ye)(ye)回收昂貴固體(ti)顆粒。產(chan)品適用(yong)(yong)于低(di)粘性(xing)液(ye)(ye)體(ti),如:原水(shui)、污水(shui)、汽(qi)油(you)、重型焦化(hua)(hua)汽(qi)油(you)、柴油(you)、渣(zha)油(you)等。
模塊化自清洗過濾器細(xi)分為四個系列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)液(ye)自動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing),利用其他過濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)濾(lv)液(ye)逆流(liu)來沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表(biao)面(mian)濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)列(lie),外接流(liu)體(ti)自動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi),利用外接的(de)潔凈(jing)流(liu)體(ti)(液(ye)體(ti)或氣體(ti))沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)表(biao)面(mian)濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)液(ye)手動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing);MDS-CFG系(xi)列(lie),外接流(liu)體(ti)手動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)型(xing)。
模(mo)塊化(hua)自(zi)清洗過濾(lv)器工作原理:
液(ye)(ye)體從入口(kou)總管流(liu)入,進入到(dao)(dao)各個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的入口(kou), 液(ye)(ye)體從外(wai)(wai)向(xiang)內透過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表面,流(liu)向(xiang)各個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)口(kou),匯聚到(dao)(dao)出(chu)口(kou)總管后流(liu)出(chu),顆粒雜質(zhi)被攔截在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表面,累積形成濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅,當過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)壓差(cha)逐漸升高達到(dao)(dao)預設值時(通(tong)常為(wei)70-130Kpa),或者(zhe)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時間周期到(dao)(dao)時,控(kong)制系統啟動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動作,對每個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)逐一反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi),整個反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)程完成,當某一過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)被反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)時,其他單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)仍正常過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)液(ye)(ye)體來源不同,反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)方式(shi)分為(wei):濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液(ye)(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)(wai)接清(qing)液(ye)(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)原理(li)如下:
濾出(chu)清液反(fan)沖型:
過濾時:進出口閥(fa)門(men)打開(kai),反洗閥(fa)門(men)關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時(shi):控制系統關閉一(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的進口(kou)(kou)閥門,同時(shi)打開反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥,由于在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)內(nei)部(bu)和(he)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(連接大氣)之(zhi)間存在(zai)壓差,其它過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的部(bu)分濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)(qing)液(ye)會流向(xiang)這個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan),迅速反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面的雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管(guan)排走(zou),然后關閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥并打開進口(kou)(kou)控制閥進行(xing)繼續(xu)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作業;此(ci)時(shi)控制系統對下一(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)樣的反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動(dong)作,直到(dao)逐(zhu)一(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)(qing)液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing),適用于水(shui)及低粘性液(ye)體,入(ru)口(kou)(kou)壓力要求大于0.3Mpa(視精度(du)、粘度(du)而有一(yi)定差異)。
外接(jie)清液反沖型:
過(guo)濾時:進出口(kou)閥門打開,反(fan)洗進出口(kou)控制閥門關閉(bi)。
反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控制(zhi)系統(tong)(tong)關(guan)閉(bi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)單元的進(jin)(jin)口(kou)閥門和(he)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥門,打(da)開反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)入(ru)口(kou)閥門和(he)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥門,利用外(wai)接清潔液(ye)(ye)體(ti)或氣(qi)體(ti)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元,把(ba)濾(lv)元外(wai)表面的雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)掉,經反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總(zong)管排走(zou),然后關(guan)閉(bi)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)進(jin)(jin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥,打(da)開液(ye)(ye)體(ti)進(jin)(jin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)閥進(jin)(jin)行(xing)繼續過(guo)濾(lv)作業;控制(zhi)系統(tong)(tong)對下一(yi)(yi)(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)單元執行(xing)一(yi)(yi)(yi)樣(yang)的反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動作,直到逐(zhu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完所(suo)有(you)過(guo)濾(lv)單元。外(wai)接清液(ye)(ye)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于粘(zhan)(zhan)性稍高的液(ye)(ye)體(ti),或入(ru)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)小于0.3Mpa的場合(he)(視精度(du)、粘(zhan)(zhan)度(du)而有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)定差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)濾器(qi)配備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)精密金屬濾元(yuan),濾元(yuan)有兩種可(ke)選(xuan),A型(xing)過(guo)濾面(mian)積(ji)0.267平(ping)方米(mi);B型(xing)過(guo)濾面(mian)積(ji)0.314平(ping)方米(mi),B型(xing)過(guo)濾面(mian)積(ji)比A型(xing)多17%,適用(yong)小于100微(wei)(wei)米(mi)以下的過(guo)濾,過(guo)濾器(qi)可(ke)以更緊(jin)湊,A型(xing)適用(yong)大于100微(wei)(wei)米(mi)以上的過(guo)濾。
