模塊(kuai)化自清洗過濾器細分為四個系列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)(xi)(xi)列(lie),濾液自動(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)型,利用其他過濾單元的濾液逆流(liu)(liu)(liu)來沖洗(xi)(xi)濾元外表面濾餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)(xi)(xi)列(lie),外接流(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)自動(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi),利用外接的潔凈流(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)(液體(ti)(ti)或(huo)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti))沖洗(xi)(xi)濾元表面濾餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)(xi)(xi)列(lie),濾液手(shou)動(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)型;MDS-CFG系(xi)(xi)(xi)列(lie),外接流(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)手(shou)動(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)型。
模塊(kuai)化自清洗(xi)過濾器工作原理:
液體(ti)從(cong)入口(kou)總(zong)管流(liu)(liu)入,進(jin)入到各個過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的入口(kou), 液體(ti)從(cong)外(wai)向內透過(guo)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面(mian),流(liu)(liu)向各個過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)口(kou),匯聚到出(chu)口(kou)總(zong)管后流(liu)(liu)出(chu),顆粒雜質被(bei)攔截在濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面(mian),累積形成(cheng)濾(lv)餅,當過(guo)濾(lv)壓差逐(zhu)漸升(sheng)高達到預設值時(shi)(通常為70-130Kpa),或者清洗(xi)時(shi)間周期到時(shi),控制系(xi)統(tong)啟動反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,對(dui)每個過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)逐(zhu)一反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi),整個反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)過(guo)程完成(cheng),當某一過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)被(bei)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)時(shi),其他單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)仍正常過(guo)濾(lv)。根(gen)據(ju)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)液體(ti)來源不同,反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)出(chu)清液反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)接清液反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)原理如下:
濾出(chu)清液(ye)反(fan)沖型:
過濾時:進出口閥(fa)門(men)打(da)開,反洗閥(fa)門(men)關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控制系統(tong)關閉一個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元的(de)進口(kou)(kou)閥門,同時打開反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)閥,由于在濾(lv)元內部和反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)出口(kou)(kou)(連(lian)接大氣)之間存在壓(ya)差,其它過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元的(de)部分濾(lv)出清液會流向這個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元,迅速反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元,把(ba)濾(lv)元外表面的(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)掉,經(jing)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)總(zong)管排走,然(ran)后關閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)閥并打開進口(kou)(kou)控制閥進行繼續過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)作業(ye);此(ci)時控制系統(tong)對下一個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元執行一樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)動作,直到逐一反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)完所(suo)有過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元。濾(lv)出清液反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于水及低粘(zhan)性液體(ti),入口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li)要(yao)求大于0.3Mpa(視精度(du)(du)、粘(zhan)度(du)(du)而有一定(ding)差異)。
外(wai)接(jie)清(qing)液反沖(chong)型(xing):
過濾時(shi):進出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)門打開,反洗進出(chu)口(kou)控制閥(fa)門關閉(bi)。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時:控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統關閉(bi)一個過(guo)濾單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)和出口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)(men),打(da)(da)開反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)入(ru)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)和出口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)(men),利用外接(jie)清潔液體(ti)或(huo)氣體(ti)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾元(yuan)(yuan),把濾元(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排走,然后關閉(bi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)進出口(kou)閥(fa)(fa),打(da)(da)開液體(ti)進出口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)進行繼續過(guo)濾作業;控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統對下一個過(guo)濾單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執(zhi)行一樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,直(zhi)到逐一反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有過(guo)濾單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。外接(jie)清液反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于粘(zhan)性稍高的(de)液體(ti),或(huo)入(ru)口(kou)壓(ya)力小于0.3Mpa的(de)場合(he)(視精度(du)、粘(zhan)度(du)而有一定(ding)差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器配備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)(xing)(xing)精密金(jin)屬濾(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)元有兩種可選,A型(xing)(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積0.267平方米;B型(xing)(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積0.314平方米,B型(xing)(xing)(xing)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積比A型(xing)(xing)(xing)多17%,適用小于100微(wei)米以下(xia)的(de)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv),過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器可以更(geng)緊湊,A型(xing)(xing)(xing)適用大于100微(wei)米以上的(de)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。
