模塊化自清洗過濾器產品介紹(shao):

柏之(zhi)瑞模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自清(qing)洗過濾器基于(yu)模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)理念設計,將(jiang)多個(ge)標準過濾單(dan)元(yuan)組成全(quan)自動過濾系(xi)統。該(gai)系(xi)統安(an)全(quan)系(xi)數高(gao),可按流(liu)量(liang)需(xu)要(yao)靈(ling)活增加在(zai)線(xian)單(dan)元(yuan)數量(liang)。模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自清(qing)洗過濾器自動化(hua)(hua)運行,免人工清(qing)洗,擴展性強,可外接高(gao)壓反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗流(liu)體,低(di)壓差工作,采用V-SLOT 濾元(yuan),反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗徹底,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗耗用液體少。模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自清(qing)洗過濾器能凈化(hua)(hua)流(liu)體,保護后道關鍵設備,也能利用其(qi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗排(pai)出液回收(shou)昂貴固體顆粒。產品適用于(yu)低(di)粘性液體,如:原水、污水、汽油、重型焦化(hua)(hua)汽油、柴(chai)油、渣油等。


模塊化自清洗過濾器細(xi)分為四個系列:


MDS-CFR系(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)自動(dong)反沖(chong)洗型,利(li)用其他(ta)過濾(lv)單(dan)元的濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)逆流(liu)來沖(chong)洗濾(lv)元外(wai)表(biao)面濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)列(lie),外(wai)接流(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)自動(dong)反沖(chong)洗,利(li)用外(wai)接的潔凈流(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)或氣體(ti)(ti)(ti))沖(chong)洗濾(lv)元表(biao)面濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)手(shou)動(dong)反沖(chong)洗型;MDS-CFG系(xi)列(lie),外(wai)接流(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)手(shou)動(dong)反沖(chong)洗型。


模塊化(hua)自清(qing)洗過濾(lv)器工作原理(li):

液(ye)(ye)體(ti)從入口(kou)總(zong)管流入,進入到(dao)(dao)(dao)各個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的入口(kou), 液(ye)(ye)體(ti)從外(wai)向(xiang)內透過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面,流向(xiang)各個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)出(chu)口(kou),匯聚到(dao)(dao)(dao)出(chu)口(kou)總(zong)管后流出(chu),顆粒雜質被攔截在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面,累(lei)積形成濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅,當過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)壓差逐漸升高達到(dao)(dao)(dao)預設(she)值時(shi)(通常(chang)為70-130Kpa),或(huo)者清洗(xi)(xi)時(shi)間周期到(dao)(dao)(dao)時(shi),控(kong)制(zhi)系統啟動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作(zuo),對每個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)逐一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi),整個反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)程完(wan)成,當某一過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)被反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)時(shi),其他(ta)單(dan)元(yuan)仍(reng)正(zheng)常(chang)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)來(lai)源(yuan)不同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing)、外(wai)接清液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing)。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)原理(li)如下:


濾出(chu)清液反沖型:


過(guo)濾時:進出口(kou)閥門(men)打開,反洗閥門(men)關閉。


反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時(shi):控制(zhi)系統(tong)關閉一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的進口(kou)閥門(men),同(tong)時(shi)打開反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥,由于在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)內部和反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)出口(kou)(連接大氣)之間(jian)存在(zai)壓差,其它過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的部分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液(ye)會流向這個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),迅速反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外表面的雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排走,然后關閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥并打開進口(kou)控制(zhi)閥進行(xing)繼續(xu)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)作業(ye);此時(shi)控制(zhi)系統(tong)對下一(yi)(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)(yi)樣的反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,直到逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于水(shui)及低粘(zhan)性液(ye)體(ti),入口(kou)壓力(li)要求(qiu)大于0.3Mpa(視精度、粘(zhan)度而有一(yi)(yi)定(ding)差異)。 


外接清(qing)液反沖型:


過濾時:進(jin)出口閥(fa)門打開,反洗(xi)進(jin)出口控制閥(fa)門關閉。


反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)制系統關閉(bi)一(yi)個過濾單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進(jin)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門和出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門,打開反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)入(ru)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門和出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門,利用(yong)外(wai)接清(qing)潔液(ye)(ye)體(ti)或氣體(ti)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)濾元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),把濾元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表(biao)面(mian)的(de)雜質沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)掉(diao),經反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后關閉(bi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)進(jin)出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa),打開液(ye)(ye)體(ti)進(jin)出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)進(jin)行繼續過濾作業;控(kong)制系統對(dui)下一(yi)個過濾單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)動作,直(zhi)到(dao)逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)完(wan)所有(you)(you)過濾單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。外(wai)接清(qing)液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖型,適用(yong)于粘性稍高的(de)液(ye)(ye)體(ti),或入(ru)口(kou)(kou)壓力小于0.3Mpa的(de)場(chang)合(視精(jing)度、粘度而(er)有(you)(you)一(yi)定差(cha)異(yi))。 


模塊化(hua)自清洗過濾器配置說(shuo)明:

MDS-CF過濾(lv)器配備V-SLOT縫隙(xi)型(xing)(xing)精密金(jin)屬濾(lv)元,濾(lv)元有兩種可選,A型(xing)(xing)過濾(lv)面積(ji)(ji)0.267平(ping)方米;B型(xing)(xing)過濾(lv)面積(ji)(ji)0.314平(ping)方米,B型(xing)(xing)過濾(lv)面積(ji)(ji)比A型(xing)(xing)多17%,適用(yong)小(xiao)于100微米以下的過濾(lv),過濾(lv)器可以更(geng)緊湊(cou),A型(xing)(xing)適用(yong)大于100微米以上的過濾(lv)。


V-SLOT濾元具有以(yi)下突(tu)出優點:
