MDS-CFR系(xi)列,濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)自動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)型,利(li)用其他過濾(lv)單元的濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)逆流(liu)來沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元外表(biao)面濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)列,外接(jie)流(liu)體(ti)自動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi),利(li)用外接(jie)的潔凈流(liu)體(ti)(液(ye)(ye)體(ti)或氣體(ti))沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元表(biao)面濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)列,濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)手動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)型;MDS-CFG系(xi)列,外接(jie)流(liu)體(ti)手動反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)型。
模塊化自清洗過(guo)濾器工(gong)作原理:
液體從入口(kou)(kou)總管流(liu)入,進入到(dao)各個(ge)(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)的(de)入口(kou)(kou), 液體從外向內透過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表面(mian),流(liu)向各個(ge)(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)出口(kou)(kou),匯(hui)聚到(dao)出口(kou)(kou)總管后流(liu)出,顆粒雜質被攔截在濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表面(mian),累積形成濾(lv)(lv)餅,當過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)壓差逐(zhu)漸升高達到(dao)預(yu)設值(zhi)時(通常為70-130Kpa),或者(zhe)清(qing)洗(xi)時間(jian)周期到(dao)時,控制系統啟動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,對每個(ge)(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)逐(zhu)一反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi),整(zheng)個(ge)(ge)(ge)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)程完成,當某一過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)被反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)時,其他單元(yuan)仍正常過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。根據反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)液體來源不同,反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)方(fang)式分為:濾(lv)(lv)出清(qing)液反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型(xing)、外接清(qing)液反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型(xing)。反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)原理(li)如下(xia):
濾(lv)出清液(ye)反沖型:
過濾時:進出口閥門(men)打開(kai),反洗閥門(men)關閉(bi)。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時(shi):控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)關閉一(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的進(jin)(jin)口(kou)閥(fa)門,同時(shi)打(da)開(kai)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥(fa),由于在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)內部和反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)出(chu)口(kou)(連接大(da)氣)之(zhi)間(jian)存在(zai)壓差,其它(ta)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的部分濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)(ye)會流向這個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan),迅速反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)表面的雜質沖(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排走,然后關閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥(fa)并打(da)開(kai)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)控(kong)制(zhi)閥(fa)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)繼續過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作(zuo)業;此時(shi)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)對(dui)下一(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)執行(xing)一(yi)樣的反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),直到逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有(you)(you)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清液(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于水及低粘性液(ye)(ye)體,入口(kou)壓力要求大(da)于0.3Mpa(視精度(du)、粘度(du)而有(you)(you)一(yi)定差異)。
外(wai)接清液反沖(chong)型:
過濾時:進(jin)出口閥門打開(kai),反(fan)洗進(jin)出口控制閥門關(guan)閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控制系統(tong)關(guan)閉一(yi)(yi)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的(de)(de)進(jin)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門(men)和(he)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門(men),打開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)入口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門(men)和(he)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門(men),利用外(wai)(wai)接(jie)(jie)清潔(jie)液(ye)體或氣體反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把(ba)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表(biao)面(mian)的(de)(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)總(zong)管排走,然后關(guan)閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa),打開液(ye)體進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)進(jin)行(xing)繼續過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作業;控制系統(tong)對下一(yi)(yi)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)執(zhi)行(xing)一(yi)(yi)樣的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)動作,直到(dao)逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)完所有(you)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)。外(wai)(wai)接(jie)(jie)清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于(yu)粘性稍(shao)高的(de)(de)液(ye)體,或入口(kou)(kou)壓力小于(yu)0.3Mpa的(de)(de)場合(he)(視(shi)精度、粘度而有(you)一(yi)(yi)定差異)。
