MDS-CFR系(xi)(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)液(ye)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)型(xing),利用(yong)其(qi)他過濾(lv)單元的濾(lv)液(ye)逆流(liu)(liu)來沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元外表面濾(lv)餅(bing)(bing);MDS-CFV系(xi)(xi)列(lie),外接流(liu)(liu)體(ti)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi),利用(yong)外接的潔凈(jing)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(液(ye)體(ti)或氣體(ti))沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元表面濾(lv)餅(bing)(bing);MDS-CFT系(xi)(xi)列(lie),濾(lv)液(ye)手(shou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)型(xing);MDS-CFG系(xi)(xi)列(lie),外接流(liu)(liu)體(ti)手(shou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)型(xing)。
模塊化自清(qing)洗過(guo)濾(lv)器工作原理:
液體(ti)從入(ru)口總管流入(ru),進入(ru)到(dao)各個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的入(ru)口, 液體(ti)從外(wai)(wai)向內(nei)透過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表面(mian),流向各個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)口,匯聚(ju)到(dao)出(chu)口總管后流出(chu),顆粒雜質被攔截在(zai)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表面(mian),累積形成濾(lv)餅,當過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)壓差(cha)逐漸升高達(da)到(dao)預設值(zhi)時(shi)(shi)(通常為70-130Kpa),或者清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時(shi)(shi)間周(zhou)期到(dao)時(shi)(shi),控制系統啟動反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動作,對每個(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)逐一(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi),整個(ge)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)程完(wan)成,當某一(yi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)被反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)時(shi)(shi),其他單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)仍正(zheng)常過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)。根據反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)液體(ti)來源不同,反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)方(fang)式分為:濾(lv)出(chu)清液反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)(wai)接(jie)清液反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)原理如(ru)下:
濾(lv)出清液反(fan)沖型:
過(guo)濾時:進出口(kou)閥門打開,反洗閥門關閉。
反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)時:控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)關閉一個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的進口(kou)(kou)閥門(men),同時打(da)開(kai)反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)閥,由于在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)內部和反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(連接(jie)大(da)氣)之(zhi)間存在壓差,其它過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的部分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液(ye)會流向這(zhe)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan),迅速反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外表面的雜質沖(chong)掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)總管排走,然后關閉反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)閥并(bing)打(da)開(kai)進口(kou)(kou)控(kong)制(zhi)閥進行繼續過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)作業;此時控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)對下一個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)執行一樣的反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)動(dong)作,直(zhi)到逐一反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)完所有過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)型,適用于水(shui)及(ji)低(di)粘性液(ye)體,入口(kou)(kou)壓力要(yao)求(qiu)大(da)于0.3Mpa(視精度、粘度而有一定差異)。
外(wai)接清(qing)液反(fan)沖型:
過(guo)濾時:進(jin)出口閥(fa)門(men)打開(kai),反洗(xi)進(jin)出口控(kong)制閥(fa)門(men)關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時(shi):控制系統關(guan)閉一(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)的進(jin)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門和(he)出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門,打(da)開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)入(ru)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門和(he)出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門,利用外接清潔液(ye)體或(huo)氣體反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)元(yuan)外表面(mian)的雜質沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總管(guan)排走(zou),然后關(guan)閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)進(jin)出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa),打(da)開液(ye)體進(jin)出口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)繼續(xu)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)作業;控制系統對下一(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)執(zhi)行(xing)(xing)一(yi)樣的反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動作,直到逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完所有過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)。外接清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型,適用于粘性稍高(gao)的液(ye)體,或(huo)入(ru)口(kou)(kou)壓力小于0.3Mpa的場合(視精度(du)、粘度(du)而有一(yi)定差異)。

MDS-CF過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器配備V-SLOT縫(feng)隙型(xing)(xing)精密金屬濾(lv)(lv)元,濾(lv)(lv)元有兩種(zhong)可(ke)選(xuan),A型(xing)(xing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積0.267平方(fang)(fang)米;B型(xing)(xing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積0.314平方(fang)(fang)米,B型(xing)(xing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)面(mian)積比A型(xing)(xing)多17%,適(shi)用(yong)小(xiao)于100微米以下的(de)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv),過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器可(ke)以更(geng)緊湊,A型(xing)(xing)適(shi)用(yong)大于100微米以上(shang)的(de)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。
