柏之瑞模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)清洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)器基于模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)理念設計(ji),將多個(ge)標(biao)準過濾(lv)單元(yuan)組成(cheng)全自(zi)動(dong)過濾(lv)系統。該系統安(an)全系數(shu)高,可按流量(liang)需要靈活增加在線單元(yuan)數(shu)量(liang)。模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)清洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)器自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)運行,免人工清洗(xi)(xi),擴展(zhan)性(xing)強,可外接高壓反沖洗(xi)(xi)流體,低壓差工作,采(cai)用(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)元(yuan),反沖洗(xi)(xi)徹底,反沖洗(xi)(xi)耗(hao)用(yong)液體少。模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)清洗(xi)(xi)過濾(lv)器能(neng)凈化(hua)(hua)流體,保護后道關鍵設備,也能(neng)利(li)用(yong)其反沖洗(xi)(xi)排出液回收昂貴固體顆粒。產品適(shi)用(yong)于低粘性(xing)液體,如:原水(shui)、污(wu)水(shui)、汽油、重型焦化(hua)(hua)汽油、柴油、渣油等。
模塊化(hua)自清洗過濾器細分為(wei)四個系(xi)列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)列,濾(lv)液自(zi)動反沖(chong)洗(xi)型,利用其他過濾(lv)單(dan)元的濾(lv)液逆流(liu)來沖(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)元外(wai)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)列,外(wai)接(jie)流(liu)體自(zi)動反沖(chong)洗(xi),利用外(wai)接(jie)的潔凈流(liu)體(液體或氣體)沖(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)元表(biao)(biao)面(mian)濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)列,濾(lv)液手動反沖(chong)洗(xi)型;MDS-CFG系(xi)列,外(wai)接(jie)流(liu)體手動反沖(chong)洗(xi)型。
模(mo)塊化自清洗過濾器工作原理:
液(ye)體從(cong)入口(kou)(kou)總管流入,進入到各(ge)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元的入口(kou)(kou), 液(ye)體從(cong)外向(xiang)內透過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元外表面,流向(xiang)各(ge)個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元出口(kou)(kou),匯(hui)聚到出口(kou)(kou)總管后流出,顆粒雜質被攔截在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元外表面,累積(ji)形成濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅,當過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)壓差(cha)逐(zhu)漸升高達到預設值(zhi)時(通常(chang)(chang)為70-130Kpa),或者清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)時間周期到時,控制系統(tong)啟動(dong)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動(dong)作,對(dui)每個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元逐(zhu)一(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi),整個反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)過(guo)程完成,當某一(yi)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元被反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)時,其他單(dan)(dan)(dan)元仍正常(chang)(chang)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。根據(ju)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)液(ye)體來源不同(tong),反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外接清(qing)液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)原理如下(xia):
濾出(chu)清(qing)液反沖型:
過濾時(shi):進出口(kou)閥(fa)門打開,反洗閥(fa)門關(guan)閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時(shi):控制(zhi)系統關(guan)閉一個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)閥門,同時(shi)打開反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥,由于在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)內部和反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)出口(kou)(連(lian)接大氣)之(zhi)間存在壓差,其(qi)它(ta)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)部分濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液會流(liu)向這個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),迅速(su)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走(zou),然后關(guan)閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥并打開進(jin)(jin)口(kou)控制(zhi)閥進(jin)(jin)行繼續過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)作業;此時(shi)控制(zhi)系統對下一個過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)執行一樣的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動(dong)作,直到逐一反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于水(shui)及低粘(zhan)性液體(ti),入口(kou)壓力要求大于0.3Mpa(視精度、粘(zhan)度而有一定差異)。
外(wai)接清液反沖(chong)型:
過(guo)濾時(shi):進出口閥門(men)打開,反洗進出口控(kong)制閥門(men)關閉。
反沖(chong)洗時:控制(zhi)系統(tong)關閉一(yi)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的進(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)閥(fa)門(men)和(he)出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)門(men),打開反沖(chong)洗入口(kou)閥(fa)門(men)和(he)出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)門(men),利用(yong)外接(jie)清潔液(ye)體或氣(qi)體反沖(chong)洗濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面的雜質沖(chong)洗掉,經反沖(chong)洗總管(guan)排走,然(ran)后關閉反沖(chong)洗進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa),打開液(ye)體進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行繼續(xu)過(guo)濾(lv)作業;控制(zhi)系統(tong)對(dui)下一(yi)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)樣(yang)的反沖(chong)洗動作,直到逐(zhu)一(yi)反沖(chong)洗完所(suo)有(you)過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。外接(jie)清液(ye)反沖(chong)型,適用(yong)于(yu)粘性(xing)稍高的液(ye)體,或入口(kou)壓力小于(yu)0.3Mpa的場合(視精度(du)、粘度(du)而有(you)一(yi)定差異)。

MDS-CF過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器配(pei)備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)精密金屬(shu)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)有兩(liang)種可(ke)選,A型(xing)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)0.267平方米;B型(xing)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)0.314平方米,B型(xing)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)面積(ji)比(bi)A型(xing)多17%,適用(yong)小于100微(wei)米以(yi)下的過濾(lv)(lv)(lv),過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器可(ke)以(yi)更(geng)緊湊,A型(xing)適用(yong)大于100微(wei)米以(yi)上的過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)。
