柏之瑞模塊(kuai)化自清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾器(qi)(qi)基于模塊(kuai)化理念設計,將多個(ge)標準(zhun)過(guo)濾單(dan)元組成全自動過(guo)濾系統(tong)。該系統(tong)安全系數(shu)高,可按流量需要靈活增(zeng)加(jia)在線單(dan)元數(shu)量。模塊(kuai)化自清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾器(qi)(qi)自動化運行,免人(ren)工清洗(xi)(xi)(xi),擴展性強,可外接高壓反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)流體,低(di)壓差工作,采用(yong)(yong)V-SLOT 濾元,反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)徹底,反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)耗(hao)用(yong)(yong)液體少。模塊(kuai)化自清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)過(guo)濾器(qi)(qi)能凈化流體,保護后(hou)道(dao)關鍵設備(bei),也能利用(yong)(yong)其反(fan)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)排出液回收昂貴固體顆(ke)粒。產品適(shi)用(yong)(yong)于低(di)粘性液體,如:原水、污水、汽油(you)、重型焦化汽油(you)、柴(chai)油(you)、渣油(you)等。
模(mo)塊(kuai)化自清洗過濾器細分為四個系列:
MDS-CFR系列(lie),濾液自(zi)動反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)型,利用其他過濾單元的(de)濾液逆流來(lai)沖(chong)洗(xi)濾元外(wai)(wai)表面濾餅;MDS-CFV系列(lie),外(wai)(wai)接(jie)(jie)流體自(zi)動反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi),利用外(wai)(wai)接(jie)(jie)的(de)潔凈流體(液體或氣體)沖(chong)洗(xi)濾元表面濾餅;MDS-CFT系列(lie),濾液手(shou)動反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)型;MDS-CFG系列(lie),外(wai)(wai)接(jie)(jie)流體手(shou)動反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)型。
模塊(kuai)化自清洗(xi)過(guo)濾器(qi)工(gong)作(zuo)原理:
液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)從入(ru)(ru)口總管流(liu)入(ru)(ru),進入(ru)(ru)到各個過濾(lv)單(dan)元的入(ru)(ru)口, 液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)從外(wai)向內透過濾(lv)元外(wai)表(biao)面(mian),流(liu)向各個過濾(lv)單(dan)元出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口,匯聚到出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口總管后流(liu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu),顆粒(li)雜質(zhi)被攔截在濾(lv)元外(wai)表(biao)面(mian),累積形成濾(lv)餅,當(dang)過濾(lv)壓差逐漸(jian)升高達到預設(she)值(zhi)時(通常(chang)為70-130Kpa),或者清(qing)洗時間周期到時,控(kong)制系統啟(qi)動(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗動(dong)作,對(dui)每個過濾(lv)單(dan)元逐一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗,整個反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)過程完成,當(dang)某一過濾(lv)單(dan)元被反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)時,其他單(dan)元仍正常(chang)過濾(lv)。根(gen)據反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)來源不同,反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)方式分(fen)為:濾(lv)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)清(qing)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)接清(qing)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗原理(li)如(ru)下:
濾出清液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)型:
過濾時:進出口閥門打開(kai),反洗閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)時(shi):控制系統關(guan)閉一個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)進(jin)口閥門,同(tong)時(shi)打開(kai)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥,由于在(zai)(zai)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)內部(bu)和(he)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)出(chu)(chu)口(連接大(da)氣)之(zhi)間存在(zai)(zai)壓差,其(qi)它過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)部(bu)分濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)清液會(hui)流向這個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),迅速反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)雜(za)質沖(chong)(chong)掉(diao),經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)總管排(pai)走,然后(hou)關(guan)閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)閥并打開(kai)進(jin)口控制閥進(jin)行(xing)繼(ji)續(xu)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作(zuo)業(ye);此時(shi)控制系統對下一個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)執行(xing)一樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),直到逐(zhu)一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)完所有(you)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)清液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于水(shui)及(ji)低粘性(xing)液體,入口壓力要求(qiu)大(da)于0.3Mpa(視精度(du)(du)、粘度(du)(du)而有(you)一定(ding)差異)。
外(wai)接清液反沖型:
過濾時:進(jin)出口閥門打(da)開,反洗進(jin)出口控制閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時(shi):控(kong)制系(xi)統關(guan)閉一個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元的(de)(de)進口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)和出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men),打開(kai)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入(ru)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)和出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)門(men),利用(yong)外接(jie)清(qing)潔液體(ti)或氣體(ti)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元,把濾(lv)(lv)元外表面的(de)(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排(pai)走,然后關(guan)閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa),打開(kai)液體(ti)進出(chu)口(kou)閥(fa)(fa)進行繼續過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作業;控(kong)制系(xi)統對下一個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元執(zhi)行一樣的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作,直到逐一反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有(you)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單元。外接(jie)清(qing)液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用(yong)于(yu)粘性(xing)稍高的(de)(de)液體(ti),或入(ru)口(kou)壓力小于(yu)0.3Mpa的(de)(de)場合(he)(視精度(du)、粘度(du)而有(you)一定差異)。
