模塊化自清(qing)洗過濾器細(xi)分為四個系列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)列,濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)自(zi)動反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗型(xing),利用(yong)其他(ta)過(guo)濾(lv)單元的濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)逆流來沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗濾(lv)元外表面(mian)濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)列,外接流體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)自(zi)動反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗,利用(yong)外接的潔凈流體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)或氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti))沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗濾(lv)元表面(mian)濾(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)列,濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)手動反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗型(xing);MDS-CFG系(xi)列,外接流體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)手動反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗型(xing)。
模塊(kuai)化(hua)自清洗過濾器工作原理:
液體從入(ru)口總管流入(ru),進入(ru)到(dao)各個(ge)過濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元的入(ru)口, 液體從外(wai)向內透過濾(lv)元外(wai)表面,流向各個(ge)過濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元出(chu)口,匯(hui)聚到(dao)出(chu)口總管后流出(chu),顆粒雜(za)質(zhi)被攔截(jie)在濾(lv)元外(wai)表面,累積形成(cheng)濾(lv)餅(bing),當(dang)過濾(lv)壓(ya)差逐漸升高達到(dao)預設值(zhi)時(通常為(wei)70-130Kpa),或(huo)者清洗(xi)時間周期到(dao)時,控(kong)制系統啟動(dong)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),對每個(ge)過濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元逐一反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi),整個(ge)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)過程完成(cheng),當(dang)某一過濾(lv)單(dan)(dan)元被反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)時,其他單(dan)(dan)元仍正常過濾(lv)。根據(ju)反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)液體來源(yuan)不同,反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)方式(shi)分為(wei):濾(lv)出(chu)清液反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)接清液反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型。反沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)原理如下(xia):
濾出(chu)清液反(fan)沖型:
過濾時:進出(chu)口閥門打開,反洗閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統關閉一(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的進(jin)口閥(fa)門,同時打開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa),由于(yu)在濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)內部(bu)和反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)出(chu)口(連接大氣)之間(jian)存在壓(ya)差,其它過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的部(bu)分濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液會流向這個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan),迅速反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面的雜質沖(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排走,然后關閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa)并打開進(jin)口控(kong)制閥(fa)進(jin)行繼續過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)作(zuo)(zuo)業;此(ci)時控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統對下一(yi)個過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)樣的反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作(zuo)(zuo),直(zhi)到逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有(you)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)出(chu)清(qing)液反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)型,適用于(yu)水(shui)及(ji)低(di)粘(zhan)性(xing)液體,入口壓(ya)力要求大于(yu)0.3Mpa(視精度(du)、粘(zhan)度(du)而有(you)一(yi)定差異(yi))。
外接清(qing)液反沖型:
過濾時:進出(chu)口閥門打開,反洗進出(chu)口控制(zhi)閥門關(guan)閉。
反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時(shi):控制(zhi)系統關閉一(yi)(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元的(de)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)閥(fa)門(men)(men)和出口(kou)閥(fa)門(men)(men),打(da)開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)入(ru)口(kou)閥(fa)門(men)(men)和出口(kou)閥(fa)門(men)(men),利(li)用外接清潔(jie)液(ye)體或氣體反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元,把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元外表面的(de)雜質沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總管排走(zou),然后關閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)進(jin)(jin)出口(kou)閥(fa),打(da)開液(ye)體進(jin)(jin)出口(kou)閥(fa)進(jin)(jin)行繼續過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)作(zuo)業;控制(zhi)系統對下(xia)一(yi)(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元執行一(yi)(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),直到逐一(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完所有(you)(you)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元。外接清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型,適用于粘(zhan)性稍高的(de)液(ye)體,或入(ru)口(kou)壓力小于0.3Mpa的(de)場合(視精度、粘(zhan)度而有(you)(you)一(yi)(yi)定(ding)差異(yi))。

MDS-CF過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)(qi)配備V-SLOT縫(feng)隙型精密(mi)金屬濾(lv)元,濾(lv)元有(you)兩(liang)種可選,A型過(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積(ji)0.267平(ping)方(fang)米(mi);B型過(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積(ji)0.314平(ping)方(fang)米(mi),B型過(guo)濾(lv)面(mian)積(ji)比A型多17%,適用小(xiao)于100微米(mi)以(yi)(yi)下(xia)的(de)過(guo)濾(lv),過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)(qi)可以(yi)(yi)更緊(jin)湊(cou),A型適用大于100微米(mi)以(yi)(yi)上的(de)過(guo)濾(lv)。
