柏之瑞模塊化(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)清洗過(guo)濾(lv)器基于模塊化(hua)(hua)理念設(she)計,將多個標(biao)準(zhun)過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)組成全自(zi)(zi)動過(guo)濾(lv)系(xi)統。該(gai)系(xi)統安全系(xi)數高,可按流量(liang)需要靈活增加在線單(dan)元(yuan)數量(liang)。模塊化(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)清洗過(guo)濾(lv)器自(zi)(zi)動化(hua)(hua)運(yun)行,免人(ren)工清洗,擴展性強,可外接高壓(ya)反(fan)沖洗流體,低壓(ya)差工作,采(cai)用(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)元(yuan),反(fan)沖洗徹底(di),反(fan)沖洗耗用(yong)液(ye)體少。模塊化(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)清洗過(guo)濾(lv)器能凈化(hua)(hua)流體,保護后(hou)道(dao)關鍵設(she)備,也能利用(yong)其反(fan)沖洗排(pai)出液(ye)回收昂(ang)貴固(gu)體顆粒。產品適用(yong)于低粘性液(ye)體,如:原水(shui)、污水(shui)、汽油(you)(you)、重型(xing)焦化(hua)(hua)汽油(you)(you)、柴(chai)油(you)(you)、渣油(you)(you)等。


模塊化自(zi)清洗(xi)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)細分(fen)為四個系(xi)列(lie):


MDS-CFR系列(lie)(lie),濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)自動反沖(chong)洗(xi)型(xing),利用其他(ta)過濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)逆(ni)流來沖(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面濾(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFV系列(lie)(lie),外接流體(ti)(ti)自動反沖(chong)洗(xi),利用外接的潔凈流體(ti)(ti)(液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)或氣體(ti)(ti))沖(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)表面濾(lv)餅(bing);MDS-CFT系列(lie)(lie),濾(lv)液(ye)(ye)手動反沖(chong)洗(xi)型(xing);MDS-CFG系列(lie)(lie),外接流體(ti)(ti)手動反沖(chong)洗(xi)型(xing)。


模塊化自(zi)清洗過濾器工作原理:

液(ye)體從(cong)入(ru)口(kou)(kou)總(zong)管流(liu)(liu)入(ru),進入(ru)到各個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)入(ru)口(kou)(kou), 液(ye)體從(cong)外(wai)向(xiang)(xiang)內透過(guo)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面(mian),流(liu)(liu)向(xiang)(xiang)各個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)出口(kou)(kou),匯聚到出口(kou)(kou)總(zong)管后(hou)流(liu)(liu)出,顆粒雜質(zhi)被(bei)攔截在濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)表面(mian),累積(ji)形成濾(lv)餅(bing),當過(guo)濾(lv)壓差(cha)逐(zhu)漸升(sheng)高達到預設值時(通(tong)常為70-130Kpa),或者清洗(xi)時間周期(qi)到時,控(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)啟動反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)動作,對每個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)逐(zhu)一(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi),整個(ge)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)過(guo)程(cheng)完成,當某(mou)一(yi)過(guo)濾(lv)單元(yuan)(yuan)被(bei)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)時,其他單元(yuan)(yuan)仍正常過(guo)濾(lv)。根(gen)據反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)液(ye)體來源(yuan)不同(tong),反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)出清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型、外(wai)接清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)原(yuan)理如下:


濾出清液反沖型(xing):


過(guo)濾時:進出(chu)口閥(fa)門(men)打開,反洗(xi)閥(fa)門(men)關(guan)閉(bi)。


反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)時(shi):控(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)關閉(bi)一(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)進口(kou)(kou)(kou)閥(fa)門(men),同時(shi)打(da)開反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)閥(fa),由于(yu)在濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)內(nei)部(bu)和反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)出口(kou)(kou)(kou)(連(lian)接大氣)之(zhi)間(jian)存在壓差(cha),其它(ta)過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)部(bu)分濾(lv)出清液(ye)會流向(xiang)這個過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan),迅速反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)外表面的(de)(de)雜(za)質(zhi)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)總管(guan)排走,然后關閉(bi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)閥(fa)并(bing)打(da)開進口(kou)(kou)(kou)控(kong)制閥(fa)進行繼續過(guo)濾(lv)作(zuo)業(ye);此時(shi)控(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)對下一(yi)個過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)樣的(de)(de)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),直到逐一(yi)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)完所有過(guo)濾(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)出清液(ye)反(fan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)型(xing),適用于(yu)水及低粘性(xing)液(ye)體,入口(kou)(kou)(kou)壓力要求大于(yu)0.3Mpa(視(shi)精度(du)(du)、粘度(du)(du)而(er)有一(yi)定差(cha)異)。 


外接清液反(fan)沖型:


過(guo)濾時:進出(chu)口閥門(men)打開,反洗進出(chu)口控制閥門(men)關閉(bi)。


反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)時:控制(zhi)系(xi)統關閉一(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)的(de)進(jin)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)和出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)(men),打開反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)入口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)和出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)(men),利用外(wai)(wai)接(jie)清潔液(ye)體(ti)或氣(qi)體(ti)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan)外(wai)(wai)表面(mian)的(de)雜質沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)掉,經反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)總管排(pai)走,然后(hou)關閉反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)進(jin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa),打開液(ye)體(ti)進(jin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)進(jin)行繼續(xu)過濾(lv)(lv)作(zuo)業;控制(zhi)系(xi)統對下(xia)一(yi)個過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)執行一(yi)樣的(de)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)動作(zuo),直(zhi)到逐(zhu)一(yi)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)完所有過濾(lv)(lv)單(dan)元(yuan)。外(wai)(wai)接(jie)清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于粘性稍高的(de)液(ye)體(ti),或入口(kou)(kou)壓力(li)小(xiao)于0.3Mpa的(de)場合(視精度、粘度而(er)有一(yi)定差(cha)異(yi))。 


模塊化自清洗(xi)過濾器配置(zhi)說明:

MDS-CF過(guo)濾器配備V-SLOT縫隙型(xing)精密(mi)金屬濾元,濾元有兩(liang)種可選,A型(xing)過(guo)濾面積0.267平方米(mi)(mi)(mi);B型(xing)過(guo)濾面積0.314平方米(mi)(mi)(mi),B型(xing)過(guo)濾面積比A型(xing)多(duo)17%,適用(yong)小于100微米(mi)(mi)(mi)以(yi)下的過(guo)濾,過(guo)濾器可以(yi)更(geng)緊湊(cou),A型(xing)適用(yong)大于100微米(mi)(mi)(mi)以(yi)上的過(guo)濾。


V-SLOT濾元具有以下突(tu)出優點(dian):
