柏之瑞模(mo)塊化自清洗過濾(lv)(lv)器基(ji)于(yu)模(mo)塊化理念設(she)計,將多個標準(zhun)過濾(lv)(lv)單元(yuan)組成全自動(dong)過濾(lv)(lv)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)。該系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)安全系(xi)(xi)數高,可按流量需要(yao)靈活增加在線單元(yuan)數量。模(mo)塊化自清洗過濾(lv)(lv)器自動(dong)化運行,免人工(gong)(gong)清洗,擴展性強(qiang),可外(wai)接(jie)高壓反(fan)沖洗流體,低壓差工(gong)(gong)作,采用(yong)(yong)(yong)V-SLOT 濾(lv)(lv)元(yuan),反(fan)沖洗徹(che)底,反(fan)沖洗耗用(yong)(yong)(yong)液體少。模(mo)塊化自清洗過濾(lv)(lv)器能凈化流體,保護后道關(guan)鍵設(she)備,也能利用(yong)(yong)(yong)其反(fan)沖洗排出液回收昂貴固體顆粒。產(chan)品適用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)低粘性液體,如:原水(shui)、污(wu)水(shui)、汽油、重型焦化汽油、柴油、渣油等。
模塊化自清洗過(guo)濾器細分(fen)為四個系列:
MDS-CFR系(xi)列,濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)自(zi)動反(fan)沖洗(xi)型,利用其(qi)他過濾(lv)(lv)單元的濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)逆(ni)流(liu)來(lai)沖洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元外(wai)表面(mian)濾(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFV系(xi)列,外(wai)接(jie)流(liu)體自(zi)動反(fan)沖洗(xi),利用外(wai)接(jie)的潔(jie)凈(jing)流(liu)體(液(ye)體或氣體)沖洗(xi)濾(lv)(lv)元表面(mian)濾(lv)(lv)餅;MDS-CFT系(xi)列,濾(lv)(lv)液(ye)手(shou)動反(fan)沖洗(xi)型;MDS-CFG系(xi)列,外(wai)接(jie)流(liu)體手(shou)動反(fan)沖洗(xi)型。
模塊(kuai)化自清洗過濾器工作原理:
液(ye)(ye)(ye)體從入(ru)口總管(guan)(guan)流(liu)入(ru),進入(ru)到各個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元的入(ru)口, 液(ye)(ye)(ye)體從外(wai)向內(nei)透過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元外(wai)表面,流(liu)向各個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元出(chu)(chu)(chu)口,匯聚到出(chu)(chu)(chu)口總管(guan)(guan)后流(liu)出(chu)(chu)(chu),顆粒雜質被攔截在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)元外(wai)表面,累積形成濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅,當(dang)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)壓差(cha)逐漸(jian)升高達到預(yu)設值時(shi)(通常為70-130Kpa),或者清洗(xi)時(shi)間周期到時(shi),控(kong)制系(xi)統啟動(dong)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)動(dong)作(zuo),對每個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元逐一(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi),整個(ge)(ge)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)過(guo)(guo)程完成,當(dang)某一(yi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)元被反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)時(shi),其他(ta)單(dan)元仍正常過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)。根(gen)據反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)液(ye)(ye)(ye)體來源不同,反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)方式分為:濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)出(chu)(chu)(chu)清液(ye)(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型、外(wai)接清液(ye)(ye)(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)型。反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)原理如下:
濾出(chu)清液反沖型(xing):
過濾時:進出口閥門打開,反洗(xi)閥門關閉。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)時:控制(zhi)系(xi)統關閉一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的進(jin)口(kou)閥(fa)門,同時打開(kai)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)閥(fa),由于在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)內部和反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)出口(kou)(連接大氣)之間存在壓差,其它過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的部分(fen)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液會流向這個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),迅(xun)速反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),把濾(lv)(lv)(lv)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外表面的雜質沖(chong)(chong)掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)總(zong)管排走,然后關閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)閥(fa)并打開(kai)進(jin)口(kou)控制(zhi)閥(fa)進(jin)行繼續(xu)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)作業;此時控制(zhi)系(xi)統對(dui)下一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)執行一(yi)(yi)(yi)樣的反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)動作,直(zhi)到逐一(yi)(yi)(yi)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)完所有過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)出清液反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型(xing),適用于水及低粘性液體,入口(kou)壓力要求大于0.3Mpa(視精(jing)度、粘度而有一(yi)(yi)(yi)定差異)。
外(wai)接清液反沖(chong)型:
過濾時:進出(chu)口閥(fa)門(men)打開,反洗進出(chu)口控制閥(fa)門(men)關閉(bi)。
反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗時(shi):控制系(xi)統關閉一個過(guo)濾單(dan)元的進(jin)(jin)口閥(fa)門和出(chu)口閥(fa)門,打開反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗入口閥(fa)門和出(chu)口閥(fa)門,利(li)用外(wai)接清潔液(ye)體或氣體反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗濾元,把濾元外(wai)表(biao)面(mian)的雜(za)質沖(chong)(chong)洗掉,經反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗總管排走,然(ran)后關閉反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口閥(fa),打開液(ye)體進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口閥(fa)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)繼續過(guo)濾作(zuo)業;控制系(xi)統對下一個過(guo)濾單(dan)元執行(xing)一樣(yang)的反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗動作(zuo),直(zhi)到逐(zhu)一反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)洗完所(suo)有(you)過(guo)濾單(dan)元。外(wai)接清液(ye)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)沖(chong)(chong)型,適用于(yu)粘性(xing)稍高的液(ye)體,或入口壓力小于(yu)0.3Mpa的場合(視(shi)精度、粘度而有(you)一定差異(yi))。
